Found stored error code F3E2 OWI (Optical Water Indicator) sensor unable to calibrate. Cleared error and reset the control to retest. During operation, confirmed that the center spray arm was not rotating as designed, which is consistent with sensor failure. In addition, upon inspection of the door assembly, I found the door handle loose due to stripped screws. The handle is unable to stay secured and will require replacement. . "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher for leaking.Inspected the unit and began testing by removing the bottom kick plate. Found that the leak was coming from the fill valve. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the fill valve threads were stripped during installation when the water line was connected. Turned the water off at the shutoff valve under the sink to perform the repair. Removed the defective fill valve and installed a new one. Secured all connections properly and restored water supply. The customer advised that it's typically three sheets and two pillowcases. I found the customer has a water softener system, and they're filling the detergent cup with too much detergent. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. The unit is operating as designed. I calibrated the unit and then retested it, and it continues to operate as designed. I found the agitator is removable, and I recommended they remove the agitator when washing small/medium loads. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent and softener use. Also advised that with the water softener system, the customer did not need to use fabric softener. I made recommendations on which cycles to use as well. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I checked the temperatures and measured 0FC and 38RC. I placed the refrigerator into service mode and observed error code E5. I ran test 57(harvest), 45 (fill), 36(fan) 19(heater fill) all tests passed however the ice maker tray did not previously have ice in the mold. I gained access to the fill tube heater and found the heater just touching the top part of the fill tube. I found that the water line was becoming frozen. I addressed this issue by wrapping the heater tightly all the way around the water line and securing it with aluminum tape. I power cycled the refrigerator to clear the code and to reset. I advised the customer on the filter replacement indicator and that it resets based on time. The ice maker should resume normal operating within 24 hr. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that after the unit was installed, the installer tested it and left, and then the customer found a large amount of water on the floor. I pulled the unit out to inspect the drain hose and inlet hoses and found all dry. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the valves, spin, agitate, and drain pump and could not duplicate any leaks. I tested the fill and drain several times before I found water coming from inside the walls at the back left corner of the unit (photos).The customer advised that they were told by maintenance that the drain pipe going outside was cracked outside and leaking water outside. I inspected the pipe outside and found water coming from inside the walls and on the concrete below (photo). I advised the customer to contact maintenance and advise them that the leak is within the walls and not with the unit. The customer advised that maintenance told them that there's water leaking from the cracked pipe and it would be expensive to repair. I recommended to the customer that once the cracked pipe was repaired and they continue to have issues to contact the manufacturer to schedule return service. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-tachometer missing. I cleared the code and manually attempted to spin the basket and found it seized. I gained access to the tub ring and removed it and inspected in between the basket, and tub did not find any debris jamming up the basket. I forced the basket to turn and then continued with testing and tested the spin cycle. Immediately once the basket began to spin, it began to make a loud rumbling noise. I tilted the unit back and found belt shavings in the shield and some gearcase oil on the cabinet panels. I attempted to remove the washplate and found it seized on the gearcase spindle. I sprayed some penetrating oil on the spindle to free up the washplate hub, but it did not budge. I advised the customer that I would have to reschedule and order another washplate as it's going to have to be broken off in order to complete the repair. I am ordering the washplate and CNOTE-PLACE ON CANCELATION LIST and scheduled return service for 09/08/25. The unit was oeft unplugged, and the water turned off at the wall for safety. Initiated ice maker harvest, unit completed cycle and filled with correct water volume. Observed leak forming from the ice tray. Replaced ice maker (W10884390) and retested, no further leaks present. Inspected ice cubes and found older ice cloudy with visible plastic shavings, while newly formed translucent ice showed no shavings. Customer reported recent RO system service, which may have resolved the foreign material concern. Advised customer to discard all existing ice and allow fresh ice production. If shavings reappear, recommended replacement of water filter. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher, not cleaning dishes and not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the upper and lower spray arms switched and corrected. I found debris inside the spray arms and attempted to clean. The lower spray arm has a large amount of undesolved powder, clogging the ports (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E2-drain pump electrical problem and cleared the code, and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a normal mode, and once the tub filled, I canceled the wash and allowed the drain pump to turn on. The drain pump made an electrical humming noise and was not draining the water. I tapped on the motor, and it began to drain the water. Due to the drain pump failure and the spray arm unable to be properly cleaned, I am ordering the drain pump and lower spray arm and scheduled return service for 09/08/25. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent and rinse aid use. With the customer having a water softener system and an RO system, I recommended that the customer use a liquid detergent as using pods with powder, the powder does not dissolve properly. Also recommended they use the rinse aid to assist in drying the dishes. No water leaks were observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher over heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the countertop is getting too hot while using the dishwasher. I found the countertop is approximately one inch thick and porous. I found the unit has the sound deadening insulation on the top as well. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I checked amp draw to the element and found 7-9 amps during the wash and drying cycles of diagnostics, which are well within range of the manufacturer specifications. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering another insulation to double the insulation on top of the unit, and if that does not solve the problem, then we would have to contact the manufacturer to document our findings and get their recommendations. Ordering the top insulation and scheduled return service for 09/09/25. No water leaks were observed during service. "Turn on oven and it came on and then immediately shut off. pulled off drip pan and flame spreader and retested, notice flame was really small again, and it shut off immediately, pulled out bottom drawer and saw that the flame tube and the orifice were misaligned. Bracket that holds regulator and orifice for bake was bent. Straightened out bracket and centered the flame tube on orifice reinstalled flame tube and tested oven, and it ignites fine and stays lit."

Verified dryer wouldn't not start. Removed rear panel and checked thermal fuse and it was open. Removed and replaced thermal fuse. Tested dryer and it starts and heats fine.

Verifirs microwave was dead. Checked voltage and it was good 120vac. Checked 20 amp Fuse and it was blown. Replaced fuse and started microwave. Capacitor started to spark. Shut off microwave and found cap saturated in grease and started to melt due to heat. Needs Capacitor and diode. ; ordrng 1 W10574736 (Capacitor) and 1 W11222648 (Diode)

Removed and replaced drain pump. Ran washer in normal wash. Unit rolled and agitated. Drain washer and it drained fine. No leaks.

Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit running drain pump constantly. I replaced control under S153EB part used w11608056

"Arrived on-site to inspect customers concern regarding oven temperature performance. The customer reported that cooking times are longer than expected and that the oven takes extended time to recover when the door is opened. To verify operation, I installed a thermostat inside the oven and set the unit to preheat at 400?F. The oven reached 425?F before cycling down and stabilized within the designed tolerance, fluctuating at 400?F ?25?. When the door was briefly opened for a split second, the temperature dropped by approximately 25?F and recovered normally, which is expected behavior for this model. Findings confirm that the oven is operating as designed. I explained to the customer that these temperature swings and recovery times are part of modern thermostat cycling, which differs from her older 20-year-old oven, and that there are no parts available or adjustments that would change or improve the performance of the current unit. Job complete"

"Arrivwd onsite for a refridgerator that is making a tapping noise during operation. The customer advised that the noise is slowly getting worse and that the previous technicians haven't been able to resolve the issue. I did confirm the customer's complaint and found the noise get softer when going into the refrigerator or freezer sections. I found the noise get louder toward the left rear of the machine. I found when I pulled out the machine that there was a bow in the rear panel. See photos. I checked the compressor compartment and found no issues with the condenser fan or refrigerant lines touching anything to cause the sound. The noise appeared to be coming from within the cabinet. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Jake SR# 7742297153. He had me send him several photos of the rear panel and advised that the rear panel should be flush against the backside of the refrigerator when I was able to pop the back panel around when trying to push it in. I found the entire right side of the panel was affected. Jake advised that at this point, he believed the issue to be with the cabinet separating from the liner and advised the unit would be sent to review. He advised to make no further repair at this time and that Whirlpool would be in contact with myself or the customer depending on the next steps. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for RC overcooling. Upon arrival,ran diagnostics found FC thermistor shows 48 and Fc evaporator thermistor shows 51. Proceeded to replace W11664342 control, W11610999 evap cover, W11394920 cover evap and W11574766 panel UI. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. Also advised customer to set correct temp for the crisper section for the appropriate types of food. Customer agreed. No water leaks detected at this time"

Arrived onsite for unit with no power. I found the neutral wire a bit loose. I found the breaker to also be tripped. I flipped the breaker and found correct voltage supplied. I secured the neutral wire and tested unit. Unit ran with no issue and only thing to be tripping the breaker was the neutral wire not secured all the way. I found the airflow to check good aswell. I advised the customer on use and care and advised him to get a new vent hose as when he had someone come out the tore the end of the hose. Customer will reach out to them and get a new hose. Unit operates as designed. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of frost build up in freezer section. Found shelf in freezer was not inserted properly and preventing door from closing. Customer also stated the same thing happened in the refrigerator section. I adjusted shelf, unit tested good."

Arrived onsite for clumping ice bin seized. Steamed and refreshed ice bin. Refreshed icemaker for good production. Advised that the ice should replenish within 2 days. Temp is good at 8f and dropping after open and good airflow. Ice dropped this morning and production is set up to properly. Advised customer on findings. No charge.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part per previous technician. I installed control and calibrated the machine. I ran a test cycle and found the machine to be operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11603810

Arrived onsite for unit making noise. When onsite unit is not making the noise. I found the refrigerator off leveled which can cause this noise. I inspected the condenser fan and it checked good. I leveled the feet and noticed the bottom of the freezer was forming ice due to product falling below the drawer causing a bad seal. I cleared the product out and made customer aware to watch out for it. Customer understands. Unit doesn't make unusual noise. Call complete. No leaks.

Arrived onsite for unit making noise. Unit is not making noise during time of service. I inspected the rear and condenser fan motor is running quietly. I pushed the cardboard undercarriage down as it sounds like vibration is occurring. I also leveled the unit as doors were sitting off kilter. Unit is much quieter and sounds as designed. Arrived on-site for unit stuck draining. I verified the issue and replaced the control (w11608056) I calibrated it and ran in factory diagnostics. No error codes and everything is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning properly and leaking. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code F6E4. I checked the float switch and found that door gasket was too long and part of it was under the float switch (photo). I trimmed the gasket slightly so that it couldnt get caught under the switch again. I ran a test and found the dishwasher to be operating as designed. I monitored operation and did not observe any water leaks. The dishwasher is now operating as designed."
