"Arrived on site to test unit for water not filling. Upon arrival customer stated on normal or quick wash unit works fine. When on towels or whites cycle unit agitates with no water. Explained to customer the function of the extra power feature. Unit will agitate with minimal amount of water for the first 10 minutes of the cycle, then after the initial 10 minutes unit will proceed with the normal function of filling with water and washing. Demonstrated to customer by starting a load on the towels cycle, unit filled with minimal amount of water and started agitating. Canceled cycle and turned off extra power, started cycle, unit filled to desired amount as designed and then started the washing process. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine that looks like it was rusting. On arrival examined unit and rust spots. Scraped some surface rust off the chill plate. There is discoloration on the evaporator and some has run into the reservoir. I called tech line for a recommended repair. Sent photos to tech line of discoloration and what looks like surface rust, SR7739473043. Based on the photos tech line wants to use some light grit sand paper and sand off the surface rust,then run a cleaner through it since the unit was likely either sitting idle / hasn't been cleaned. Once rust has been removed unit needs to have a cleaning cycle or 2 run. I called and advised the customer of the recommended actions, and that tech line wants us to perform that repair before trying any kind of sealed system or evaporator replacement. Office to schedule and make sure returning tech has sandpaper for repair. Once it's sanded down we can replace plastic items that won't clean off. ; ordrng 1 Emerycloth/sandpaper (Tech needs some form of sandpaper)"

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing water. Inspected unit in work area. Customer advised that the unit seems to work properly for about a cup and a half worth of water but then it starts to sputter and not dispense water properly. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I checked water pressure off the back of the unit and found adequate water pressure coming from the wall. I removed the filter and found water dispensing and flowing as designed. I tested the unit without the filter for six solid cups without any kind of popping noise that was happening prior to. I did advise customer that they will need a new filter and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling. Customer said he heard a consistent clicking coming from the rear and ultimately unplugged the unit. I ran the unit and confirmed it would run the compressor and power it on, but it would shut itself off with a loud click from the start device after about 10 seconds. I replaced the start device since the existing start device felt hot. Retested and found compressor comes on and stays on. If start device fails again we may need to perform a sealed system repair. Customer will follow up if unit does not cool. Parts used - WPW10197428."

I popped up the user interface and found lights immediately start coming on properly on the user interface. I found that when I wiggled the user interface cord on the control, the lights would dim and increase depending on the positioning. I went ahead and replaced the user interface assembly with the harness and tested the unit. I found the unit working in operating as designed and would not flicker, even when moving the wire harness again. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11675701."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making unusual noises during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to make abnormal noises specifically during the agitation cycle and that certain loads are not completing the cycles. I ran into diagnostics and found an F0 E3 (overload) and F7 E5 (shifter fault) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and it confirmed the abnormal noise is coming from the machine in agitation and spin. I came to access underneath and found the slider, broken and grinding up against the clutch. I replaced the slider and checked the agitator. I found the agitator was born as well. I replaced the agitator and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. The unit is not working and operating as designed. Call complete. I gained access to the evaporator and checked the heater. I found the heater registering 30.2 ohms of resistance, indicating a good heater. I checked the defrost buy metal encompassed an ice and found it open causing the issue. I steamed out all excess ice buildup and replaced the defrost bimetal. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. WPW10225581."

I flipped the unit up and found the cam had a 1/4 inch play in it. Also saw that there was belt marks on the pulley like it had been slipping. Gained access to the back and the bake element ohmed out at 24 ohms the broil element ohmed out at 15 ohms. Saw no issues with the wiring harness.
