"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found the unit warm inside and both evap fans operating. Pulled the unit out and found the compressor and condenser fan not functioning. Tested amp draw to the compressor and found none. I inspected the compressor inverter board and found it had shorted/burnt out. Checked the compressor windings and all are within range. Checked continuity to the condenser fan and while doing so, I found one the connectors bent and not making good contact with the harness. I adjusted the connector and installed a new inverter board and tested the unit in diagnostics step 4. Unit is operating as designed. Once out of diagnostics and operating, the unit is beginning to cool as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for GETTING TO ABOUT 20 DEGREES IN THE FREEZER-FRIDGE SEEMS FINE MAINTAINING AT 40 DEG. We gained access to the evap and found incomplete frost pattern. We then gained access to the back of unit and check equalized pressures and found the at 30psi. We found no uv dye at dryer or compressor. We evacuated system.We then check system for leaks with 120psi of nitrogen and found none. We reinstalled all line and evaporator and still no leaks found. We pulled a vacuum found system pulling full vacuum. We monitored system for ten minutes and found it holding a consistent vacuum. We then recharged system with a measured charge of refrigerant. looked at frost pattern. We Found full frost pattern on evaporator. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete

I Called Whirlpool Tech Line and spoke JR SR#7731856935. I was directed to test the ohms at the J2 connector at the control. I didnt register. Checked the connector at the drain pump and the black/ white wire was broken, which caused the drain pump to ruin the control. Arrived on site for range leaking gas/smelling like gas. We gained access to the back to test gas connections with gas leak locator fluorescent dye. And found no leaks. Found main gas valve closed. We turned it on and tested the conditions again and found no leaks. We the lit all burners on top all worked as designed no smell there either. We tested the oven and it seems to be working properly. Arrived onsite for microwave showing door error. I called techline SR#7731301866 we checked voltage at P2 and found only 93VAC he recommended inspecting the primary interlock switch. As I went to unplug the unit I realized I didnt plug it in all the way and you have to really push the plug for it to go all the way in. After doing this all functions restored to the unit. The cavity light came on and I was able to heat a glass of water. I tested function multiple times and it worked as designed every time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for AIG Dryer start button not responding/no start. Tried starting dryer but start button would only click. Gained access to thermal fuse and it didnt have continuity. Removed thermal fuse and installed new thermal fuse. Tested cut off and it too didnt have continuity. Removed cut off and installed new cut off. Tested dryer and it is heating as designed. Customer stated their vent in the wall is clogged so they run their vent hose out of the garage door. I gave them the number to dryer vent wizard to clean their wall vent. Explained how these fuses blowing could happen again if the dryer isnt getting proper air flow. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps and it smoking. Upon further inspection, customer advised they were baking at 300 degrees and the unit began to smoke and the temps felt too hot. Customer provided a photo of burnt food. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 300 degrees. At preheat, my temp reading was 307 degrees. The unit temps are correct as this is an older gas unit. The unit smoking was due to the food that was burnt/charred. I advised the customer that the unit is operating properly.No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

Found evaporator cover broken in several spots. Was able to remove cover and found evaporator, dampener and fan completely frozen. Found drain pan completely frozen and broken in several places. Customer stated wife chipped away at ice with a knife. Also found liner broken and foam exposed near drain pan. Liner is saturated. Unit may need several parts and is also a possibility that the evaporator may be fractured due to ice buildup.
