Turned water and found dripping at cold hose connection to inlet valve ( see SD-QUICKPIC). Turned water off and removed hose and reinstalled. Monitored hose connection. Inspected gearcase and pulley. Performed diagnostics mode and ran automatic test cycle and manual test cycle. Tested tub suspension and found tub coming back up when pushing down. Rebalance unit. Ran manual test mode again and switched back and forth from agitation and spin cycles. All operations tested good, no water leaks detected."

Tested voltage at the wall where microwave plugs in and got 120v. Removed fuse and installed new fuse. Microwave still without power. Removed cavity thermostat and tested for continuity. Cavity thermostat is faulty. Ordering new cavity thermostat to get power back on. Will return with all other parts sent with me today to ensure we can get the microwave back up and running. Customer stated that initially the original light bulb would not turn off regardless if the light button was turned on or off. They tried installing a new bulb and it didnt change the issue. VENTHOOD WHIRLPOOL WVU17UC0JS Arrived onsite for venthood with filter clip issue. Upon inspection I found both filter clips malfunctioning and pushed up into the cavity. I removed the panel and accessed the clips. One of the clips was weak and the other was good just came out of place. I removed and replaced the weak clip and re secured the other. I found the filter are a very tight fit and the clips can easily be pushed up into the cavity due to this. I tried adding a small screw to the clip to hold it in place but the screw prevented the clip from working properly. I removed the screw and The unit is working as designed at this time. DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED8500DC4 Arrived on site for dryer making odd noise. Upon arrival customer also wanted to state that the dryer seem to be taking longer to dry the clothes since last repair. Upon arrival I disassemble the venting up the dryer and took temperature checks and found that on both normal auto drying modes as well as time dry the heating element would fluctuate the heat between 100 and 140° as designed depending on the motor was selected to and that there were no drops in temperature or odd fluctuations that seemed out of place upon arrival customer had also been running a load of clothes in the dryer to try and mimic the noise but at no point did the dryer make any sort of odd rumbling noise is that the customer is describing during diagnosis at this point it is extremely hard to say what is causing the issue after further inspecting The roller assemblies as well as bulkheads I could not find any indication that these were the leading causes of the rumbling and I was also

WASHER LG WM3500CW Arrived on site for washer not powering on at all according to the customer upon arrival. Upon arrival I checked 120 V from the power outlet and found it was fine and also found that the 120 V was being supplied to the power supply board on the washer itself but I was not getting any voltages anywhere else after that point. I didnt sort of disassembling wires and check and continuity between power supply board and main Acu as well as why but found no shorts and wiring or anything indicating an issue. I didnt reassemble the unit and verified functionality of washer once again and found that washer just needed a factory reset due to a power outage that had just put it in a sort of permanent standby mode after resetting the washer and cycling power back on I was able to reassembled and tested unit and verify the washer is fully functioning as designed and I was able to run a 20 minute quick wash cycle unit filled washed and drained and spun in that order as intended. Tested freezer temperature and found the freezer sitting at 15°F. Removed evaporator cover and found what appeared to be ice from water dripping all over the evaporator. The evaporator was not fully covered in frost so that indicated that there was not a defrost issue. Removed the ice build up and found the water coming from the back of the ice bin. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost bimetal and found it shorted/open. I disassembled the FC section and found a large block of ice on the right upper corner of the evaporator and the bimetal positioned in the wrong place on the suction line (photo). I tested the element and it is good. I am ordering the evaporator bimetal harness and scheduled return service for 03/04/21. I removed the ice with my steamer. Frost was covering part of the evaporator fan blade causing the evaporator fan not to run. The customer advised that one of our kids left the freezer door open on a trip ad when they got back there was an ice sheet at the edge of the front of the freezer. She said a day and a half ago it fell and seemingly has been calling better. Tested the unit in a force to defrost in the unit do you frosted some of the ice indicating no issues with the defrost circuit. Removed ce and tested the evaporator fan. The evaporator fan ran as designed. Tested the compressor anther misters and both checked out good. WASHER WHIRLPOOL NTW4516FW3 "Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining and tub continuing to fill with water. Upon further inspection, I found the tub completely full. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the unit failed. While testing the control, the drain pump came on and began to drain the water, but only briefly. I unplugged the unit and tested the outlet and got 122V. I tested the voltage output at the control and did not get voltage. I tested the power cord and it is good. When I plugged the power cord into the main control, the drain pump came on gain and pumped all of the water out the unit. Following the tech sheet, I found the main control needs to be replaced. I am ordering the main control an valve and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. Water and power to the unit turned off for safety. ; O-emld tckt"
