Found after multiple drain attempts that stand pipe within wall of home was backfilling leading to large amounts of water to go everywhere. While in defrost, defrost cycle seemed short as compressor kicked back on. Called tech line for assistance. Tech recommended replacing W10384183 defrost sensor and following service pointer W11550688 for placement of sensor. Provided Sr#7733621222. Was receiving 120 vac to heater. Amp clamped heater and recorded 1.3 amps. Tech stated reading was low should be approximately 4 amps. Suggested incorrect clamp readings being that heater was energized. Replaced clamp and adjusted position. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont advance past the sensing portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Could not locate a model or serial tag on the unit. Were in the unit three diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) and F7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm) error codes. I tested the unit and manual high speed spin and found the basket spinning but the unit shut down the spin after 45 seconds. Checked underneath the washer and found evidence of ation inside the washer. Found a dead and a rats nest inside of the gearcase housing. Spoke to claims and was advised not to proceed any further with repair due to multiple issues with ation and no model and serial tag. Advise the customer of both issues and the customer is going to get themselves a new washer. Call complete.

Used the vent tester kit on the unit and found the vent tester showing poor airflow for all dryers. Tested the unit again without the vent hose attached and found airflow good for all dryers. Checked the vent hose on the back and could not see any obstruction so I advise the customer that the issue would have to be with the vent going through the home. The unit is working as designed. I vacuumed the system until the vacuum pump reached maximum depth and then monitored the vacuum for an additional 15 minutes. Holding vacuum, I charged the system with the MFG prescribed 5.5oz of refrigerant and tested. The unit operated as designed and I replaced the faulty door gasket. I advised the CX that the unit may take up to 48 hours to completely cool and start ice production. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the sealed system leaking refrigerant, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier. I removed the discharge tube from the condenser and cleaned up the area of the leak. Sanded and cleaned the ends of the discharge tube and condenser coil tube and re-soldered them together. Vacuumed the system and pressures held at -30/0. Installed 5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Once the unit equalized and plugged the unit in and monitored pressures and they held at 0/135. Cleaned the refrigerant from the unit best I could. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24/48 hours before placing items back inside."

Upon further inspection, I found the display showing close door press start and when I did such, the unit failed to operate. Customer said they recently replaced the door latch and the unit operated once or twice and stopped again. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the latch and tested the latch and it was good. I tested continuity to the harness and it was good. Tested voltage to the unit and its getting 125V. I inspected the main control and found the Service LED not on. Cycled power to reset and it continues to fail. I the customer 246.25 for service/ fees and 133.20 for the main control for a including tax of 410.75. Customer agreed to the repair and with CC (410.75 CC XY34FH). Removed and replaced the control and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they opened the unit door and the breaker tripped. They turned the breaker back on and the unit would not respond. I pulled the unit form the cabinets and removed the cover. Tested the fuse and found it bad. Tested the door switches and found the monitor switch bad. I the customer to replace the switches and fuse and I removed and replaced the switches and fuse and when I went to test the unit, it made a loud noise and the breaker tripped again. I found the transformer is bad and is discontinued. Advised the customer of my findings and that the unit is not repairable. Customer the and of 211.36 (195.25+tax) with CC (232.50 CC ML4399). "Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival found unit uninstalled from area. Questioned customer about it and stated there was a leaking coming from the dishwasher. Customer also had water shut off. Inspected unit and found water behind the unit and water dripping from the drain hose area. Customer stated he replaced the hose thinking that was causing the error code. Hose does not appear to be the correct size (diameter) or length. The clamp that is being used looks overly tight and pinching the hose connector and thats where water is dripping. Notified customer that that is not covered and he would need to have that repaired or risk floor damage. Replaced Console and UI panel. And ran test. All components are working other than when the unit goes into the drain cycle the unit leaks more from the hose. Notified customer not to use until he gets that fixed. Also the hose does not have a high loop, allowing water to back flow into drain hose and continue to drip. Left unit out per customer request so that he can clean water dripping as it happens. Job complete"

I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the unit died right as the motor started to hum. However, it was able to drain and fill. Upon further inspection I found rust and signs of the leak on the motor. I called techline and spoke to Ed and kept SR# 7733487112. Ed recommend replacing the motor, for it seems the motor has shorted. While replacing the motor we will also replace the harness. We will also need to replace the control and UI again due to the short.
