Found issue was not with the infinite switches but with the element. Tested voltage from the pink wire to ground eight on each element and found 125 V present. Could not find which element was the problem so called SW. She had me disconnect all pink wires off of the elements and attach them one at a time to see which tripped the hot indicator light. Found the left front element causing the hot indicator light to turn on without being hot. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Placed Sienna in Service diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) and F8 E1 (no fill/siphoning condition) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Placed the unit in a high-speed spin and found the unit slightly unlevel. Raise the feet on the unit and had the customer placed a load inside the washer to run and saturate to do a drain and spin cycle. The unit did the drain and spin cycle fully without going off balance and completely wrong out all the clothes. I advise the customer that the issue was probably with the load that they ran. Went over user care guide in the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that not only are they having icemaker issue but that their water dispenser will dispense an ounce of water and stop dispensing. They advised that if they open the door or press any buttons on the on the door it?ll start working again but every single time they go to dispense water does the same thing. Tested icemaker in diagnostics and the icemaker would not turn. I called tech line and spoke to Adrian SR number 7730295765. He advised for me to check voltage going to the icemaker and we found proper voltage. He advised that he would be out in issue with the bad icemaker. Adrian advised that the issue would have to be with the icemaker not making contact with the switch to tell the control that it was back at home position and that the ice maker was faulty. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with no lights and UI intermittently going blank. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit has gotten worse since the last repair as the water dispenser and ice maker dont work now. I inspected the deli UI and found it turned off and no lights on inside the unit. I removed the deli UI and unplugged it and after a few seconds, all the interior lights came on and the UI recognized that the deli drawer was opened. Tested the water dispenser and it continued to fail. I removed the deli drawer door and inspected the deli harness and found the black wire was broken. "Arrived on site for refrigerator with lights out in FC and RC, as well loss of cool. The customer stated they feel that their vegetables in the produce drawer are expiring quicker than usual. I tested temps and found RC at 37?F, produce drawer at 39?F, and FC at 6?F. I then tested the thermistors and they both passed, both evap fans functioned as designed, baffle motor opened and closed, condenser fan turned on, and defrost heater and bi-metal were functioning as designed. I found the unit cooling as designed and that the customer may have been over loading the unit. I advised the customer on my findings. I found the smell coming from the house drain pipe and went over that and explained that hot water heater diodes can also cause the smell they were experiencing. I found proper voltage and parts ohmd out correctly at drain pump and vent motor. I called techline and spoke to Austin and received SR# 77300296601. Upon arrival I spoke with Mr. Bates and he informed me that he did not see any air codes or hardware or software issues that he could find and upon further inspection I found that the dryer had no air codes stored I checked all the thermal fuses and heating element and found everything had continuity and passed and nothing is grounded to itself I also found that the power supply was working as designed. Although at this point I also realize that the power cord was not properly staying mounted in the socket due to the fact that the cover was missing a screw that held the soccer together I inform Mr. B to my findings and when I was able to mount the power cord in properly I found that the dryer was fully functioning at this point I inform Mr. Bates that he would need to get a new screw for the cover

He instructed me to ohm the water valve and run a diagnostics cycle. During tests we could not pin point any issue but I did find the drain line was down just over a foot within standing drain pipe. Tech advised removing drain line up from distance it was sitting and made sure it was on,y 4 inches with drain.. upon retesting a normal test wash with extra rinse and customer did when they saw the issue arise, I was able to confirm unit I fully running at this time as designed. "Arrived on site and inspected washer and found error code F9E2, and F2E1. Customer is experiencing white residue on clothing, items not washing properly, dry spots on clothes at the end of the cycle. washer has already had the updated control board in service pointer. spoke with techline and confirmed with customer that they are using the correct amount of detergent for each load

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that customer says will intermittently set off the door open alarm even when all doors are closed. Customer has done most of our normal troubleshooting steps already. Issue persists with pantry Ui disconnected / reconnected. Customer has checked harness for pantry Ui as well. Checked and found all door switches good. Customer informed me it can be days before issue happens. Called tech line and talked to Robert, SR7730298774. Explained all the steps me and the customer have taken thus far. Pantry Ui has no water or evidence of damage. Tech line said to remove one of the connectors on the LED driver board and let it sit for several days and see if issue repeats. If issue is resolve then the unit needs a new LED driver board, otherwise issue can be in wiring or pantry control.

Arrived on site to test unit for damaged panel. Replaced panel test unit and unit test good job complete.
