"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven lights not turning off and neither oven working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F2E1. I cleared the code and tested the unit. During testing, I kept hearing the bake relay clicking and not heating and the upper and lower lights would not turn off. I removed and replaced the control panel and main control and retested. As soon as I turned the power back on the display showed F6E9 & F6E6 error codes. I cleared the codes and followed the tech sheet for testing. I found the lights are not getting voltage from the control but are within ohm range. I verified the harness if good from P1 to J4. I am ordering the main control w/power and the lower oven control w/o power and another control panel. Power to the unit was left turned off at the breaker for safety. ; ordrng 1 W10801665 (Oven control w/o power) and 1 W11179310 (Main control w/power) and 1 W11087457 (Control panel)"

I found water damage on the baseboards and cabinets to the left of the unit (photos). I advanced through testing and tested the drain pump and element and found the element is not heating properly. replace the sump/motor assembly, element, both upper rack rails, and the main harness.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I opened the unit door and pressed the door switch closed and turned the unit on. I found the element illuminating at the back vent area. Using my dryer vent test kit, I tested the unit on Air Fluff with no heat. Both tests showed poor airflow (photos). I found lint in the front vent area. I recommended that the customer clean the unit from the back vent are up to the front with their vacuum and test the unit. If it fails to heat, I recommended that the customer have a professional come check the vents as the unit may not be suitable for a 2 story home. No further lint observed during service, job completed."

I gained access to the compressor and found the low side at -20 and the high side at 0. I put 140 psi of nitrogen into the system. I gained access to the fc and rc evaporator and found no signs of dye or any nitrogen leaking. I pulled a vacuum on and monitored pressures for 20 minuets I found no vacuum leaks. I called PR and he stated to recharge the system and check it again in a couple of days, enough time for the uv dye to activate and spread through out the system. Removed ice maker cover to jump ice maker and found ice mold already had water in it showing the ice maker was calling for water. With this, I cant harvest the ice maker due to mold being full. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I moved the drum back and forth and it appeared to be secured. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F6E1 and LF-long fill. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. I found when the unit began to fill, there was hardly any water coming in. I found that the bellow was not fully attached to the tub inside. I advanced through testing and when the drum began to tumble, I could hear a thumping noise. I canceled testing and moved the drum back and forth again and found the bearing was bad. Unit was left unplugged and water turned off at the wall. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrig IM ice is frozen together and dispenser water dispensing very slow.. wheel on the bottom is broken. Found bottom left roller and leg mount missing wheel. Removed left roller and installed new left roller. Tested water dispenser and water would only trickle out. Removed filter and water came out in a strong flow. Ran harvest and completed without issue. Ran water fill test and no water is coming into mold. Returning with all parts plus valve to complete the repair. Replacing the triple valve should resolve the water not coming into the mold. Otherwise filter head may be necessary for replacement too. Customer will be purchasing a new filter for installation upon our return. Currently the bottom ice maker is working and water dispenser is dispensing with filter removed. ; O-emld tckt

I adjusted the latch but found the spring arm on the latch was broken. I removed and replaced the latch and retested. Unit is operating as designed. The filter is tight in its space and is hard to get out. Also, Phillips screw has to be removed in order to get the latch to go back and release the filter. Attempted to contact builder to advise of my findings/repairs and left a vm. Job completed."
