I found the condenser fan running, lights inside of unit turning on, but the compressor and evap fan not turning on. I found 5V from control to inverter and 120V at inverter, indicating a bad inverter. I found 12V at control to evap fan motor, but motor not running, indicating bad evap fan motor. I found both evap fan motor and inverter bad. In order to access inverter you may need to pull the compressor and replace.

Neither error code is listed in the technical sheet. Ran through diagnostics and water wasnt coming in at all. RV valve was turned on. Hot water valve sprays water even though its capped. Informed customer to have dealer inspect this. Also informed customer to have RV center advise him on which way the cold water valve should be turned to call for water. Tried running diagnostics with valve knob turned both ways and no water was coming in whichever way the knob was turned. Ran through diagnostics again and got F5 water temp sensor.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was tripping the breaker and would not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area.Found the unit breaker was off to the unit prior to coming in. Flipped on the breaker and found the breaker flashing red indicating it needed to be reset by pressing the test button. Reset the breaker and tested the dishwasher in a normal cycle. The unit filled, washed for 5 minutes, and drained three times for without any issue. I advise the customer that they just needed to press that button on there breaker box in order for that not to trip again. Customer is the new homeowner and did not know. Unit is working as designed. Arrived on site for range not functioning properly. Upon arrival customer stated that the front left and back right burners were not functioning properly would not always light she also stated that they had a hard time running the oven and the cooktop at the same time because it would pause the oven to shut down. Upon further inspection of the unit and found that the igniter inside the oven was starting to go a week and not allowing the gas valve to open up all the way because it was not allowing 120 V a pass-through it down to the valve I also found that the inner glass on the oven door was shattered due to age I also noted that the reason the top burners were not working properly is because theres a lot of salt buildup inside the gas lines around the offices on the top burners that I was able to clear to allow for proper gas flow to the top burners to where they would ignite properly

"Arrived on site for refrigerator allowing interior lights and cooling hardware to function but ui display continuously reboots. Upon arrival I tried entering diagnostics but couldnt get display to stay on longer enough before each reboot to run tests. I checked 12dc volts to display from high voltage board but found a continuous voltage drop as well as one of the relays loudly ticking without stopping. I tried replacing the high voltage board but to see if a stable connection could be supplied to ui, with new hv board I found stable 12 vaults was being supplied to ui. I attempted to run code program needed for units reset with new control but still was unable to get ui input to work from display. Will need to get ahs approval in order to repair hv control as display control kit. Office to reschedule once availability of parts is known; ordrng 1 W10740218 (Ui and touch pad contrl kit)"

Also found that the door hinges were both not mounted to door well. I found screw holes were stretched out further and hadthat caused mounting screws of hinge to freely move from the door which could lead to the strain on trim vent. Arrived on site for dryer taking multiple cycles to dry. I inspected the u it and work area. I found the unit heating and tumbling. I inspected the moisture sensor and it checks good. I removed the dryer vent and found the air flow improved in the unit. I spoke to the customer about the unit and air flow. The customer needs to have the exterior dryer vent cleaned.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the coils and sensor failures, I removed and replaced the coils and sensor and tested. I found the ignitor was not installed correctly from manufacturer and was resting on the bracket and shoring itself out. I removed and replaced the ignitor and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dryer that burned and no has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had the unit unplugged and I noticed a burn mark on the power cord connector at the L1 terminal.The power outlet was completely singed on the L1 side. Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking water after previous repair. After running multiple test cycles and disassembling the unit was bare minimum I eventually found that the cause of the leak was because the door gasket that was previously installed was sometimes slipping up under the door baffle seal below the door causing a gap along water pass-through I was able to trim down the door seal to keep this from happening and unit is no longer leaking and is fully functional as designed. She was unsure whether that ball was necessary but kept it just in case. I advised her that that ball needs to be inside the dishwasher and is what helps the unit drain out fully. Upon arrival I found that the unit had an F 75 error indicating a shifter fault I also was able to verify very quickly when opening live that the inner tub is coming disconnected from the gear case causing the unit to wobble and spin.

Let unit fill to agitation level and monitored for leaks. Ran drain and spin, no leaks found. Ran again on extra large load size and monitored fill and agitation. Ran unit a 3rd time and found no leaks visible. All tested good, no water leaks detected.
