I found the water valve would not fill. E the CX for the valve and installed. I removed and replaced the compressor and vacuumed to the pumps ultimate depth. After holding for 15 minutes, I with the mfg prescribed 5 oz of refrigerant. I bubble tested all available joints within the lower unit area and the evaporator and tested. The unit cooled as designed and I verified a very good frost pattern developing on the evaporator. "Arrived on site for a wall oven that will come on by itself. Upon arrival the customer stated an additional issue is that when baking it will sometimes switch settings on its own. Upon further inspection the customer had the keypad locked, and they found when doing this the issue will cease and it will not randomly turn on. I unlocked the keypad and waited to see if the unit would begin running on its own. I could not replicate this. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found error code F2E1 for shorted key. "Arrived to inspect ice production issues. The ice within the bin was very wet and had the appearance of melting and re-freezing. The ice maker housing was 26 and the FC was 20, too warm for consistent ice production and I allowed the thermal probe to sit in the FC for 20 minutes with very little change and constant compressor operation in CX mode. I removed the lower unit cover and found the discharge tube at the compressor was 134 and near the condenser, had d to 122 within 10 of the compressor, with no condenser fan operation. Testing in mode 5, the compressor made a strange struggling sound at low speed and was quite loud in high speed mode. The sealed system cannot maintain temperatures and the compressor is in early failure. RH RC door gasket required replacement due to the flaps at the top and bottom being torn. Office to contact the CX to arrange return service for three hours, sealed system service and gasket replacement. Arrived on site for washer not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Tested operation and found unit humming. Removed pump from motor and tested. Found drain pump locked up. Will need to replace drain pump. Off to schedule return when ETA is available.; ordrng 1 WP3363394 (Pump)

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Find arrival confirmed complaint not to further inspection found that the evaporator fingers running but the compressor and the condensers handbook were failing to start. Sound compressor and fan receiving the proper voltages and found the unit had a major sealed system issue that it also lead to the heat exchange between the divider wall both compartment internally exploding and causing a massive liner and insulation failure in the FC side rendering the unit unrepairable due to the amount of liner damage done. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not spinning clothes out. Ran unit and found control recycling and resetting when spinning and agitating. Called tech line, SR7733566678. Tested voltage and found voltage consistent at control. Tech Line recommended we replace the actuator and lower harness to resolve, since issue sounds like its in the harness. "Complete: When start is pressed there is a Grinding noise. No lights.Found: it was the drain pump attempting to pump out waster that was not there.Checked: cam,shifter gearcase. All good. Funded in diag: unit operating as designed except the there is a squealing noise going int spin.Black mark on pulley indicating a stretched belt I am ordering the belt and pulley to be replaced at the same time to provide the new bet with a fresh meeting surface.E customer 3184+ to replace belt and pulley customer agreed and in full with card +. Ordering evaporator,compressor way valve and drier,repair covered by manufacture sealed system warranty. Customer had unit pulled out from installers that damaged doors gave estimate for new doors.
