"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rack falling, unit leaking water with rust at the bottom the door and gasket falling off. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out what appeared to be rust at the bottom left corner of the door. I found it to be something that spilled onto the door and not rust. When I opened the unit door, I found the rack clips that hold the silverware rack on the bottom rack was caught in between the door and the tub gasket due to the clips being in the wrong position on the rack. I removed the clips as there was no place on the rack for the clips to attach and allow the silverware rack to hang on the rack. Also, I found the upper rack left adjuster wheel broken causing the rack to fall on the left side and the upper rack was warped causing it to rub on the tub gasket and pulling it off. I removed and replaced the adjuster kit and adjusted the upper rack and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed with no leaks. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dryer that?s not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and checked voltage going to the unit. Found proper voltage going to the unit. Checked all heating components and all showed continuity. Removed the wire coming from the centrifugal switch to the heater from the heater itself and checked voltage while the unit was running. Found proper voltage coming through the centrifugal switch but only 4 V coming from the line one side. Checked voltage through the thermal cut off an operating thermostat on both sides to ground. Found 4 V through both components. Checked voltage going into the timer and found proper voltage but not proper voltage coming out of the red wire leading to the heating components. Replaced timer and tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with no power, upon arrival the customer informed me it had stopped working a week prior, I gained access to the outlet and tested the voltage and polarity, I found the outlet is only outputting 12 to 14 volts when it should be getting 120, I checked other outlets in the house and found 120 volts and I checked the breaker and verified the breaker was on. I referred the customer to contact the builder to look into an electrician to come check their outlets. Job complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is shaking during spin. Tested all parts and components and found no failures to unit at this time. Advised customer on best loading procedures and cycles to use for best results. No leaks were found at time of service.

I gained access to the unit and removed the toe plate, I found that the unit is leaking from the hose going to the inlet valve.

Checked voltage to the unit and found 120 V going from L1 to neutral but only 20 V going from L2 to neutral. Check voltage from L1 to L2 and found 89V. I advised the customer their issue is with an electrical supply issue and they?ll need to have an electrician come fix their outlet or breaker.

On site for fridge having a cut water line and unit still in concealed packaging. Confirmed complaint. Found water line on back of unit split. Replaced water line. Unable to test with water due to unit being in a store warehouse. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I found the dispenser door latch broken. I removed and replaced the dispenser and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Checked pressures and found the low side sitting at -2 psi and the high side sitting at 225 psi. Spoke to PR and was advised to see what pressures were at idle with the unit unplugged. Found pressures equalized at 23 psi on both sides. Checked for leaks at all major components including the evaporator, condenser, die dryer, and compressor. Could not find any dye marks anywhere in the unit. The unit will need nitrogen to pressure the system to find any potential leaks. Arrived on site for a dryer that is making sounds and is turning off prior to the end of the cycle. The customer advised that the unit will stop turning but will eventually turn itself back on. Checked inside the unit and found the unit completely filled with lint. Found the noise coming from the motor and replaced motor assembly. Cleaned off rollers and reassembled unit. Tested the unit and the unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a cooktop that is igniting when the burners in use. Inspect the unit and work area. The customer advised that whenever she called in, they had advised her to try to move her burner cab a little bit to see if that fixed anything. She advised that since she did that that the unit has been working properly but just wanted to get the unit checked out. I did test all burners to check functionality and found all of them working as designed. I did explain to the customer that because everything was working properly there was not really a good way for me to check to make sure that there was anything else wrong. Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed ui/ACU contrl. After installing previously diagnosed parts. I reassembled unit and still had same alternating results as before. Called whirlpool techline and spoke with Adrian sr#7731488769. After running tests over the phone with techline. Techline determined tube assembly is falling causing alternating results. Recommend returning with new tub(basket assembly kit) to complete repair. Arrived onsite for oven not reaching correct temps. Upon inspection I found the oven sensor almost 200 ohms out of range. I replaced the sensor and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. No gas leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for The top over Broil turns it self on. Also the panel itself resets every other day. Powered on oven and placed in diagnostics and got F6E0 ten times. No other codes listed. Console screen was not recognizing my touch as I navigated through selections. Placed upper and lower ovens in bake to preheat at 350. Both ovens heating as designed. Will return with previously ordered parts and console to complete the repair. Explained to customer it is essential to download the Whirlpool app to receive updates for their appliance and in order to keep the current time and date. They plan on downloading the app and getting the oven connected to their WiFi before we return.havent received the new console yet, but it was ordered. Upon returning with new console we will need to power down the oven and replace the console first, then power on the oven for two minutes in order for the new console to integrate with current control board. Once two minutes has passed we will power down the oven again to replace the control board to ensure the SAID code marries to new console with saved codes from original control. This will ensure the WIFI can connect without issue and oven works as designed. Initially I though I would need to pull out the oven with my dolly, but testing proved it wasnt necessary. I called out to the customer when I had finished, but customers were in meetings so I left a leave behind pamphlet on the counter and killed power to the oven at the breaker. Our office will contact the customer as soon as the console arrives to set a return visit. ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the rc evaporator covered in ice. I put the unit through diagnostics and a forced defrost. I found the fc heating element coming on. I gained access to the main control and tested the rc evaporator thermistor(38 Kohms below 0) and rc thermistor reading (8 Kohms 35 degrees) will incased in ice. I tested voltage to both and found the reading within range. I gained access to the pantry UI and found no corrosion. I inspected the pantry wiring harness and found it intact. I found the top lights in the rc and the freezer light out as well. The unit will need a UI, drip pan, rc evaporator fan harness, and fc led module to complete the repair. ; ordrng 1 W11457241 (Drip pan) and 1 W10695459 (Fc led)"

Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine that is not producing ice properly. Found cutter grid broken and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the burner caps and the burners now ignite every time with no issues. No gas leaks detected during service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new console and then ran a diagnostics cycle. The unit ran through the diagnostics cycle as designed. I also began a normal cycle and let it run for a while. The unit would flash random things on the UI and then canceled itself roughly 5 minutes into the cycle. I called techline and spoke to Robert and kept SR# 7731419222. We ohmd out the motor, drain, and OWI sensor. We found it all within range. We then unplugged the WiFi module and ran the unit. The unit still had the same issue. We gained access to the junction box and found a random neutral wire not that was not attached to the power cord to ground and a separate ground wire. We checked polarity and found white to ground at 30VAC and black to ground at 85VAC. This indicates reverse polarity. I informed the customer on my findings and that they need to reach out to a professional electrician. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for range with knob issues. Upon inspection I found the sleeve that secures the knob to the valve had fallen out of the knob into the console somewhere. I replaced the knob and tested functions. The unit is now working as designed. I advised the customer to keep an eye on the sleeves when removing the knobs. No gas leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting water into the tub. Upon further inspection, I found damage to the cabinets to the right of the unit (photo). Customer saw it as well. The customer advised that the unit was removed to complete a remodel in the home and when re-installed, its not getting water. I checked the water line under the sink and the water is turned on and no kinks. When I looked underneath the unit, I found the valve was broken off its mount and the wiring harness molex connector was broken off of the valve housing. Also, I found the left and right leveling legs and the door pulleys were badly bent inward. I advised the customer that the tub would have to be replaced to correct the issue. Arrived on call for door open indicator light coming on with door closed. Checked all door switches and found the freezer switch not responding properly. Will need switch to complete. ; ordrng 1 W11396033 (Switch)

"Arrived on site for a wall oven being to cold. Upon arrival the customer stated that the home inspector said the unit was roughly 25?F off. I preheat the unit and found the average temp to be accurate and the unit to be running as designed.

"Arrived on site for washer not cycling. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found f7e1 error In Diagnostics. After further inspection I found cam wheel had detached from gearcase and stretched out the belt. Replaced both cam and belt. Found gearcase still in tact and not failing. Reassembled and tested unit. Found washer cycled as designed with no errors through fill, agitate and drain/spin. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for dryer door not closing properly. Upon inspection found faulty hinges. Replaced hinges and tested. Unit door is now closing and unit is functioning properly. Job complete
