Upon arrival and her diagnostic mode and found an F7E5 area code indicating a miscommunication between the main AC you and the shifter. Upon exiting diagnostics I then ran through diagnostics and disassemble the machine and check for voltage going from the main control to the shifter but could not detect any whatsoever Ive been replaced main control and factory reset the machine to verify its functionality. Was able to determine the unit is noW functioning as designed and cycling through fill agitation and drain from the moment the customer it starts as needed. Call complete

Upon arrival I verified all the hardware relating to the windscreen light coming on but was able to determine that there is nothing causing the light to come on and it was merely turning onto the Beginning of the cycle to just remind the customer to check. Unit temperatures were sitting at -5°F in the freezer section and 39°F in the refrigerator section. The customer advised that since the last visit, the unit has been working properly except at Christmas when they change the refrigerator temperature down to degrees and the freezer side begin to warm again. He advised that when they change the temperature back to the recommended settings, the unit began to work properly. Due to issues with temperature in the freezer compartment and refrigerator compartment, replaced user interface control. Found no need for the fan scroll due to no current issues of defrost in the refrigerator section. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Upon arrival customer stated it sounded like a plane taking off and was coming from back of unit, and that it was intermittent about every hour or so. She also stated she had a lot of food in the fridge during the holidays and that could be the cooling problem. I advised her it could of caused lack of air flow and made it seem that way. I tested temps in FC and got 3°F, and RC which had 39°. I tested condenser fan, evap fan, and ice box fan which all tested good. I could not recreate the noise at time of service. Customer did also stated they have very hard water and are hooked up to a reverse osmosis. After describing the noise and this, I believe it to be the inlet valve chattering. Upon arrival I found that the dryer was receiving 240 V from the breaker and outlet assigned to it and upon further inspection I found the reason the knob and time it would not turn on was because the timer knob itself was broken off the timer and the timer skim that the knob hold onto his heart where down due to age it is common for these if its after five or more years for the plastic knob so were down from the heat and break. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC704FBS01 "Arrived on site for refrigerator thats not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found freezer temperature at 80°F. Found refrigerator at 75°F. Found no evidence of a defrost issue. Tested maximum and minimum temperatures of the freezer and refrigerator sides over the last 6 hours. Found unit stating the freezer side went down to -20°F and the refrigerator side got down to 36°F. However, the average temperatures were at the temperatures stated. Ran the unit through a compressor test and found the compressor would not turn on. Removed back cover and found compressor hot to the touch. I advise the customer that the rest of the repair would be covered under the manufacturer extended warranty. Ordering sealed system parts in office will need to contact customer about reschedule date due to out of stock items. WASHER ROPER RTW4516FW2 Arrived on site for washer making a loud noise during agitation in spin. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic check and found an error code indicating a miscommunication between the door latch anime control I also found forever that the unit was not stable correctly and is also shaking pretty violently whenever going to agitation to spin after testing the main control and door latch if Im a door latch to be bad and ended up replacing it and I also re-level the unit and reassembled and tested to verify thewasher was now functioning as designed. At this time Im from the customer to go ahead and use the machine if the unit does have another reoccurring issue with noise I would recommend replacing the gear case and cam assembly at time of service unit didnt show any signs of wear and tear but the previous issue with being off-balance can cause some wear on those parts
