Arrived on site for dryer needing not turning on after previously repaired. Upon arrival I found unit was receiving 240v and timer and p2s as well as door switch and all other hardware except motor were all functioning as designed. Upon further inspection of the motor I found. Loose connection one one of the neutral wires due to it falling out of place from a broken harness lock. I was able to repair the harness assembly connected to motor and after verifying the unit was continuously running within any breaks in power I was able to confirm unit is overall fully functioning at 100%. After running diagnostics there were still no error codes of any kind detected or saved. I ran multiple manual diagnostic test and eventually confirmed customer complaint. After 4 spin tests I found gearcase shaft dropping and causing the splutch assy. to rub against belt cover. Used zip ties to secure drain hose and make a high loop. Ran through diagnostics again and dishwasher is operating as designed. Customer has an RO system and with the drain loop laying on the cabinet floor it was allowing water from the RO to rush back into the dishwasher. Now that drain loop is secured in a high loop water will not fill the dishwasher cavity as it did previously. Explained to customer there maybe water inside the filter housing when not in use, but this is normal.

Arrived on site for ice machine filling up and flooding. Upon arrival I was able to confirm the customer complaint and after further investigation I found that the issue was due to the fact that the drain line for the icemaker as well as the drain line for the dishwasher are connected to the same drain hose that is feeding into disposal and due to the disposal and drain line not being connected properly it is causing backflow in both units and causing a clog which is allowing the ice bin to overfill with water and not drain out properly oh I ended up inform the customer of the day we need to get a Plumber in order to get the repair fixed and to keep the drain line from both units separate so that way this issue cannot reoccurre. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator food items freezing in RC section, water not dispensing properly and ice not forming correctly. Upon further inspection, I found the ice chute gasket badly worn allowing warm air into the ice making housing and cold air escaping into the RC section freezing food items. Tested water dispenser and found the water barely flowing. Removed the filter and retested and same results. Using my bypass, I retested and water began to flow correctly. Also found the right RC door gasket torn on the left side near the top. I am ordering the right RC door gasket, filter head, ice chute gasket and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. Upon return, the ice chute gasket, right RC door gasket and filter head will need to be replaced. Arrived on site for make loud noise while running. Customer stated they hear a noise sporadically and not consistently. Evaporator cover was free of any frost build up and evaporator fan was spinning freely. Ran an ice harvest to ensure the noise wasnt the water being called to ice maker that customer heard. Customer confirmed this wasnt the noise. Customer assured me it wasnt ice falling from the ice maker. Removed kick plate to inspect coils. Coils were clean. Fridge was not leveled properly so I adjusted the leg just a bit to ensure fridge doesnt rock as much. Both doors getting good seals when closed. Heard starter turn on compressor. Sound was not abnormal from starter or compressor. No repairs needed. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher that wont drain. Upon inspection I found the unit had standing water inside. I inspected the drain pump and found the unit has been leaking for a while. I found what looks like an inch of dirt on the bottom with water pooling. No leaks detected at the water valve under the sink. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer making abnormal noise. Upon inspection I found the unit would make a loud grinding noise right when it would switch gears from agitate to spin I inspected the drive system and I found the cam had a white powder on it. I found the cam teeth were wearing down and slipping on the pulley wheel. I did not see any other evidence of failures so I replaced the cam assembly and tested the unit. The unit is now working g as designed and no longer slipping while changing gears. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

I removed evaporator cover in freezer, frost pattern looked great, found control not reading fresh food thermistor properly, I replaced main control and thermistor in fresh food section, unit tested good, instructed customer to fill with water bottles and give it 24 hours."

Upon arrival I ran a diagnostics test and found an F6E for error code as well as an F5 E2 air code indicating that the float switch was stuck and that the main control since the door was not opened in between two different cycles. Upon further inspection of the unit during diagnostics and found that the heating element was receiving 120 V and was kicking on. After ohming and checking continuity on door switchs and float switch but found both checked out ok. I ended up replacing the main control and reassembled and tested unit. Verified heating element stayed on longer and all water would drain from unit as designed. Call complete

I have on site for refrigerator not allowing left side deli drawer to open and shut correctly. Upon arrival I found that the left rail on the left side deli drawer was cracked on the teeth that help it open making the necessary repairs able to reassemble and test the unit and verify that the left side deli drawer is now opening and shutting as designed with no gaps in the door gasket. "Arrived on site for a washing machine off balance and long cycle times. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit would go off balance about once a week, the power button would get stuck and be hard to press all of the time, and the unit had a cycle run a very long time and smelled like burnt rubber when the realized and came in to stop it. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E9 for locked rotor. I cleared the error codes. I ran an HMI test and the buttons responded, however the screen froze and I could not press the power button to turn it off. I unplugged the unit and then tried to use the power button again and it took several times to get it to respond. I ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran through as designed with no errors. I then manually activated the high spin and agitate and it ran as designed. I then ran an unbalanced detection and it ran as designed. The tub and agitator spun freely and separately. I gained access to the control and put my meter into J15 pin 1 and 4. I then went to diagnostics and toggled the shifter. The shifter did not get proper voltage and would not toggle. I then gained access to the shifter coil and slider and it moved freely. This indicates a bad control.The unit will need a new UI and control. Arrived on site for dw making a loud wining sound. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through full diagnostics and dishwasher ran as designed. Customer stated the noise comes on when the dishwasher is full of items and doesnt make the noise when its empty. Customer filled the dishwasher with items and I placed in diagnostics again. Still no presence of noise while in diagnostics. Draining as designed. Completed diagnostics without issue or any abnormal noises. No leaks detected. Requested customer to take a video the next time it happens to help us determine possible components that may be failing. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator ice maker not producing ice. Upon inspection found frozen fill tube. Thawed tube and ran fill test. Unit Oversprayed fill tube elbow and also overfilled ice tray. Called tech line for assistance. With given issues recommended replacing door assembly. Need to order and Replace door assembly SR#7730427552. Left ice maker off to prevent water spray. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11465903 (FREEZER DOOR )

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new control and the unit is now being responsive. I could not properly test the unit after due to the customer having no hot water lines. I advised the customer er of this and recommended installed a hot water line on it. I found the unit now being responsive though. Call complete.

Arrived on site for no cool. Ran diagnostics test 4 no frost formation on evaporator compressor running diagnosed a leak in the system unit will need fresh food evaporator and compressor. Job will need 2hrs; ordrng 1 W11492867 (Evaporator) and 1 Wpw10153759 (Drier uv) and 1 W10913906 (Access valve) and 1 W10832994 (Compressor)

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged unit in and using my multimeter, I checked amp draw from the compressor. When the start device clicked, the compressor was showing 10.98amps then shut down. This occurred four more times with same results. Tested start device and its good. When compressor was supposed to start up, it made a humming noise as if it were locked up.job completed."

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found power connector to icemaker and ceiling LEDs is not secure, after resetting it ran test 57 and it completed properly, ran test 45 and icemaker filled. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps and ice melting in the bin. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees & RC=40 degrees. I found the unit was in defrost mode when I arrived. I tested the unit in diagnostics and all components passed and are in good operating condition. I found the ice door gasket is crimped in the upper and lower right hand corners allowing warm air from the RC section to enter and melt the ice. Using a 1/4 cup of water, I tested the ice dispenser door by pouring the water into the chute and the door held the water; therefore, no warm air is leaking into the ice bin from the dispenser door. Customer questioned about freezer burn on the items in the freezer and I advised that the door had to have been left cracked open by possibly a package of food but the FC section is operating as designed. I recommended replacing the ice bin door due to the gasket being crimped, but customer advised that they would keep an eye on the ice for now. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not cleaning properly. Upon arrival found unit valve had failed found error code F6E1 unit valve was only partially opening not alllowing water to come in correct. Replaced valve and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed ; used 1 W11175771 (Valve) from stock

Arrived on site for a dishwasher not drying properly and not dispensing rinse aid. Upon further inspection I found rinse-aid working properly and advised the customer on rinse-aid usage. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I monitored amp draw to the heater and found it drawing proper amount of amperage and the heater working as designed. I advised the customer on how hot the heater should get and that it is working as designed. Unit is working as designed. No leaks observed at time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice and not dispensing water. Upon arrival found unit water line was not on all the way and was kinked not allowing water to come into unit properly. Fixed line and tested unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

Wall Oven Won't Shut Off Covering Parts ONLY/PRIOR 90 CALL NOTES INTO TECH LINE PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST. Placed in diagnostics and got F6E4. No other error codes came on. Cleared error code. Removed control and installed new control then powered up oven for two minutes. Powered back down and removed UI and installed new UI. Powered oven back up. Tested and oven is heating as designed. Could not get WIFI to connect. Customer had the tech support WIFI team number. They will call to complete the WIFI set up to ensure oven receives updates and continues running as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site and inspected cooktop and found left front burner Will not ignite and valve harness has an electrical problem, front right burner will also not ignite. Found all assembly screws are rusted and cooktop cannot be disassembled to complete diagnosis. All burner heads would need to be drilled out and this would mean they would all need to be replaced as well as the mounting screws, and the orifice holders just to complete a diagnosis.
