Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has two icemakers and that the freezer icemaker was the culprit of the issue. Found the freezer icemaker stuck in the middle of a harvest. Checked voltage going to the motor and found 120 V. Replaced icemaker and found the unit did the same thing. Checked the door switch by checking voltage to the motor when the door switch was open and closed. Found 16 V to the icemaker when the door switch was open and 122 V when the door switch was closed. Spoke to CS and was advised to attempt to jump the water valve. Found the water valve coming on. Was then advised the only issue would have to be with the motor. "On-site for ice machine not making ice. Customer informed me that this unit is a replacement due to the original having visible damage. Customer stated replacement unit is not making ice, the door is loose, and installers (Fergusons Austin, Tx) sent a different model that was black instead of a stainless model as before. Also, that the installers switched the stainless door from the old model to the new one and added shims to it. The door is loose, has shims installed where the outer shell meets inner lining of door, and the door isnt seating properly causing a noticeable gap where the door and unit meet. Also, found unit not powering on due to failure of external drain pump. If unit is plugged into the wall directly, instead of into the drain pump, the unit powers on and is operational. Checked underneath the sink and found the drain line going uphill into the garbage disposal. Drained out the unit and tested the unit in a normal wash cycle. Found the unit leaking immediately as the spray arms started. Open the door and found the bottom right hand corner of the door gasket not engaged in the door seal. Ran gauge the gasket and tested the unit. The unit start leaking immediately.Test the unit with a customer present and showed that the leak had been resolved. Went over the drain line issue as well as the door gasket issue. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for arrange that is turning itself off midway through a baking cycle. The customer advised that the unit will turn back on if you move the stove but for some reason it?ll shut off intermittently. Checked voltage at the wall and found proper polarity. Confirmed the customers complaint and spoke to PR was advised it was either a voltage issue or a controller related issue. Replaced the main control and tested the unit. The unit still was not acting properly. Messed around with the power cord and found an issue with what seems like a loose connection. Remove the outer panel and reconnected the power cord connector to the connector leading to the control and lower oven harness. Test of the unit again and the unit began to work as designed. Call complete.
