FREEZER WHIRLPOOL KRFC704FPS04 "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in FC and RC. Took temps and got 70 degrees in RC and 50 degrees in FC. Ran diagnostics on thermistors and all tested properly giving the temperature readings within +/- 2 degrees. Ran fan test and passed. Ran compressor test and passed. Accessed evaporator and unit has no frost pattern. Accessed compressor compartment and condenser fan is running. Compressor will kick in for a couple minutes then shut off. Checked windings at compressor and and did not get a good reading, showing OL on two of the three test. Unit will need sealed system technician scheduled for two hours. Ordering compressor, evaporators, dryer, and valve. Unit does have lokrings. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC704FPS03 Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. upon inspection I found FC=0 and RC=36 and the ice bin full of ice but looked like it had partially melted and clumped together. The ice chute was full of ice on arrival. I steamed out all the stuck ice and accessed the ice maker. I ran test 120 and the IM would not advance past step 2. I called techline and the had me test voltage to the IM. I found voltage going to the IM so techline recommended replacing the ice maker. I removed the ice chute cover and it looks like a foam gasket in the chute is folded under the plastic. I am ordering the ice maker (W11115534)and returning with the UI just Incase. Also ordering permagum to add to the ice chute. ; ordrng 1 W11115534 (Ice maker) and 1 Permagum (Permagum)

If you manually started the fan by spinning it it would work. I found the unit would stop heating and the mag would intermittently turn off about 2-3 minutes into microwaving. I found the unit would intermittently not work. I found mag and thermostat, fan motor, cap, and controls bad. I replaced all. Unit now working as designed. I ran microwave several minutes and it no longer shutoff. The fan is now working. Call complete."

Found the driveshaft was rusted out, bearing shot, and casing is also rusting. Unit has a bad odor coming from water in the tub that is persisting. Recommended we replace the tub assembly to resolve the rusted out driveshaft bearing and odor.

I explained that an obstruction in the air vent is most likely the cause of the issues. The moisture will not escape and instead travel back up to the control and short it out. I went to the vent outside and found the outlet packed with lent confirming the obstruction. REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE LGHB2869TF3 Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon arrival I rechecked the water pressure from inlets valves entry port and up to the filter head itself. I confirmed that the filter head with customer provided accurate filter was working as designed. Entry valve was receiving 120 vaults. After verifying water traveling back down to the dispenser said of inlet valve I then found that once again only portions of the valve were receiving power. I narrowed the issue to a short located in the main harness assembly between main control and valve somewhere in the units cavity that cant be accessed. I checked if harnesses was available but part cant be replaced.
