The customer had a control sent directly to him therefore I went ahead and installed it. I also found the UI visibly broken and went to install it, but I found the new UI also broken. The damaged UI may be causing the intermittent unresponsive UI. I did not have to use the control I was sent out with. Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell when using the oven. Found weak igniter will need to replace igniter

"Arrived on site for a range with the oven not igniting. Upon arrival the customer stated that the back right hand burner was also not igniting. I found that all of the electrodes on the cooktop were functional, however when you turned the right knob nothing would spark. I found the spark module bad on the cooktop. I hen tried to preheat the oven and the ignitor never turned on. I checked voltage at the wall and found no reverse polarity and the correct voltage. I then checked voltage at the ignitor and found 120V going to it when in bake. I tested amp draw on it as well and found none. This indicated a bad ignitor. I replaced the ignitor and then tested the unit. As soon as I hit bake the breaker popped to the unit. We reset the breaker and found that as soon as you plug the unit in the ignitor will spark and draw flames, this is without actually pressing bake. I found the ignitor not turning off either. I found the unit had a bad control as well and replaced the control. I then tested the unit again and the ignitor would only light when I began bake and would turn off when canceled. I now found the oven working as designed. I ran diagnostics and found barley any water entering the unit. I accessed the control and tested resistance on The valve. The resistance showed too high indicating a failed valve. I tested the OWI and it showed good according to the techsheet. As per SW the control is not reading the sensor correctly. to replace the valve, control, and OWI sensor due to the age of the sensor and it being discolored. The customer agreed so I replaced the listed parts. I tested the unit and it is now working as designed with no leaks and no error codes present. I found excessive suds in the unit so I helped clear them out.

Arrived on site for Dryer takes a long time to dry load of clothes even after cleaning dryer lint trap. Found vent is clogged with lint or debris. Ran temps while in timed dry. Dryer got up to 150 and wouldnt get any hotter. Removed it vent from wall port and heat shot up to 212 very quickly. Ran this same test three times to ensure the house vent was clogged. On second attempt I had the renter come in and see the temperature change when the vent was removed. Gave Landlord the number to Dryer Vent Wizard. Dryer heating as designed. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for the freezer ice maker not working. This is a built in refrigerator. During inspection found that the the ice maker was leaking water causing ice build up on the freezer floor. Also found ice build up as well. Found that the door gasket is not sealing properly. Will need to replace the ice maker and freezer door gasket and level the freezer door. Customer advised that they bake on 350 and after the food is done they put it on convection bake at 425 to brown the surface and the unit will shut down and show the error code. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and my average temps were within range. I tested on Bake at 425 and temps were within range again.I could not duplicate the error code. "I arrived on site for a refrigerator still not making ice. Upon arrival the customer stated he could hear the IM working, but it was getting no water and he could hear the valve buzz. I tested temps and found the FC at -3?F, RC at 40?F, and the ice box at 6?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and he door ic box and tray thermistor read -4?F. I ran the fill on the IM and you could hear the valve click on but no water coming at all. I then ran test 120 and found the IM itself working as designed still. I then called techline and spoke to Bruce and received SR# 7730621060. Bruce walked me through checking the fill tube and found that the fill tube was frozen through and the heater possibly not working. We found we will need to replaced the fill tube. Arrived onsite for wall oven combo not responding to touch. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I called techline and spoke to Andrew SR#7730620662. I explained what was going on and advised that I would be replacing the console on this trip to resolve the touch sync issue. He agreed so I installed the console and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time. The customer connected the unit to WiFi while I was onsite but he still had multiple previous ovens active on his whirlpool app. I advised him to call the WiFi team to get those deleted just Incase they might cause any connectivity issues. Arrived on site for dryer that quit working after previous repaired thermal fuse. Upon for the diagnosis I found the thermal fuse had blown and I read diagnose the heating element and other fuses that gauge high heat etc. found that the heating out was not grounding out and the other thermal hardware is functioning as designed including the high limit cut off and high limiter. Read a heat temp check on the unit and found it fluctuating between 120 and 200? averaging a 160? temp as designed by manufacture inform the customer now that they have the dryer vent cleaning done it should be safe enough to reconnect the dryer and they can use it from here on out without any issues I did go ahead and reinstall a new thermal fuse that was previously put on to ensure of Drywood function properly. Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. The customer stated that another company came out and said it was due to the drain hose being improperly routed. The customer had the drain re routed and ran a cycle after that. She found that the unit did not drain at the end of the cycle still. Upon further inspection I found the unit powered off at the wall switch. I turned it on and manually drained the water in the tub. The drain ran as designed. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4 for inlet water float switch open. I ran a test cycle and found the unit working and draining as designed. I observed the drain line and found the flapper opening and closing properly. I found nothing stuck under the float switch and the switch working as designed. I found the harness plugged in correctly at the pump and control. I found proper voltage to the unit as well. I called techline and spoke to Chris and received SR# 7730614272. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not producing ice. Inspected unit and work area. Found light on PC board. Checked voltage at ice maker and found none. Measured voltage at PC board and found 120 volts. Removed failed control and installed new. Cycled ice maker and monitored operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected."

Arrived on site for no drain washer . Found drain motor had failed . Replaced pump motor . Ran diagnostics all checked normal. No water hook ups . Job complete

Arrived on job for complaints of no power. Found fuse open ran line fuse to check why. When heating loud crack and flash turn off heating and inspected source. Wire harness damaged arcing to frame shorting out unit. Microwave has plastic damage to console and grate from age. Repairs not recommended. ; ordrng 1 5304464100 (wiring harness) and 1 5304509451 (FUSE)

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not starting. Inspected unit and work area. Tested voltage at the wall and found proper voltage. Checked voltage at the terminal block and found proper voltage. Tested unit and found unit not starting. Checked continuity through the fuse, start switch, and door switch and all tested good. Checked voltage going to the timer between black and light blue and found 50 V with it connected to the timer. Checked voltage from black to purple with the connector on the timer and found 50V. Removed the connector from the timer and found 240 V from black to blue and black to purple. Spoke to SW and was advised that it would either be a timer issue or a motor issue. Replaced timer due to previous issue of voltage supply. Tested unit and unit began working as designed indicating the improper voltage from the wall caused the contacts in the timer to short. Unit is now working as designed. Called complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit for unit tripping breaker. Test unit and found shorted control board.
