Upon further inspection I found the drain pump is receiving 120 V and there is no blockages within the drain line or PVC that I could find I also found that the drain pump sounded much weaker than it should be even though it was getting the proper power I then replace the drain pump and reassembled and tested the unit and verified there was no leaking before during or after repair and that unit is now fully functioning and fills agitates and drains correctly. The customer brought to my attention the orifice holders were also discoloring but no rust. I explained that with spill overs and grease build up it can start to change the finishes if not properly cared for. I referred to owners manual. I tested the unit and all burners operated as designed. There are orange tips to the flames and the customer confirmed there is a humidifier in the home. I explained that the humidity will cause the flame tips to turn orange. The unit is otherwise working as designed. I am ordering the burner heads and caps fro replacement. Found door gaskets sealing properly. Plugged in to let compressor turn on. Frost pattern looked good after ten minutes. Customer explained they did have the freezer completely full prior to the noise starting. With this, the cold air may not have been circulating properly and caused frost build up allowing the fan to hit the ice and make a noise they may have heard. Asked customer if noise came back to take a video of the noise and get photos of any ice build up they may see inside the freezer. Currently the fridge is working as designed. Job completed."

After installing the new panel I was able to get almost all features on microwave to function including heating and other hardware components but the new control panel and previously installed display both would randomly power or stop functioning fully. I couldnt find any loose or damaged wires. Spoke with SW then called techline and was informed that the issue could be a ping-pong electrical issue bouncing between previously installed parts as well as recently installed panel. They recommended we replace both main controls and panel all at once to help insure the problem doesnt keep reoccurring. Office to reschedule once availability of parts is known. Upon further inspection, tested the unit by placing a cup of water inside and turning on 100% heat for 1 minute. Unit operated as designed. Compared to another microwave, this unit is 900 watts and the other is 1000 watts which the 1000W MW will heat faster than the unit in question. The door is operating as designed as well. Advised customer to allow it to slam closed per Whirlpool recommendations. I found the trim above the unit door damaged and will need to be replaced. Due to the main control failing, I removed and replaced the control but could not test due to the customer waiting for an electrician to inspect the GFCI outlet/breaker. I advised the customer that once the electrical issue has been taken care of and theyre able to use the unit and if it fails to contact the office and schedule service. No lint and no gas leaks detected during service, job completed. Unit left unplugged for safety."

WASHER MAYTAG MHW5500FW1 "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in flood mode with the drain pump on and would not turn off. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F3E1 & F8E3. Cleared the codes and attempted to continue with testing but the unit turned the drain pump on again. I disconnected the water level sensor and blew through the sensor tube. Tube was clear and once I reconnected the sensor the unit drain pump stopped and I was able to place the unit in diagnostics and test. Unit operated as designed. Made recommendations for use & care as well as detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water was leaking from the front left corner of the unit at the bottom. Also advised that it stopped making ice and dispensing water. I removed the front toeplate/grill and found the water line disconnected at the connector. I advised the customer of my findings and reconnected the water line and tested the unit. During testing found that the gearcase is causing the noise issue. Also found that the the spin basket is wobbly while I was spinning it manually. The gear case is stuck in agitating mode which damaged the wash plate. Will need to replaced gear case , motor and capacitor, belt, cam assembly, actuator, spin basket, agitator. Lid latch. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW72HEDW0 "Arrived on site for washing machine not draining and leaving clothes wet at end of cycle. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E4 for door not opened between consecutive cycles, F3E1 for water level sensor error, F8E3 for overflow condition. I cleared error codes. I ran service diagnostics test and found unit filled up a little to much water during test. During test I found drain running as designed. I checked water sensor tube and trap and found no kinks, holes, or clog. I found connectors for sensor properly connected. I found no issue with harness. I checked VDC and J28 on the ACU and found +5VDC indicating a possible faulty pressure sensor. I ran a small load on normal and found it filled with correct amount of water. I let customer know of my findings and that we may have a faulty pressure sensor. Customer stated however that prior to service they had a kinked cold water line and always do heavy duty cycle on any load. I advi
