"Arrived on site for COMPLAINTNOTE:IT NOT FILL UP ITS GOES THE WATER ITS FLAWING, Placed in diagnostics and 3, 26, 23 came on. Cleared codes. Ran pressure sensor test and it lit up all soil levels as designed. Ran dispenser valve test #19 and water is coming out with suds as designed. Ran tumble and washer tumbled. Ran spin and washer spun. Rotor isnt locked up because it spins. Valve isnt clogged or failing because it dispenses. Customer stated when she runs the washer it doesnt fill like it did in the past. With this, I ran a normal cycle with the soil level set to heavy. As it filled it would pause then spin and fill. This seemed like it was sensing the load as it filled. Once it stopped filling with water and began to wash on the normal cycle / heavy soil it seemed like there was barely any water inside the basket to wash the clothes. With all tested cycles working there is nothing I can diagnose today for repair.

Upon arrival I found the main control was not sending the proper voltage to the Hall Center nor the fan blower when activated after replacing the ACU. I then found that the hall sensor on the motorhead shorted out. I ended up replacing the motor assembly with a new hall sensor, reassembled and tested unit and found that everything is now functioning as designed and oven is ready for use call complete complete"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the leak seems to happen on heavier duty loads only. Ran the unit through manual fill on all valves, drain, and spin and could not replicate a leak. I checked the suspension and the suspension checked good. I ran a load of towels in the unit to fill and agitate so that we get saturated. Canceled the cycle and ran a drain and spin. Still could not replicate the issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7731934355. He advised that the issue at that point would have to be with loading and that it is possible when the unit is overloaded when going into the spin cycle that water splashing up and out of the tub brain causing the drip edge. He advised to make no repairs at the time and advise the customer to watch their load types. Spoke to the customer and she advised that she has been running next loads. Whenever user care guide and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to possibly install previous diagnosed parts. We gained access to the tension bars and found one of them broken. We replaced the tension bar and tested the microwave and it still showed door open. We gained access tobthe micro switches and tested them using the door and not using the door. All switches tested good. We gained access to the 20 amp fuse and found it open. We replaced the fuse and powered the unit on. E found the breaker tripping. We I specter the unit for any shorted or damaged wiring and we found none. We removed the unit from the home circuit, leaving nothing connected to the outlet for the microwave, we retested the breaker and still found it not resetting. The breaker and the outlet will need to be checked by an electrician.

Arrived on site for Refrigerator will not cool. Right now the internal temperature is 52? and it said on the coolest it will go. The food is measuring at 57? in the refrigerator. It is also not level so I don?t know if that has anything to do with it. The feet were not installed with it three weeks ago. Took temps and freezer was 56 and fridge was 58. Placed in diagnostics and thermistor test showed it was open. Evap cover was covered in frost. Used steamer to remove built up frost. Disconnected thermistor and tested and it was out of range. Gained access to control and tested harness for thermistor and it showed open. Called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Rich. Rich had me go to the quick disconnect behind the valve and test resistance. It was good. Reconnected quick disconnect and tested thermistor at control again and it was getting the correct reading. There was a bad connection at the quick disconnect. Removed faulty thermistor and replaced with new thermistor. Fridge running as designed. Lowered front left wheel to get fridge sitting evenly. Arrived on site for a washing machine throwing a F8E4 error code. The customer stated that the unit will flash different lights and beep continuously. I gained access to the float switch and found the tray full of water. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E2 for drain issue and F8E4 for overfill. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and it ran through as designed with no leaks. I found the customer recently installed a water softener and was still using pods as detergent. I informed the customer on how this can cause over sudsing resulting in a leak. I found this was most likely the cause of the float tray with water in it. I advised the customer on proper soap usage via the user care guide. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for Leaking from Underneath - Dishwasher. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Found kick plate missing from the front base of the dishwasher. Ran diagnostics cycle and couldnt locate any leaks. Pulled dishwasher from cabinet to remove slack in the drain hose and water line and ran diagnostics again. Still no leaks detected with hoses exposed. The tenant stated they also have a leak whenever they use the sink. With this, I inspected the rear of the dishwasher while it was pulled out and couldnt see any water beneath the dishwasher. I did find water standing in the back right corner underneath the cabinet. I ran the sink faucet for ten minutes and found water coming from underneath the cabinet. Explained to landlord there was no leaks from water line, drain hose, or dishwasher itself. The cause of the leak was coming from the faucet pvc piping underneath the sink or something else located underneath the interior of the cabinet. They will need a plumber to remove the baseboard underneath the sink cabinet to find the leak. Job completed."
