"I inspected the unit and found the fresh food evaporator covered in ice. We tested the rc thermistor and the defrost rc thermistor, we found them reading properly. We checked voltage and we are showing good dc voltage. I put the unit through step 38 to frost a defrost, and tested voltage at the control. We put the unit into test 4 and let it run through the 3 way valve was switching as designed. It is showing proper voltage there. I am ordering the control kit and the evap harness just Incase. I spoke to the customer about defrosting the unit before we return with the parts. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, customer said the unit heats but doesnt get to preheat temp. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees on Standard Preheat. Once the unit reached preheat, my temp reading was 311 degrees and reached peak temp,of 325 degrees. I tested the cooling fan and it is operating as designed. Tested the sensor and it showed 1179ohms. I am ordering the main control and sensor and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts.; ordrng 1 W10839510 (Control)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged it in and immediately the drain pump came on. I pressed start to clear the control and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed until the hot water valve came on and I noticed that only the cold water hose was connected; no hot water connection. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I found on page 8, of the Owners Manual, that if the owner is only using cold water, a Y valve must be used and both lines to the valve must be connected (photos). Advised the customer of my findings and what they needed to do in order for the unit to operate correctly and made recommendations for use & care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for sounds like it is running, but it is not cooling either in the freezer or the main refrigerator compartment. It also periodically makes a loud, buzzing sound. - can hear it running but not cooling, hardly anything in the freezer. Found fridge unplugged and at room temperature. Customer did not notice any frost build up on evap cover before unplugging. Plugged back in and compressor turned on immediately. Ran temps in freezer and over a 20 minute period it dropped from room temp to 42. Seems to be cooling as designed. Customer will monitor it over the next few days and reach out to us if it stops cooling and buzzing again.

"Arrived on site and inspected oven and found it is not heating. Found multiple saved error codes F6E4, F8E0 in history. Blower fan will run on low speed and high speed through component activation. Neither broil or bake elements are turning on though. Customer states this is after a self clean, spoke with techline and they recommended replacing TOD. Uninstalling this unit is very difficult, there is a wall on the right hand side that is very close to the oven. oven does not slide out of cabinet easily and needs to be lifted and pulled. replaced TOD and had difficulty getting oven installed again for the same reason. It is very hard to hold power cord behind oven in position while lifting and pushing. Made installation acceptable but it is still not perfect. After powering on unit after one minute error code F8E0 is shown during bake cycle. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, customer showed me where the water was running down into the basement (photos). I found where the insulation under the unit was wet and brown (photos). Pulled the unit form the cabinets and found 2 small wet spots. Pressed the cancel button to engage the drain pump and found where the hose that goes to the disposal and connects to the drain hose to the drain pump was leaking at the connection (photos). I stopped the unit and disconnected the drain hose and adjusted and reconnected. Retested the draining function and the unit is no longer leaking water. Advised customer of my findings and they witnessed the repair and retest. Unit is operating as designed. No further water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher visibly leaking. Upon arrival customer stated they found leak coming from a big dent on the top back left ha d corner. Upon further inspection I found the unit had a big crack on the top and the dent on the back was causing a gap in the weld allowing it to leak. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E1 for inlet water error. I then ran a test cycle and was able to see unit leak from back top left. I observed no other leak on the unit. I also found the float switch drip tray completely missing and allowing float switch to just lay on the ground. "Arrived on site and inspected range and found breaker is off, after resetting it Found bake will turn on, broil will turn on, and all elements except the right rear will turn on and are operating normally. Found the right rear infinite switch has dropped down into the control panel, there is a single brass mounting nut that holds it in place and it is off. This is causing a Short when it is turned on that trips the breaker. after resetting infinite switch confirmed this element is also working properly.
