"Arrived on site to follow up on sealed system repair. Tapped system and found no pressure on high side. Removed access pipe from compressor and also found no pressure present. I was able to remove the compressor and dryer, and also cut out and put a sleeve where the lok ring for the condenser is. I reinstalled my dryer, and prepped the compressor for reinstall. Before brazing my compressor tubing I pumped some nitrogen through the high side, and a blob of oil and refrigerant blew out the suction line. Sent pictures and called into tech line, SR7739930464. Tech line sending unit up for product review, unit is brand new and issue was present from day one as well as oil did have a slightly brown color. Customer advised on process for product review. Reassembled unit. Parts used - W11736670, W11506635, WPW10143759."

Arrived on site to diagnose oven throwing F8E0 error for fan speed. Tested unit and found fan not spinning and just humming. Removed oven and fond rear panel bent into the blower. Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection found that the hi limit thermostat was open. I replaced the thermostat and tested the operating temperature. The customer stated that the refrigerator seems to cool off and on and when it is not cooling, it is making a clicking sound. Due to the compressor failure and the defrost bimetal failure, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier and evap harness w/bimetal. I evacuated the system outdoors and cleared the system with Nitrogen. Removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and dye drier and performed a push/pull test. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Removed and replaced the evaporator harness with bimetal and then installed 53g of R600 refrigerant and tested. Upon further inspection, I had to remove the microwave that is installed above the wall oven in order to get the oven out due to the oven power cord being behind the microwave. Once I had the oven out, I gained access to the main control and elements. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found F6E4-control failure. I removed and replaced the main control (ACU) and tested the unit and found the unit getting 242V (photo) to all elements (bake, broil, convection)mane all are cycling properly. "WED5100HW3 Arrived on site for unit not drying properly. Upon arrival, checked temperature on Normal cycle and registers 255 degrees F max temp. Continued to check on Timed Dry right after and unit will not heat above 150 degrees F. Unplugged dryer vent and still did not exceeded above 150. Disassembled unit and cleaned all lint inside unit. Retested unit on Timed Dry with vent off and unit registers 114- 183 degrees F offset. Plugged vent back in and temp went at high as 225 degrees F, then dropped and never maintained above 150 degrees. Removed chicken wire from the exhaust outside and now unit is running within specs. The customer advised that everything works but when they try to run the air fry setting, it makes a really loud noise. I tested the unit and confirmed the noise coming from the convection fan blade. I gained access to the convection fan and found that the blade was bent, causing it to rub against the front cover. I reshaped the fan blade and reassembled the unit. I ran the unit for 10 minutes with the convection fan coming on and off and could not replicate the sound again. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. The customer advised theres still water inside of the dishwasher and that it will not drain. The customer stated that this unit was installed two weeks ago. I attempted to drain the unit and found the pump running, but no water draining in the sink. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. I removed the drain hose from the garbage disposal and found that the knockout punch had not been knocked through. I asked the customer if they recently changed the garbage disposal and she advised that her installers told her she needed to install one for them to install the dishwasher. I knocked through the knockout punch and tested the unit. I found the unit draining. I tested the unit and a normal wash cycle and found the unit filling, recirculating, and draining as designed without quitting after five minutes. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Upon further inspection I found a huge gap on the left bottom gasket and gaps along the bottom and bottom right of the gasket. I took a spacer off the hinge so the door would close correctly and I reshaped the gasket so it would seal properly. I informed the leasing office that the customer will need to leave the door shut for 3-4 hours so the gasket can cool down and keep it's shape. No water leaks present at time of service. "Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production, tested unit found unit is making good ice sheets but getting caught up on the evaporator and melting, edge on the evaporator has a layer of mineral buildup and it was sanded off 2 weeks ago, called tech line to document per tech line the issue is not with the unit but the incoming water and no repairs are recommended, sanded the evaporator and advised customer to address the issue with the water, do to excessive minerals in the water recommended putting unit on a R/O system, at this time job complete no parts installed"

Arrived onsite for range tripping the breaker. I replaced both elements and took the ground off then ran oven to 500 on bake. After reaching set temp I attached the ground and set the oven to 500 bake again. I advised the builder to let it run for 2 hours then cut it off. Call complete. Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed used parts. I replaced the control panel and the float switch. I didn't use the UI as the control panel came with one pre installed. I tested the unit and all is operating as designed at this time. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed W11545764 switch and W11660284 Console.

Arrivedonsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the center valve and found it still hard to turn the knob. When replacing the knob I found the cutout for the cooktop to be too big causing the middle to lean forward and put resistance to turning the knob/valve. The cooktop will have to be leveled in order for the valve/knob to work properly. Call complete. Installed W11706293 center valve. No leaks present at time of service.

Arrived onsite for washer making loud banging noise. Upon arrival I spoke with the maintenance team to get the unit unlocked. They have informed me that they had to shut off water on the whole side of the building where unit is located. They requested to reschedule as I cannot test the issue at hand at this time due to washer not being able to run a cycle. Office to RS. Tech to return with all parts.; O-emld tckt

Arrived onsite for microwave screaming. Found out from customer it was a grinding noise. When testing the microwave I noticed the turn table to be jumping off the roller plate. I removed the glass turn table and found residue on the rollers. I cleaned the residue and retested the unit. The unit sounds as designed now and no issues are present at time of service. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not cooling. Found the start device was not engaging at all. Once I tried a new start device the compressor started. I checked my coils and found one measurement 2x as high as the others. Rotor in compressor is likely locking up, burning up the start devices. I removed the old compressor and dryer after verifying I had refrigerant pressure. When installing the new compressor I found the access piping was severely bent. I tried to straighten it, and saw it had cracked on the bottom from being bent, right at the compressor housing. Reordering compressor. I installed a new dye drier so return tech only has to install compressor / vac / charge. Access Valve is cut and also prepped for install. Office to schedule return visit when new compressor comes in. Parts used - WPW10143759, W11506635. ; ordrng 1 W11557425 (Compressor) and 1 R600 (R600)"

Arrived on site to inspect microwave with broken element support. Upon further inspection found that the ceramic support had broken. I installed a new support. The customer brought up that she had concerns about the way the unit would sometimes decrease the set cooking time. I was able to verify that this is how the unit I was designed per user manual and is operating without issue. W11724411

"Arrived onsite to inspect dishwasher with flashing and beeping while not in use. Upon further inspection, I placed unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I determined that the issue was a stuck key pad due to moisture under the ui. I replaced the console and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site for a cooktop that wont ignite the back left burner. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that this unit is brand new, and that the back left burner will not ignite. I tested the unit and confirmed that the igniter was not even attempting to ignite. I disassembled the unit and found the igniter, not completely pushed all the way in on the spark module. I fixed the connection and reassembled the unit. I found the unit was working an operating as designed. I did adjust the flame height on the back left burner because it seemed like it was a little high. The unit is not working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling well in the refrigerator compartment. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise of the opposite issue is happening at this point. She advised that her refrigerator does not seem to keep items cold and is having several items of food that are spoiling. I took temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the refrigerator at 35?F. I found the freezer at 4?F with the unit still running and cooling. I did verify the evaporator fan was running. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Jake SR# 7739922690. Hey, had me check the evaporator fan and condenser fan to ensure both were running properly. I did verify both fans were running. He stated that if that was the case, and based on recorded temperatures, the issue would have to be with the customer not shutting the doors properly or There may be no issue at all. He advise not to make any further repair at this time as we have exhausted the only two items that he would have potentially replaced. He advised that he does not believe the issue was with the actual unit and to have the customer put a meat temperature probe in a glass of water and keep an eye on the temperature over the next few days. He advised that if the temperature did not get over 44?F, there would be no issues with the refrigerator itself. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he is having to unplug and replug the refrigerator in in order to get his icemaker to continue making ice. I did confirm the customers complain and found proper voltage going to the icemaker. I replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. Arrived on site to test unit for burning items towards the back. Customer stated she uses lower oven on convection setting to bake items and is burning items towards the back. Tested both top and lower oven at 350 and 375 with no issues. Temps are within range. Advised customer to try baking at a different rack level and not directly in front of convect fan to prevent burning. Also advised customer of temp offset. No parts replaced. Unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.
