"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the compressor only drew .32 amps and there was very little heat within the condenser, it initially got up to 90F for a few moments and then cooled to just above room temperature. Per service notes, I contacted trade partners and advised of my findings. After giving the information for failed sealed system, the representative said they could not help and I would need to contact the tech line. I contacted tech line, tech Steve and advised of my findings. Verified sealed system failure, SR# 7733669109. Contacted trade partner team a second tie and spoke with Kim. SR# 7733669344. Unit is being sent for review and the CX will be contacted. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I entered service test mode and found F7E5, F8E3 stored in memory. I tested within manual mode and found the issue as described in prior service notes. I inspected the lower harness area and found the drain pump wires badly pinched within the pumps side harness retainer and tugging the harness away from the shifter and capacitor. I freed the wiring and tested the capacitor, verifying 46.46uf. I re-tested the unit and could not recreate the issue and then calibrated. Through multiple manual and automatic service test modes, the issue did not show back up. I tested the unit within CX mode and it filled and sensed as designed. After it filled to the proper level and started agitating, I interrupted it and then went to drain and spin and the unit worked as designed. I had the CX add a load of towels and it sensed/filled and agitated as designed. I attribute the prior failure to the wiring harness issue that I corrected. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. When the unit got to agitate, it failed. I advanced to spin and again it failed and made a loud grumbling noise. Tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the pulley shield, cam and all four panels. When I removed the belt, I found the shaft in the motor was loose. I attempted to spin the pulley and it failed. I removed the motor and tested again and it made the noise I heard while testing the unit. I removed and replaced the gearcase and advised the customer I would have to order the motor. Got the unit reassembled and left unplugged for safety. I am ordering the motor and scheduled return service for 05/21/22. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10890624 (Motor)"

"Arrived to inspect circuit breaker tripping. I could not recreate the issue, but the CX was able to give a very good description of the issue. The unit would trip the breaker within 2 minutes or less, after plugging it back in. I activated all loads through service test mode and could not recreate. I removed the evaporator cover and found nothing that would directly indicate the issue. I discussed other machines that have had similar issues and the fact that replacing the evap motor cured the issue and the CX elected to have us replace the motor to prevent possibilities of filter interruption. The element tested good as it read 7-9amps in wash & dry cycles of diagnostics. I found the element badly rusted and corroded with a few burnt spots around it. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven not reheating after preheat. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the oven will heat then when it goes to get back to preheat temp, they can hear it clicking but it wont reheat. I removed the bottom panel and accessed the ignitor & burner and tested. I found the ignitor arcing and igniting the burner as designed. I did find that the ignitor was badly burnt and beginning to warp away from the burner. I removed and replaced the ignitor and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water and seal broken. Upon further inspection, I found the RC door gasket badly gapped at the lower right corner and not sealing causing condensation to build up in the RC section. The FC door is sealing good. Customer advised that the door opening position was switched during installation. Using my heat gun, I heated the gasket and shaped it and closed the door. Using my plastic putty knife and hat gun, I pressed the gasket against the chassis and heated it again to allow it to form against the chassis and door. The door is not sealed and no further gaps. I recommended that the customer leave the door close for approximately 8 hours to allow the gasket to hold its shape and continue to seal. A

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E4, F3E1, F2E1. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. I found the China gentle light constantly on as well. While testing, I checked amp draw to the element and got 7-9amps during the wash & drying cycles of diagnostics. I inspected the OWI sensor and it is good. When the tub was replaced, I noticed the harness to the sensor had corrosion on it and cleaned it and the unit operated properly, but with the same error codes showing, I will order the harness to replace. The unit operated as designed during testing. I am ordering the control panel, sensor, main harness and will return with the main control. I am ordering a CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION FOR ALL PARTS MENTIONED and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Also found that the freezer had frozen water droplets scattered throughout compartment. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit would trip when the drain pump was to come on and then there would be standing water in the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and I tested each component and the unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a normal wash with heated dry and as soon as I pressed start, the drain pump would attempt to turn on and then the breaker would trip. I tested on a separate outlet and got the same results. I pulled the unit out and found dry water spots under the unit near the drain pump, but no evidence of a leak on the pump itself.
