"Arrived to inspect restricted filter flow. I found the unit did have severely restricted flow and with the filter removed, the issue disappeared. The filter had a large amount of cloudiness when shaken and I flushed the unit thoroughly and viewed the water with 10X power magnification and didnt see any further debris. The CX switched their whole house filtration system to bypass, allowing chlorinated city water to enter the entire water system of the unit. They will allow the water to sit for a few days and then check for debris at that time. Operational test ok, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for washer banging around during the spin cycle. Upon arrival confirm the complaint with the customer. Found no errors in diagnostics but I did also find that the washer was sitting too low to the ground causing unit to touch the ground when filled. I also found out the further inspection that the pressure hose was kinked due to how the factory had wired in the main hardest assembly causing pressure readings to be thrown way off and unit would fill in drain in shorter intervals than it was supposed to. After re-pathing the pressure tube I reassembled and tested unit and found washer could run a full normal cycle both filling agitating and draining as designed with no failures customer also noticed that unit was much quieter and spun out much better than it had since she bought it and its pleased with the pair. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice and water dispenser not dispensing. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found it not dispensing. Tested the ice maker and it is harvesting but not getting water. I found the reservoir frozen due to the fan scroll not sealing at the air tower and the cold air coming off the evaporator is freezing the water in the reservoir. Using some permagum from my van stock (212643) I sealed the gap between the scroll and tower and using my steamer, I defrosted the reservoir. Retested the water dispenser and ice maker and both are operating as designed. When I opened the RC door, I found the bottom hinge making a loud squeaking noise and the RC door at the top was badly warped. I placed a grease on the hinge and it repaired the noise, but I will have to order the door. I am ordering the right RC door and nameplate and office to schedule return service. I gained access to the UI and found some liquid on the UI connector at the UI. I found the UI needing replacement. I installed the new console and then tested the unit. I found it now completely responsive and running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker was leaking water and forming a large block of ice under the bin and inside the ice bin. Tested the water dispenser and no water dispensed. Using permagum prescreened for this call, I sealed off the gap and using my steamer, I defrosted the reservoir. Tested the water dispenser and still no water. After further inspection found that the cam is starting to fail as well as the belt and was putting too much of a heavy load of the circuit causing the actuator not to work right. replaced the cam and belt then reassembled and tested unit and found it fully functioning as designed. Arrived on site for refrigerator with misaligned doors. Upon arrival I confirm the issue and found that it fell within the service pointer R8178793-A. I found the gaskets needed to be re-shaped. After reforming the gaskets and insuring that the door was perfectly even a balance with one another I explained a customer how the issue could be resolved if it were to happen again and how they could correct an issue on their own per the service pointer instructions. at this time unit is functioning as designed and had no other failures on site. Arrived on site to inspect oven that was not working after previously repaired according to the customer. Upon arrival ran an oven bake cycle and found that because of the issue was the oven sensor thinking unit was harder than it was too quickly during the preheat as well as the main control shutting down the relays at random from the start of the heating cycle too quickly before unit could reach its full temperature. At this time unit will need a new main control as well as oven sensor and will need to be thoroughly tested once repaired or ensure that they can at least make it past the preheat setting to the desired tips it needs. ; ordrng 1 316557115 (Control) and 1 316490000 (Probe)

"Arrived to inspect no heat during cycle. Within service mode, F16, F48, F128 codes were stored. I tested the unit in manual service test mode and started verification of heater operations. I accessed the control side connector and the heater showed 14.9 ohms, within specifications of the service manual. The heater portion of the service cycle, after clearing all previous codes, did not supply line VAC. I removed and replaced the control and it heated momentarily, but quickly stopped. I found the thermistor within the float switch showed 1.05 Kohm low to 10+ ohms high and was variable. Expected was 11-12 Kohm and it was out of range.
