"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is making loud noise when in use. Ran unit and when it shut off you could gear a grinding sound. Disassembled unit and found the blower wheel was wobbling on the motor shaft, and the wheel collar was fused / rusted to the motor.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has water left the bottom of the washer and will not allow the customer to start a new cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Canceled out the cycle and attempted to drain the unit. Found the unit shut off before it was done draining. The unit rebooted and I tested it again. Found the drain pump impeller separating from the motor. Replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. Found the unit shutting off and turning back on several times while attempting to test. Checked voltage to the unit and found voltage jumping up and down. Checked the wall and found that the unit was plugged into a three prong to two prong adapter thats attached to a two prong outlet. Attempted to use another outlet with the same adapter. The unit continue to have voltage issues. Checked the tube to three prong adapter and found a burn mark on one of the prongs. Switched out the three prong a two prong adapter with another one and the unit began to work and operate as designed. I did advise the customer that using that adapter can cause issues with the unit if not properly grounded. Did advise that she might want to look at changing the plug behind her washer prior to further continual use. The unit is now working as designed. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that wont wash dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. I ran unit for an auto test and noticed water spraying all over the floor. Canceled the cycle and check underneath the unit. Found that rodents had chewed through the inlet water hose going from the valve to the tub. Cleaned up excess water and quoted the customer $67.76 for parts, $255.75 for labor, and $26.69 for tax. Arrived onsite for cooktop with abnormal flame. Upon inspection I found that the cooktop is not being cleaned properly se pix. I adjusted center burner and cleaned the orifice an tested it and found the flame normal this time.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replace the motor and went to put the unit into diagnostics. Found the motor humming and attempting to spin cycle very slowly. Check voltage from the control and found the control sending 120 V to the motor. Replaced the control and tested the unit again. He had me unplug the rotary switches on the control and test the unit again. Found the unit acting normally with the rotary switches disengaged. He then advised that the issue would be with those rotary switches and replace all switches and the harnesses. "Arrived on site and customer is experiencing gas smell while oven is on. They do not smell it while cooktop is running. Customer says they are not having a cooking problem with oven. Started oven to preheat and it reached temperature correctly observed it reignite four more times and did not notice any gas smell. I observed oven running for 25 minutes with no issue. Sent videos of ignition and flame to KB/service management. Explained to tenant that as long as oven is cooking and it is safe and gas/fuel is being consumed. Arrived on site to diagnose washer that doesn't have the indicator LEDs coming on the various function keys. Customer powered on unit and showed me no lights are coming on the buttons. Upon arrival I was able to confirm the complaint and after further inspection I found the location of the crack was in the reservoir tube going from the filter into the Reds tube right next to where the condenser fan was located. I was able to bridge the gap of the hole with a 5/16 hose connector then reassembled and tested the unit and found that the fridge had no leaks around the icemaker or water dispenser or any other fill lines through unit. "Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed heater, bi metal, thermistor, and control board, unit was rewired not to manufacture specification, bi- was also removed by previous company, rewired back to manufacture specification, installed Bi-metal, replaced thermistor, and evap fan, water penetrating from liner into control board housing caused control damage, replaced control also, used perma gum to seal all potential air leak to evap, if issue persists, recommend replacing evaporator cover, powered unit back on, evaporator developed good frost pattern and fan power on, unit running as designed job complete"

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with a leak. Made adjustments to the seals and level to eliminate the leak and advised customer on best use and care practices to prevent a leak in future. All checks food. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with no power. Upon inspection I found the black wire loose in the junction box. I reconnected wire and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine that has a damaged panel. Found lower cover stainless scratched and stainless skin will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Office to set return appointment. ; ordrng 1 W11296659 (Panel)

Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed the failed upper bearing assembly and felt wiper and installed the replacements. I tested the unit and it operated as designed. ; ordrng 1 WE12M29 (Belt (already installed))

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not draining. Test unit and found drain pump getting hot. Replaced drain pump test unit and unit test good job complete.
