Arrived on site for range that the glass door had broken off the front. Upon arrival customer stated that when the incident happened they had noticed the right side of the handle was loose from the door and they could not find any way to tighten it at that point they tried to open the door to inspect it and found that the glass had fallen out of place in the process of opening it due to how loose the hand was and not holding it. I removed the back panel and accessed the control board. I did not see any visible breaks or shorts in the harness. I also confirmed voltage and tight connections at the terminal block. I replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit is preheating as designed with no missing digits.

Arrived on site for dryer not running correctly. Upon arrival customer stated that theyve had a hard time getting the dryer to start. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the motor and belt were still intact but when you hit the start button the unit will turn on but would not run. After disassembling the back of the unit I was able to verify that the thermal cut off so the heating element as well as a heating element themselves are all working great but the thermal fuse the gauges airflow leaving the dryer has shorted out causing the dryer not to start. I was able to reassembled and tested dryer and verified that the unit is fully functioning as designed and fluctuating temperatures as needed I did however inform the customer before leaving that because of the issue was due to a dryer vent clog inside the venting of the home and that they would have to call someone out to scrub out the dryer vent from inside the house before being able to reconnect and use a dryer safely. Call complete

Arrived on site for a dishwasher with console start and cancel button being stuck. Upon further inspection I found both buttons not responding. I was able to get the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle on the unit and found it running as designed. I gained access to the console control and found the buttons visibly broken on it. I unplugged the unit and installed the new console. I then tested the start and cancel buttons which were now working. I ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran through as designed with no errors. I removed the toe plate and observed no leaks during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors not closing. Upon further inspection, customer demonstrated how the freezer door opens when the fresh foods door is closed. I tested the door closure by opening at 45 degree angle and letting the door close on its own starting with the RC door. Once it closed, the FC door did not pop open. I tested the FC door and it operated as designed also. I found that the upper left corner of the cabinet/liner was dented inward and badly gapped (photos) allowing warm air inside the FC section and causing frost to build up. I adjusted the corner chassis and filled with manufacturers approved silicone and filled the remaining gap along the opening of the FC section. Advised customer of my repairs. No water connections to the unit, job completed."

Arrived onsite for microwave with lamp cover screw stripped. Upon inspection I found the screw was not stripped but the bulb was burnt out. I was attempting to remove the bulb and it twisted out of its socket leaving the metal part stuck in the lamp housing. I removed the bottom panel to access the wiring. I found one of the wire connectors was black as if there was a small thermal event. Arrived on site for dishwasher giving an F 91 error indicating a draining issue after a previous drain pump had been installed. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that the drain pump wasnt doing bad I then went ahead and replace the entire sump assembly including a new drain pump and reassembled and tested the dishwasher the dishwasher fills agitates and drains perfectly fine and is no longer giving me error code but upon testing unit after repair I found that the heating element is leaking from the seals and heating element will need to be replaced office to reschedule once availability of heating element is known; ordrng 1 W11537778 (Heating element)

However, 15 seconds into the spin, there was a screeching sound and the unit stopped. The unit begin to flash an F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear MCU) error code. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s having a hard time making rice. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found all tests running as designed. The customer advised that the unit will not make ice for days at a time before making several batches and after a few days, the unit will stop making ice. She advised that she can turn the icemaker off and back on after 10 seconds in the unit will start making ice again. Went ahead and replaced ice maker assembly and tested unit. Attempted to chisel out the excess foam and reconnect the connector. Was unable to reconnect the connector. The connector was completely pushed to the back of the housing and was unable to be removed. Didn?t could not find any exposed wiring to splice off the connector. Ran the unit through a diagnostic test in the unit ran as designed. The customer tested the unit in a normal wash cycle I was on another unit and we found the unit not recirculating the water. Tested resistance through the fuse on the control and found it out of range. Replaced control and tested unit. Unit still would not wash in normal wash or express wash cycles. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames. Upon further inspection, customer pointed out that the countertops were cracked in the front left and right corners (photos) and the flames are too high. I tested all burners and found all burner flames too high. Customer advised that they are on Propane. I inspected the regulator and found it was converted to propane. I inspected all of the burner orifices and found none of them had been converted. I removed and replaced all orifices with the correct propane orifice and tested and adjusted flames. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site oven bake not working. We inspected the unit and work area. We tested the bake and found it not coming on. We gained access to the bake element and found it broken. We tested voltage from the control to the bake element and found good voltage. We turned the breaker off. We spoke to the customer about the oven needing a bake element. I am ordering the bake element and the thermal fuse just Incase. The customer asked about their dishwasher. "Arrived on site for lights out and ice in freezer . Found led drive board out . Frost build up to door being left open ,door is sealing properly . Cleaned out frost and replaced led board .

"Arrived on site and replaced temperature switch diagnosed on previous visit, after replacement washer will now after approximately 12 seconds of filling with cold water switch over to hot water. However hot water is barely trickling in. Removed valves and found hot water screen has calcium buildup on it. Coldwater screen is broken/punched through. Took one picture. Recommended replacing valve as well. After reassembling still sound hot water is weak. Disconnected water supply houses again and took a short video showing hot water pressure is weak from the source. A plumber will be needed to address this part of the problem. Although homeowner has left the home the nanny took a video of my video to further explain the situation.

Arrived on site for a washing machine not finishing cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would skip the sense and wash and go straight to fill. She found that the water level just keeps rising as if it is not sensing correctly and gets considerably to high. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E1 for basket speed fault. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and it did not agitate or spin and could only hear the motor hum. I then activated the manual spin and the same happened. I can freely rotate the tub. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and it looked visually good. I gained access to the main control and found on j-2 connector when testing shifter and windings the voltage dropped. I found the j-2 harness ohmd out good indicating a good shifter. I then checked the main control and at j-12 12+VDC was not present. These both indicate a bad control. I checked voltage at the wall and I was good. Ordering main control for the repair. ; ordrng 1 W11498797 (Control) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)

Arrived onsite for dishwasher making grinding sound and poor washing. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran diagnostics cycle and all passed. Upon further inspection found lower rack wheels are broken allowing the rack to sit lower than normal and stopping the spray arm from turning freely. Arrived on site for wall oven being out of range. We inspected the unit and work area. We ran a temp test on the unit and found it preheating too 400 degrees in rapid preheat. We found it averaging 350 when the oven is set to 350. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not cleaning properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would still have soap in it after a cycle, but the unit still seemed to get water. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and the unit filled, the dispenser opened, the diverter clicked, the heater turned on, but the motor did not run. I found the unit had a bad sump and motor. I installed a new sump and motor and then ran a diagnostics cycle. The unit is now running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

ice maker stopped making ice ICE MAKER-NOT MAKING ICE/MAKING ICE SLOWLY. Ran diagnostics and both ice makers are reading correctly. Inspected main control to see if the harness or any connections were disconnected or damaged. With consistent ice maker problems and replacement of ice makers Ive removed the main control and installed a new main control based on possible voltage issues. Customer stated the ice maker in the RC started working yesterday.The ice bin was halfway full in the RC. New control should send proper voltage to ice makers to ensure the fridge and ice production is working as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on job for complaints of not draining. Washer in apartment 8101. Found 120vac to pump but not working. Checked sump but not full of debris. Checked drain again and pump started working. Filled and drain 3 times to make sure wash working. No leaks detected at time of service
