Arrived on site for Not Making Ice - Refrigerator. Found just a few cubes inside bin. Temps were set at recommended. Temps inside fridge and freezer were good. Used jumper to harvest ice. Motor was turning very slowly and thermistor was not located in the correct location. At one point the ice motor stopped intermittently then jumped and started turning again. A block of ice did fall but the ice looked very old. Removed ice maker and installed new ice ice maker. Powered back on fridge and ice maker immediately called for water and motor began turning as designed. No leaks detected. Recommended customer dump any ice it produces today and tomorrow it will be safe to drink. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with a cup of water and immediately after pressing start, the unit began to make a loud vibration noise. I pulled the unit from the wall and removed the cover and retested. I found the transformer shield and transformer screws were not tightened causing the shield to vibrate on the chassis. I tightened the screws and retested and unit is operating as designed. Reassembled and placed back on the wall and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

Ran normal wash cycle to ensure the washer was not failing and giving the same result as it initially was. With dishwasher closed and turned off it sits idle. When dishwasher has a cycle started it runs and drains as designed. If the dishwasher is ever opened while the dishwasher is running to add dishes you must press start with the door open to get the dishwasher to start the cycle again. If the the door is closed and you press start the dishwasher will not start. Referred to users manual for the restart process. Dishwasher running as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine stopping the cycle a few minutes after starting, and the unit not spinning. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes 19 for UI state time out, 26 for out of balance, 27 for water left in tub after cycle, and 7 for max fill-pressure error. I then activated each component separately and found them working as designed. I ran the pressure test and found it running as designed. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and it was in good shape. This indicates a faulty control. I replaced the control and calibrated it to the correct model per the tech sheet. The unit is now running as designed, but the color options on the control are not working. I am ordering another control and will also order the pressure sensor to install. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher not heating. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit was also leaking. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found a puddle of water. I could see the unit leaking from the seal at the sump to the motor. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and tested all loads. I found the heater relay clicking and sending voltage, but not drawing amperage. This indicates an open element needing to be replaced. I am ordering the seal to return and replace with the element. Arrived onsite for wall oven showing F6E1 error when using the upper oven. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint I followed the techsheet and tested the elements for resistance values. All showing within range according to the techsheet. I checked the upper oven sensor and it shows 1.1k ohms which is within range. I could not see any visible shorts on the control so I called techline to report SR#7732049821. He recommended replacing the main control for the upper oven. I replaced the control and re installed the unit. I tested and it is working as designed. I advised the customer to use the unit and let us know if anything else comes up. Job complete.
