REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF767SDEM01 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with intermittent failure and loss of cooling/power. Upon further inspection the unit is currently working. I checked temps and found 0°F in FC and 29°F in RC. I activated diagnostics and found all parts functioning as well. The customer did have a video of that loud sound coming from unit when it is struggling. I was able to replicate the sound in test 4 and found it was the dual evap valve rattling loudly. However the test 4 completed with no issue. I found proper voltage going to both HV control and power supply. I found correct voltage from control to 3 way valve. I gained access to evaps. I found no issues with loads at either evap fan harness. Indicating intermittently bad controls. I replace controls and unit is currently operating as designed. I waited until fans and compressor turned back on properly. Call complete.

Upon arrival customers had tried to reset the oven and left it off due to the fact that the power reset was not working properly to reset the oven and then was able to reconnect power and try to attempt entering diagnostics even though the air code immediately popped up and I was successful and confirm that the air code was stored multiple times but no others were present and then disassembled in unit UI from the entire oven after shutting power back off and gave unit five minutes to reset either then reassemble the unit and plug power back on but found after 10 minutes that the UI stuck button was reappearing and I was able to narrow down that the lower oven turning on and off button was the cause of it office will need to reschedule once availability of you I consul is known; ordrng 1 W11236888 (Console)

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW6620HC0 "Arrived on site for washer making a lot of noise and banging around about spending the close out all the way. Upon arrival and entering diagnostics I found that the main control had three error codes stored indicating a little lock issue a long drain as well as an off-balance load upon further inspection of the unit in diagnostic testing I found the little lock was functioning as designed and cannot find any reason why thelid lock error code had appeared I did however find that the drain pump was taking much longer to drain out than it shouldve been which would lead to an over amount of water weight during spin another settings that would cause a unit to bang around I then replace the drain pumpAnd retested unit and found unit drained out much faster in the time designated and unit no longer had a banging around motion during spin there also no leaks before during or after repair and I did recommended the customer to go ahead and use it at this point to ver

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5300SQ3 Arrived on site for washer leaking water upon arrival customer stated that they noticed the washer would leak in between the switching of filling to agitation mode. Upon arrival I found that the unit was full of water and did not finish out a complete cycle because customers worried it would continue leaking more so they wanted to make sure that we could double check or anything is changed I was able to run a drain and spin cycle and verify that there are no leaks occurring from the drain pump or any other hardware on the washer during that cycle I then reset the machine and restarted from the beginning and ran a few different test back to back unfortunately I was never able to get a issue or leak occurring at any point during diagnosis but when I disassemble the unit further and verified the integrity internally of the drain pump and other hardware I found that there was prior Rustines showing that the drain pump had leak at one point or another recently an

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW7500GW "Arrived on site for a washing machine that was adding time to a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised they ran a heavy load and during that load, the unit kept adding time to their cycle and not finishing. She advised that they tried to power off the unit and the light kept flashing. They then unplugged the unit for a minute and plugged it back in and were able to run a drain and spin to finish out the cycle. She advised that she ran a smaller lug there after and the unit seem to work just fine. She just wanted to make sure that there was no other issues with her unit. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I advised the customer that this can happen with off-balance load issues or oversuds issues. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFG770H0FZ0 Arrived on site for a range that has a browning element that just clicks and does not ignite and has surface burners that aren’t all the same size. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that they were advised the burners are working like they should but that they just weren’t sure if they were supposed to I’ll cook at the same frequency. I did advise them that bigger burners even on a low setting will cook faster than smaller burners on a low setting. Advised just due to the size and the non-flame that they were not gonna cook evenly. Tested the unit with the broiling element and found the igniter trying to ignite but not igniting. Replaced the boiling igniter and tested unit. Unit ignited and is now working as designed. Call complete.
