"Arrived on site for range handle that fell off oven door. Upon arrival I found the door handle was still attached to the trimmed vent that holds door together but the trim vent itself had been stripped off the mounted screws holding trim in place. Also found that the door hinges were both not mounted to door well. I found screw holes were stretched out further and hadthat caused mounting screws of hinge to freely move from the door which could lead to the strain on trim vent. After running multiple test cycles and disassembling the unit was bare minimum I eventually found that the cause of the leak was because the door gasket that was previously installed was sometimes slipping up under the door baffle seal below the door causing a gap along water pass-through I was able to trim down the door seal to keep this from happening and unit is no longer leaking and is fully functional as designed. Arrived onsite for washer leaking water while not in operation. Upon inspection I found stored error codes of F3E2 F0E4 F8E6. I cleared the codes and found that the hot side of the valve was allowing water to seep by and leak into the tub while not in use. I found deposits built up inside the valve and the hose beginning to corrode. I advised the customer that they would need to replace the hose soon. I replaced the valve and tested the unit in diagnostics. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for Fridge doesn't work. Had someone out here before, thought it was the compressor or the computer board. Fridge was turned off prior to my arrival and completely defrosted. No evidence of water on the floor. Placed in diagnostics to test compressor. Compressor is good. Ran through all diagnostics that may effect cooling and tested good. Ran through ice harvest and ice maker is working s designed. Tested ice box fan and fan was blowing weak. Thermistors all checked out good. Tested main board and tested faulty. "Arrived on site for washing machine continuously filling to the point of almost overflowing. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E3 for overload and F0E5 off balance load. The customer stated that the error codes have continuously flashed since last service. I cleared the error codes. I activated the individual components and found valves, shifter, and pump working fine. I ran a unbalance detection and it did not function. After backing out of the unbalanced detection activation the lid remained lock and I could not manually unlock it. It then threw an F6E3 error code for ACU communication error. The diagnostics cycle will also no longer run or work, it instantly backs out of it. I found control to be faulty. I replaced the control and then ran a calibration cycle. I then ran a diagnostics cycle to verify repair and it worked as designed. Unit is now functioning as designed. No leaks observed at time of service. Call complete."
