Upon inspection I found the FC at 17 degrees on arrival and the RC at 38 degrees I contacted techline and they said it will more than likely be a sealed system issue but asked me to expose the evaporator to confirm. I exposed the evap and found a ball of ice at the capillary tube combined with a partial or almost no frost pattern techline gave me SR#7729821411 for reference I am ordering the compressor (W10832994) drier (WPW10143759) 3 way (W10874835) FC evap (WPW10608485) inverter (W11087200) RC evap (W11116006) coupler (W11506635). Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the refrigerator was making a loud noise while operating. Once I got closer to t(e unit I could hear a rattling noise. I removed the toeplate/grill and found the condenser coils resting on the metal bar at it he bottom the unit and when the compressor was on, the coils would vibrate on the metal bar. Using some sealant from my van stock (W11113654), I placed it between the coils and the metal bar and tested. There is no further unusual noises occurring. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer advised that the unit makes the sound room the wash cycle and not during the spin cycle. Placed Anna in Service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Checked underneath unit and found no evidence of anything stripping or signs of wear on any components. Ran the unit through a manual agitation (both slow and fast) and unit ran as designed. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and the unit ran as designed. Had the customer placed clothes inside the washer and ran a quick wash cycle for 35 minutes. Unit ran as designed without making any abnormal sounds. I asked the customer what types of clothes they were loading and she advised that they do feel the basket almost to the top sometimes a little bit about the agitator. Reshaped kick plate and reinstalled. Door no longer makes contact with the kick plate. Kick plate was not damaged bad enough to require replacement. Kick plate was also missing a screw. I replaced the missing screw with a brass one. Kick plate is mounting and secured to the hinges as designed. Job completed.

I spoke to the customer about the drain pump being bad and needed to be replaced.I removed the failed drain pump and installed a new one. I reassembled the unit and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit working as designed. No water leaks.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL KRFF507HPS02 Arrived on site for fridge making a thumping noise. The customer showed me a video of the noise. I sounded like a fan hitting something. I tested all the fans and could not create the failure. I gained access to the evaporator motor and found the vent assembly was not clipped in properly and was just dangling in place. I found the fan clear of any debris and ice. I gained access to the condenser fan and found foil tape on the housing sticking out next to the fan blades. I removed the tape. I reassembled the unit and found no thumping noise coming from it. Job complete.
