Upon arrival I enter diagnostics and found an F0 E2 error code indicating that the unit was over siding. I also found an F91 air code indicating that the unit had a long drain time after running a diagnostic manual and auto test and I found that the issue with the washer was the drain was not functioning getting water off thats not causing cycle to run longer than it should or not at all due to the fact of the water could not exit the machine customer says they have tried clearing out the pump multiple times and they dont find any debris in there but cant figure out why it would drain and pump further inspection I found that the pump is just internally starting to break. ; ordrng 1 W11458345 (DRAIN PUMP)

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL GD5NVAXSA00 Ive gone site for refrigerator not cooling on the freezer section according to the customer upon arrival. Upon further inspection of the freezer I found that the temperatures are around the 40s and after exposing the evaporator coil I was able to determine that 90% of the coil was bone dry with absolutely no cold transference whatsoever and I found that the frost pattern was bouncing back-and-forth between the capillary tube of the entry of the evaporator and partway down the evaporator as if the compressor was not pumping the Freon all the way through. Found the amperage to the compressor was between .8 and 1.0 A and as for heat transfer and surround the high side line there was absolutely none in the dryer on the back felt cold. I cannot find any debris or clogs or any signs of oil leaking around any other connections after speaking with in-house sealed system text I was able to verify that the compressor has failed to continue pumping refrigerant

Customer advised that the unit does not seem to drain and that after the last dishwashing cycle, theyve had water sitting at the bottom cents and have not run it. Spun timer around on the unit till it got into a drain and found the unit draining into the garbage disposal. Water appeared to be backing up the left hand side sink and thus causing an issue with backfill. Check underneath the sink and found the drain hose going straight downhill from the garbage disposal back into the dishwasher causing the unit to fill one the sink was backed up. I advise the customer to fix the drain hose in order to prevent that from happening in the future. Tested unit and filled the unit. Unit began to wash, drain, and heat as designed. Customer will need to take care of drain hose issue and unit is working as designed. Call complete."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX735SDHZ03 Arrived on site for refrigerator with ice maker not making ice. I took temps and found FC at 0°F and ice box at 5°F. I put unit into diagnostics mode and tested the icebox thermistor and fan and both tested good. I then gained access to ice maker and jumped the harvest and water valve and neither initiated. I tested voltage to the ice maker and found only 10VAC going to it. I reset the power at the breaker and retested unit and found 120VAC now going to ice maker. Ice maker was also now harvesting and getting water. I advised customers it was possibly due to some sort of power surge. The customer did state in the last 2 months or so they replaced the breaker going to the unit as well. No mechanical failures on the unit. Uni working as designed. No leaks observed at time of service. Call complete.

REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE FFHB2740PEAA Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Upon inspection I found the RC at 37 and the FC at 0. I found that when calling for water to fill the ice maker the valve would engage and hum but no water entered the ice maker. I ran a diagnostics test and found the ice maker defrost heater showing OP. I also found some digits missing on the UI in diagnostics. The customer believes it is the valve causing the issue and stated a previous tech had to clamp the water line to remove it due to a faulty water valve in the home. I do not have any clamps with me today and the customer requested that the tech who clamped the valve returns to diagnose the Ice maker issue.

It has clothes inside and I cannot open it.Plugged in washer and lid was locked. Removed pressure hose from control and ran washer again. Lid unlocked and drain pump began to hum. Removed failed drain pump and installed new pump. Placed in diagnostics and washer went through all cycles and drained as designed. Hum is gone. No leaks detected. Job completed.
