Arrived on site for arrange that is not heating properly in the oven is making a popping noise on the right infinite switch. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit and could not replicate the issue. The customer advised of this issue has been going on for the last couple years and that its never been resolved. Check the oven and found the temperature cycling high. Found the calibration on the unit had been set for 10? north of September. Adjusted the temperature back and found the temperature cycling properly. Tested the right front burner and could not replicate the same issue. Spoke to MS and was advised just to go ahead and replace the Internet switch. Did not have that right front Internet switch on hand do to it being out of stock. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker with melting ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice door not sealing properly allowing warm air up into the ice bin area and melting ice. Also found a large amount of ice built up on the underside of the IM cover (photos). I removed the ice chute and found insulation protruding out the liner of the door from under the motor box assembly (photo). Due to the risk of destroying the insulation and liner of the door when removing the motor box assembly, I am ordering the left FC door SS and office to schedule return service. Until the door arrives, I placed permagum in the chute to cover the gap where the insulation is coming out and placed a new chute in the door as a temporary repair. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling in the RC section. I checked temps and found the RC at 57?F and the FC at 11?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running. However, I felt the airflow coming out of the damper to be weak. Upon further inspection I found no ice build up on evap cover. I gained access to the control to ohm out the thermistors. The RC read 3.5k and the FC read 18.8k. These are both roughly accurate. I then checked VDC to the thermistors and found the FC thermistor getting 3.5VDC and the RC thermistor getting 1VDC. I then checked the VDC with no load from the control for the RC thermistor and found it now sending a good 5VDC. This indicates a bad thermistor. I then checked voltage going to the fan and found a good 120VAC. This indicates a bad fan possibly getting weak from prior ice build up. I am ordering the fan and harness to replace at the same time. "Arrived on site for a washing machine receiving an F9E1 and F8E6 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated the error codes continue to flash and that the latch was broken. Upon further inspection I found the tub full of water and the latch physically broken. I had to unplug the unit in order to remove the error codes. I plugged the unit back in and put it into diagnostics mode. I found stored error codes F9E1 long drain, F3E3 for inlet water temp fault, and F8E6 for water hazard. I cleared the error codes. I then tried to manually activate each component and found none responding. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I then checked voltage at the control and found it good. I tried unplugging the drain pump and then activating all loads again, but I found it still not functioning. This indicates a bad control. I also found the gearcase leaking significant oil. In order to repair the unit it will need a new control, latch, gearcase, and slider. Ordering parts and the office to reschedule and get autho. ; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase)"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher stuck with the clean light on and being unresponsive. Upon arrival I found this error occurring. I gained access to the terminal block and found voltage and connections good. I then flipped the breaker for several minutes and found nothing changed. This indicates a possible UI failure. Upon further inspection I found the console bubbling up as well. In order to repair the unit it will need a new UI and console. I arrived on site for a refrigerator getting condensation on the FC door gasket. Upon further inspection I found the top of the FC gasket full of water droplets. I checked temps and found the FC at 9?F and the RC at 38?F. I put my flashlight into the freezer and verified there were no hot air gaps around the gasket. I then inspected the mullion and found it room temp indicating it functions properly. I then found the liner at the bottom of the FC bowing and separating from the chassis. I also found frost and ice build up around the FC door where the separation of the liner was. This was allowing the unit to not cool properly and the condensation to appear. I called techline and spoke to Austin and received SR# 7733724080. Austin recommended using silicone to seal the gap. I used truck stock silicone 482338 to seal it. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer making a screeching noise. Upon arrival confirm complaint out further inspection found no errors in Diagnostics but I did find a lot of oil leaking from the gearcase auntie the Belton spots assembly as well as finding the washplate Hood rusted and seized on to the gearcase also. After getting authorization to replace the splotch belt gearcase and washplate and then reassembled and tested unit and found no signs of leaking or loud noises. Call complete

Arrived onsite for unit not heating. Found bad magnetron. Removed microwave and installed new magnetron. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that when moving the unit the power would turn off and with the gaskets not sealing correctly. Upon arrival the customer stated that when they moved the unit it would power down. They found that the power cord was very finicky and had to be inserted perfectly to power on. They tried a different outlet and found the same issue. I checked temps and found the FC at 9?F and the RC at 37?F. Upon further inspection I found the FC gasket ripped and allowing warm air in. This was creating frost throughout the compartment. I then gained access to the back of the unit and found as soon as the power cord moved the unit powered down. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good with no fluctuation. The customer accepted. I installed the new gasket and reshaped it with my heat gun. I also thawed all frost and ice on the FC rails and around the door. I found the FC overpacked and the door was difficult to close. I advised the customer on reducing this in order to prevent future issues. I verified the door now sealed properly and advised the customer on keeping the door closed for 4 hours to let it harden. I collected the balance in full on CC. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was throwing sparks when the door was opened and now will not power on. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found that the hard wiring for this dishwasher was cut extremely short. The hard wire from the wall does not even come close to making it to the terminal block. The previous installation done was having the black and white wires on the harness side going all the way back to the hardwire on the backside of the unit. The spark that was caused is due to the neutral wire being stuck in between the springs and with the opening and closing of the door, the wire got mangled and shorted onto the spring. Spoke to PR and was advised that this is an installation issue and cannot be corrected until the hardwiring is fixed or a plug is put in place of the hardwiring due to the wiring nuts and wires needing to be placed in the terminal block area. The customer will need an electrician to fix his electrical supply issue. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has an LED out in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and replace the LED module in the freezer. The unit began to illuminate and work as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed apart. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had purchased the bake element from Jenner themselves and I installed both the bake and broil element. The customer was made aware that the vake element would not be guaranteed under the warranty due to the part being purchased outside of our service. The customer agreed to the repair. Ran the unit through diagnostic testing and found both were operational and working as designed. We ran the unit up to 350?F bake and the unit ran as designed getting to an average temperature of 354?F.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed housing assembly Fossett assembly and drawer for whirlpool recommendation. Reassembled and tested unit and found no signs of leaking and inform customer to go ahead and use washer and let us know if anything else would happen. Call complete

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival confirm complaint number for the test and found that the heating element had bowed them grounded out and broke the coil. After getting customer approval I reassembled and tested the unit with a new element and found dryer for heating is designed. Call complete

Downside for dryer not working. Upon arrival customer stated they no longer needed service or diagnostics and that they had had electrician out and verify that the unit had no power which is why it was an operating

Arrived onsite for REF not cooling on REF side /freezer ice accumulating not defrosting. Upon arrival found entire base of FC was a sheet Alf ice. Drain was clogged and frozen over. Cleared drain line. Ran diagnostics and test 5 showed found defrost sensor was shorted. Replaced sensor and test unit. Defrost sensor now shows pass. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is leaking. Found water line from wall not tightened and leaking. Tightened water connections and leak stopped. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found after service was performed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave with a broken bulb. Found surface light bulb separated from bulb base. Removed base of bulb from socket and homeowner to replace bulb. Job is complete.

"Arrived to inspect tapping. The CX provided a clear recording of the tapping and I was also able to verify it. I removed the lower unit panel and verified nothin in that area was causing it and I could hear the tapping coming from what sounded like the inside of the FC, when behind the unit. I removed the evaporator cover and inspected all evaporator area parts, adjusting wiring and tubing. I reassembled and tested. I did hear the tapping, but it was somewhat improved and the CX will monitor. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining and appears to be dead. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised they ran the unit through one wash load and it flashed an error message for a long drain and completely shut off. Found that the unit had not been properly fixed like they were advised the last time and would not drain out water due to their closed drain issue. Removed the drain hose from the stand pipe and was able to drain out the water into a gallon bucket. Once the drain was finished, the unit began to work and operate as designed. I did explain to the customer that the drain situation in her home needs to be fixed prior to any further repairs and that if the drain has not been fixed prior to the next service, they will be charged for the service fee. The customer had initially planned on having the plumber present at the call but was unable to make that happen. She advised the plumber will be here at her home tomorrow to fix the issue. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher odors. Upon further inspection, I inspected the tub and found a rusted color mold in the tub, drain screen and filter. I cleaned the filter and screen and demonstrated to the customer how to do the same. Customer advised that they have a water softener system. I recommended that they keep their salt full as mold and the rusted color mold will build up if the salt level gets too low in the softener system. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
