"Arrived on site for a dryer with no heat. I ran the dryer and found no heat in the unit. I checked voltage at the wall and found 120V. I then gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the fuse, thermostats, and element. I found the element open and removed it. It was visibly broken. I replaced the element and then tested the unit. I used my thermocouple with the vent on and off and measured at the vent. The heat was now working. However, with the vent on the fluctuation was very slow. I advised the customer of my findings and let him know he may want to get the airflow checked. The heat fluctuated fine with the vent off. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Recommended they refer to their owners manual to ensure they are loading their washer properly to prevent off balanced loads in the future when washing large items like blankets. No leaks detected. Found bulb housing connected properly, but when bottom cover was unscrewed and moved ever so slightly up and down the light would flicker on and off. Inspected interlocks and they were mounted properly on the facia of microwave. Removed bulb housing and installed new bulb housing. Light no longer flickers when bottom cover was raised and lowered. Customer was using an LED bulb for replacement. Recommended he buy one of the normal filament bulbs to install to prevent complications with microwave. Job completed."

We could hear the washer motor humming but no spray action. We replaced the motor assembly. We also found the unit missing the retaining clips and the friction pads for the door hinges. We are ordering those to complete the repair. We ran the unit through another test cycle after reassembling the unit. It is now working as designed. After evacuating and recovering 4 and a half oz of refrigerant I was able to uninstall, then reinstall a new 3 way valve and non dyed dryer. After running vacuum I found unit held negative pressure with no leaks. Charged system with 4 and a half oz as designed by manufacturer. Found after 15 minutes of run time once power was restored that unit held 150 high side and 0 low side for psi readings. Informed customer to keep close eye on the unit for next 24-48 hrs to see how unit cools before returning items back into either compartment. Call complete"

Upon inspection I found the outlet and control out putting correct voltage to the dsi i tested then unit and found after it reached 400 or so it would not cycle on after the 2nd cycle. I accessed the bake ignitor and found the ignitor stem inside the casing was pointing away from the burner I was able to position the stem back forwards the burner and tested . The unit is working as designed at this time and no gas leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete .
