"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Initially, I removed and replaced the float switch and the issue did not resolve. 7-1 was still stored in memory. I checked for voltage at the motor connector and 119.7 was present. I could hear the motor momentarily hum, but no rotation. The unit will require the sump assy and it also qualifies for Technical Service Pointer #: W11540964 and the heater has been ordered as well. Office to contact the CX to arrange return a service and I disconnected the motor to prevent further damage. I advised the CX to not attempt use the machine and the main control will be UOR just in case, but likely not needed. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise. Upon arrival when door opens the noise was apparent. Put unit in diagnostics and isolated the components in test 3. The dampener motor was functioning but just a little noisy. Removed deli drawer and cleared space to inspect area and noise stopped. Tan test 3 again and could not duplicate the issue. The noise seemed to have gone away. Put deli drawer back in and tested, still could not duplicate the noise. Could have been product vibrating against the back wall when dampener was opening and closing. Customer will monitor.

Arrived onsite for upper spray arm not turning. Upon arrival found that larger plates were preventing the arm from turning. Showed customer how to raise and lower rack. No leaks present. Job complete

Arrived onsite and determined that the hitch in the closing of both doors was due to wear in the correspondent permanent part of the door and not the replaceable closer.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. The pot arrival sound a major defrost issue in the RC Evap compartment. After further inspection and clearing all the ice out I found that the cause of the issue was a failed main harness within the Molex connector coming out of the liner (brown/red tracer) and was missing the prong from corrosion.

Arrived on site for an ice machine that is making cloudy ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that he has run to ice machine cleaners and has replace two filters on this unit and cant seem to get rid of the cloudy ice. Check the unit on the unit is making proper sized ice cubes as well as filling the bin. Spoke to BR and was advised that the only potential issue with Gladiolas would be mineral buildup in the water and it either is a water source issue or calcium buildup issue inside of the ice machine. Went over user care guide with the customer and the unit is working as designed. Advise the customer to potentially look into getting a water softener for the house to avoid this issue. "Arrived on site for a cooktop Applegate the front right burner. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised they were boiling some thing in one the water boiled over, and it popped and tripped the breaker. Remove the cooktop and found the element still intact.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is leaking water when in use. Customer said they see a good sized puddle under the unit when doing smaller loads, but not all loads. Ran valves and unit and did verify a leak coming from the Valve housing. When I checked under the unit I also found gearcase oil splattered all over the unit and rotor, also indicating a failed gearcase. Advised unit needs a new valve / housing, and a gearcase.

Arrived on site for microwave not heating correctly. Upon arrival I confirm the complaint but found no errors in Diagnostics after further testing I found out the top half of the door lock assembly had failed after replacing a reassembled and tested unit and found unit still not heating after further investigation I found that the high-voltage magnetron capacitor and diode had also failed replace those three parts as well then reassembled and tested unit again and found unit was fully heating as design on multiple one minute water test as well as a full 10 minute bowl of ice test. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking from the bottom. Upon arrival the customer stated it seems to leak from the front left, and typically when it is filling. Occasionally it will spill out of the front center. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed with no leaks. I started a normal cycle, and right after it filled when the water began recirculating a decent amount of water came out of the front. I opened up the unit while it was full of water and found that the water had collected to the front, and the back of the tub had no sitting water. Upon further inspection I found the unit unleveled. I found that the units front feet were on tile, and there is a drop off right behind the feet where no tile was placed. The left foot had dropped off and was causing the unit to dip forward. I fixed this and leveled the unit. I then began a normal cycle again and observed no more leak. I informed the customer on my findings and that if it happens again they may need to put a shim right behind the left foot to prevent it from slipping again. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making a knocking sound. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customer went and found the air baffle causing the noise. Replace the air diffuser and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated that when they get ice and the ice maker begins to harvest and dispense water, it makes a loud noise. As the ice maker harvested and when the water dispensed into the tray, I could hear the dual valve making a loud chatter noise. I am ordering the dual valve, reservoir/filter head and CNOTE-LSO FOR TRAINING.; ordrng 1 W11043013 (Dual valve) and 1 W11346622 (Reservoir/filter head) and 1 CNOTE (LSO FOR TRAINING PURPOSES)"
