"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still not acting right. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had one load that did not complete and was doing somewhat similar things it was doing when they first had this issue. She advised that the agitation did not move her clothes and showed me a video. I did confirm that the agitation portion is the slow agitation and showed the customer that portion in diagnostics. The customer stated that the machine shut down prior to the finish of the cycle and since then, they have been able to watch multiple loads without a failure. I removed the bottom rotor and checked the slider. Found the slider still intact and sliding freely. Did not see any oil or where on the rotor itself. Ran the unit through a diagnostic test in the unit ran as designed. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Scott SR# 7733856674. He had me run through a few checks and advise that based on the current information, the unit was working as designed. He advised that if there was an issue with the unit, as an error code wouldve been stored unless if it was an off-balance load. He advised to make no repairs at this time and to run a factory calibration cycle on the unit to make sure the unit was working properly. Call complete."

Arrived to inspect not starting. F5E3 error stored. The unit would not lock the lid and I removed and replaced. I tested within service test mode after the repair and clearing the previous code and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for WALL THAT SEPARATES THE FRIDGE AND FREEZER IS HOT TO THE TOUCH. Upon arrival inspected unit .the mullion was very hot. Checked condenser fan and was operating correctly. Found condenser completely blanketed with dust and pet fur. Cleaned condenser and the mullion is beginning to cool.explained to customer that a warm mullion is normal . Checked the ice maker and it will need to be replaced.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and water barely trickled out. Removed the water filter and retested and got the same results. Customer recently replaced the filter. I tested the ice maker in test 56 and it was good. Tested in test 57 and it harvested as designed. Tested the fill tube and I could hear the inlet valve making a loud humming noise and no water filled the tray. I removed and replaced the inlet valve and retested the dispenser and ice maker and unit is operating as designed. Recommended allowing the ice maker approximately 24 hours before the ice bin would be approximately half full. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not completing a cycle and with no water coming into the unit. Upon arrival the customer stated the soap will just sit at the bottom and not dissolve. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and activated all loads. I found the valve working as designed, but neither the wash motor nor blower energized at all. I activated both again while checking voltage to them and found good voltage. This indicates a bad wash motor and blower. Upon further inspection I found the rubber insulation on the bottom of the unit had separated from the tub and was breaking into pieces. I also found the valve fill hose was extremely kinked creating slow fill on the unit. In order to repair the unit it will need a new blower, motor, and fill hose. The insulation is not a separate part that can be repaired. Arrived on site for a cooktop with the front left burner throwing an F113 error when turning it on. I tested the unit and was able to replicate this. Per the tech sheet this is an open temp sensor or main control issue. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found all connections/harness good. I ohmd out the temp sensor for the front left burner and found it open. This indicates a bad sensor. In order to repair the unit it will need a new front left burner assembly. Per the tech sheet if the error is still thrown after replacement it will also need a main control. Due to this I am ordering the main control to have on hand as well. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker with ice coming out in clumps. Upon arrival the customer stated the ice will come out as one big block as if it is overfilling in the IM tray. Upon further inspection I found a block like this in the IB. I checked temps in the unit and found the, good. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and ran an IM harvest. I found it working as designed. I then ran the IB fan and an IM fill. Both ran as designed. This indicates a faulty IM calling for to much water needing replacement. "Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not going the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and remove the evaporator cover. Found ice buildup inside of the air channel that leads down to the refrigerator section causing this issue. The customer advised that while she was on the line with customer service, they advised her to try to turn the temperature dial inside the freezer to allow more cold air into the refrigerator section. When she did this, the knob and stem broke off of the control. I did confirm this issue but I also found some of the tabs on the backside of the evaporator cover broken. Steamed out the iceman set the position to the recommended setting. Went to order the evaporator cover but found the part not listed properly. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to JR SR# 7733848868. He advised that the part number does not reflect the actual part number on the schematics and will need to be researched through our parts distributor. He advised to send in for research and that whirlpool and our distributor will find the necessary parts to order. I performed test with an carbon monoxide detector wit the oven on and off and also with the burners on and found that the detector did not go off indicating no carbon monoxide detector. I noticed that one of the burners would sputter when set to simmer I adjusted this And found burner operating as designed. Unit operating as designed job complete.

Arrived on site for washer not draining on heavy cycle. Customer stated that they washed a bed spread on heavy and it didnt drain. Inspected unit and work area. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not dispensing detergent. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a clear glass that was fogged up and I could see leftover white detergent on the inside of the glass. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I removed the outer door panel to monitor the dispenser functions and tested the unit. I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box to monitor amp draw to the components. The unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that they have a filtration type system to the water supply of the home. I found the rinse aid dispenser dial set too high and explained what can happen with the dial at that setting with the filtration system. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid us. Customer questioned if they could use liquid plumber in the unit and I advised that they should not use it, bleach or vinegar as all will cause damaging issues with the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose a cooktop with a cracked glass top. Was able to take pics of issue, but homeowner informed me they cancelled call as whirlpool was giving them a discount on a new unit and they already decided to replace unit. No services were performed today."

Arrived on site for washer making a loud noise. Upon arrival customer described issue they were having but stated after allowing the unit to run continuously the issue had stopped and they were able to restore all functionality back to the unit. Upon entering diagnostics I found no signs of error codes or failures during testing. I did however find that the drain hose was shoved into the stand pipe too far causing a natural siphon not allowing unit to fill properly. Its likely this had led to the unit going into a flood mode and once customers allowed flood mode to end all functionality was restored. Inform customer to allow unit to run and if issue comes back to let us know. Washer functioning as designed with no leaks during test. Call complete

Arrived on site for washer not drying . Ran diagnostics. For latch error code . During diagnostics latch clicked couple times trying to lock . Replaced latch . Ran both single and auto tests . All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not producing ice. Upon arrival the customer stated the IM began working again, but had stopped for several days. I checked temps and found the FC at 6?F, the RC at 38?F, and the IB at 16?F. Upon further inspection I found the IB completely full of ice. I then harvest and ran the fill on the IM and found it ran as designed. I called techline and spoke to JR and kept SR# 7733305103. JR recommended replacing the main control. I replaced the control and the unit is now as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water out of the ice tray. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the icemaker tray seemed bent and bowed potentially causing the issue. I did confirm that the icemaker tray had broken off of the motor causing the issue. The ice tray would fall forward and dump out most of the water. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.
