I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E1 & F5E2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed. Following the tech sheet for the error codes, I tested the lid lock assembly and found it needs to be replaced due to testing of control is good. I removed and replaced the latch assembly and calibrated. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has doors unlevel and is dripping from the dispenser. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the doors are unlevel and that the water dispenser seems to drop two drops of water after they?re done filling their cups. He advised that that wouldn?t necessarily be an issue but that it?s running down the front of their refrigerator causing calcium stains on their stainless steel. Confirmed customers complaints and leveled out the unit by adjusting the rollers.I receded the water line coming down through the dispenser channel to form better fitting to avoid water clumping up on the front right corner of the dispenser housing. Tested the unit and the unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that?s not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Tested voltage to the unit and found 120 V going from L1 to neutral but 30 V going from L2 to neutral. Checked voltage going across and found 80 V present. Checked the voltage at the wall and found the same issue. I did advise the customer that the issue appears to be an electrical issue and that they would need an electrician to fix their incoming electrical supply. Customer asked me to help them attach their dryer vent hose as the dryer vent hose came loose. Reattached vent hose and call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the door open indicator on on the UI. When I opened the FC door, I found the half bin housing missing from the top of the FC door causing the FC switch to not get engaged which in turn causes the unit to recognize the FC door constantly open and the unit eventually shuts down. Also, I found the ice bin rod badly rusted as were the dispenser motor bracket, dispenser motor, solenoid, all screws and the motor coupling. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the evap motor and damper and found both operating as designed. Once I placed a piece of tape over the FC door switch, I monitored the FC evaporator and it began to form a good frost pattern and the unit began to cool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Found when not in diagnostics compressor was not turning on and I could hear the starter clicking but not ramping up the compressor. Tested windings to compressor and compressor is good. Start device failed. Removed start device and installed new start device. Once I plugged in fridge the compressor kicked on immediately. Took temps. Freezer went from 45 to 40 in a five minute period. Fridge cooling as designed. Job completed."

On removal of the inlet valve, found the icemaker water line was pulled tight and was not fully seated in the valve. "Arrived on site for Takes over an hr and a half to preheat. Builders followed previous instructions by tech and unit is still not working. Placed in diagnostics and got F9E1 (miswired). Cleared error code. Gained access to control and tested voltage. Only getting 113 when should be getting 240. Explained to builder either the junction box or breaker needs repair by an electrician. Builder stated the junction box was re-wired recently after our previous visit. Builder stated they were going to replace the 30 amp breaker today to see if this corrects the voltage issue. Oven is testing fine without any other error codes, just not heating due to lack of voltage. Explained to builder once breaker is replaced to test oven by setting to 350 preheat. If oven still isnt working we would come back to ensure its getting 240 or if it is finally getting 240 what else is not allowing it to heat. Job completed."
