"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replace icebox van and the customer complained about water dripping from the freezer section. Looked underneath the unit and found the drain hole in the freezer section was iced over causing the water to drip into the bottom of the freezer and onto the floor went into defrost. Removed ice buildup and steamed out the blockage in the freezer drain pan. Went to check functionality of the ice maker and found the left side dispenser door not shutting all the way. Check the gasket in the liner and could not find any noticeable dents or warps in either liner or gasket door. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7731884306. He video chatted me to look at this and we attempted to reposition the hinge on the left-hand door. We could not get the door to shut in any circumstance unless if the door was removed from the hinge.

Arrived on site 2/2 for washer stopping mid cycle when set on hot. I started a normal load on hot water setting and it took approximately 3-4 minutes before the hot water got hot. Customer will have the water heater checked because its not providing hot enough water to register properly. Unit works as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer not balanced euring wash cycles. Upon arrival I found tub was heavilyleaning to the front left and after further inspection I found suspension rods had failed. "Arrived on site for dryer still shutting down randomly after previously replaced timer and pts. Upon arrival confirmed unit had a stable 240v connection from outlet. Checked terminal block during tests and found that when unit would randomly shut down (1st test after 11 minutes, 2nd test after 8 minutes, 3rd test after 15 minutes, 4th test after 25 minutes) but found 240 volts still remained. Verified all heating hardware as well as door switch passed all resistance and continuity tests. Motor ohmed out at 1.6 with specs. Called techline and spoke with Butch sr#7731879673. Was advised to run voltage tests at internal timer motor. Found after during 5th tests that unit ran over 30 minutes with no evidence of failures. After relaying info to techline they stated its possible that either the motor and/or the main harness assembly could be shorting out at random making it difficult to pinpoint the exact cause. I relayed findings to customer.

Customer advised that it was adjusted at previous service call. Customer advised that theyve had low water pressure recently due to city regulations. I recommended that the customer purchase a water pressure tester and when the water pressure gets low on the unit to check their pressure outside at the nearest water faucet. I advised if its below 60psi, then we know its a water pressure issue and not the unit. I did not install the pressure regulator as its not needed due to customer not having high water pressure. "Arrived onsite for washer not operating. Upon inspection I found the unit dead and full of water. I was not able to enter diagnostics so I replaced the control. I. Diagnostics I was then not able to drain. I tilted the unit and found the drain pump wires had come disconnected from the connector. I made a temporary repair on the wires and was able to engage the drain pump to drain the water. After the water drained out I could not exit drain in diagnostics and had to unplug the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics again and it immediately went into drain. I tried on normal setting and again just drains. I waited for the auto drain to complete and ended up having to blow out an obstruction from the pressure hose. After clearing the hose I was able to run a spin cycle. I found the unit wobbling at high spin which most likely caused the wires at the pump to separate. I am ordering the lower harness, gearcase, cam, belt, actuator to complete the repair. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in the RC. Upon inspection I found the RC evap cover encased in a block of ice. I called techline to report they gave me W11092686 service pointer REV G and asked that I follow this pointer to correct the issue at hand. We also changed the defrost from ADC to timed SR#7731877358 to replace the RC fan motor and we will have to assess the situation better once the ice is gone and we can access components. ; ordrng 1 SHIMS (SHIMS)

Tested the unit and saw no leaks but did see that the garbage disposal was backing up with water. Turned on the garbage disposal so that the water can go down. Arrived on site for Low Ice Production - Side by Side Refrigerator. Found bin would not release when button pressed. Removed outer bin cover and gained access to release. Release was in good condition but found ice blocks formed underneath bin in housing. Removed blocks of ice and got bin to release. Inspected ice maker and found funnel that water fills into from water tube had styrofoam inside and a crack in it causing water to leak onto impinged assembly and ice bin housing. This leak created the blocks of ice underneath making the ice bin impossible to remove. Removed ice maker and installed new ice maker. Tested new ice maker and when water filled mold I removed the bin and no leaks were found. Job completed.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they can hear water leaking inside the FC section and pointed to the evaporator drip pan where there was some water puddled. I removed the evaporator cover and found the unit was coming out of defrost mode and the water was from the defrosted coils. I pulled the unit out and turned the water on and tested the water dispenser and the ice maker and found no water leaks. I fed the back cover and inspected the drain tube and found it partially clogged. Cleared the debris and advised the customer of my findings. No repairs needed to the unit.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. Upon further inspection, I found the rinse aid dispenser empty. Us customer advised they have a water softener system in the home. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box to verify amp draw to all components. Unit completed diagnostics and is operating as designed. The element is showing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles. I made recommendations for use & care, as well as, detergent & rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a damaged lower spin arm Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.
