Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. We gained access to the back of the unit and replaced the regulator. We used our gas leak detector and found small traces of gas coming from the orifices when not in use still. We were also able to use a lighter above the burner head and see the gas spit out while not in use. We were also able to replicate it when the gas line was shut off at the wall. The customer stated it will typically do this for a day to a day and a half after the gas is turned off. Upon further inspection I found the left side manifold had a stripped screw stuck in the valve. Reordering the left manifold to install. I called techline and spoke to Travis and received SR# 773388828 Travis stated the customer had to check gas pressure at the wall coming into the unit before any further action is taken at the wall. The customer called the gas company while on site and we will need to be on site in order to pull out the range for service. The office will need to contact the customer to coordinate and install. "Arrived onsite for damaged filter housing. Unit in warranty, provided POP. Upon arrival customer stated that after changing filter the unit started leaking. Upon arrival inspected filter housing and found no issues. Did find that when water was being dispensed the dispenser would leak from above. Disassembled dispenser housing. Found water tube failed and water would squirt from a fold in the tube. Will need to order dispenser water tube. Tech will need a string/wire to fish the new tube through the door. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not cleaning dishes properly and not dispensing rinse aid. Upon arrival customer stated rinse aid has been at same level for months and it is used daily. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the unit was on but had no cool at all. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the start device would click on and off, and the compressor would not run. I checked amp draw at the start device and found it would ramp to 19 and then cut out. I then ohmd out the windings and found them good per WP tech sheet. This indicates a bad start device. Upon arrival I found condensation right by the ice door, and I found the ice door not fully closed. I gained access to the inside of the dispenser assembly and found significant corrosion. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I confirmed issue and upon further inspection found signs of heavy defrost issue in fc extending past cover. Found following results from thermistors based on temps (actual) on arrival: 675k(c thermistor), 192k (fc thermistor), under (-20 buried in ice) 47k (defrost thermistor). Found all other functions of unit functioning within specs except ACU not reading proper temps in unit and not entering defrost mode in normal operation. Will need office to reschedule once availability of part/s is known. Arrived on site for a washing machine knocking around when in spin and throwing a UE error. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and only found stored error code UE for unbalance error. I then tested the spin and agitate and found they ran as designed. I tested the suspension and found it bouncing like a ball. This indicates bad suspension rods. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found it good. I am ordering the other three suspension rods and will return with the one on hand to install. Arrived on site for the microwave sparking. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the diode and capacitor shorted. I gained access to the wave guide and found arc marks in the guide. I called safety and documented my findings.

Arrived on site for washing machine making a dripping noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I found no fault codes in diagnostics. I found the waterlines tight and nothing leaking. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit working as designed with no water leaks. I could hear water dripping but it is coming from the wall drain. The arc unit is driving into the same stand pipe the washer is and making a dripping noise. Job complete.

Arrived on site for vent hood light being out. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the bulb broken. I replaced the bulb and found it working properly.

Arrived onsite for Not Filling or Long Fill Times . Upon arrival spoke with customer. He said he did not have fill issues. His concern was basket lowering too much. Unit was not connect to power or water supply. Notice floor all around unit is wet. Uploaded pic on SD. Ran diagnostics and found error code F7-E7 motor unable to reach max rpm due to off balance/ over sized load. Also found unit is on very Unleveled floor. Leveled it the best I could to run auto test . Ran auto test and all components operate as designed. Inspected suspension and basket and all is correct. Unit is not leaking upon completion. Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the ice maker stalled in a partial harvest position. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested. It operated and designed and filled to the correct level. I squared the doors and chassis. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect intermittent and no ice. I found the ice maker would cycle, but no water entered. I tested at the valve and saw no voltage and read and replace the ice maker. The same issue occurred and I then checked the in-circuit diodes. Testing fine, the issue is within the chassis wiring and cannot be corrected. I advised the CX of my findings. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaving film on their dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and tested the unit. Found the unit filled but was filling with murky water. The customer advised that they were told on a previous trip five months ago that they needed to run dishwasher cleaner through their dishwasher and they advised that it did help for numerous cycles but the film has come back. I did explain to the customer that that is normal and that they are supposed to run dishwasher cleaner through their dishwasher on a consistent basis. Advised them that the issue appears to be their water supply due to the incoming murky water. I did advise that there is no component on the dishwasher thats going to cause any kind of film on their dishes and that the only reason they would have that is due to incoming water supply chemicals or using too much soap. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator getting hot and tripped breaker. Upon arrival customer stated unit has only been plugged in since this morning. Unit was plugged in to an adjacent outlet due to refrigerator outlet not functioning. On arrival found cabinet to be getting hotter on the left external wall. Checked compressor and compressor was hot. Unit has no condenser fan. The inside of the unit felt cold. During visit did not experience breaker tripping. Called tech line for assistance. Took a whole amp reading and got 3 amps. Tech described as high. Tried multiple times to put into diagnostics and failed. Tech had no resolution. Wanted to Check windings (9ohms each. 18 collectively) but could not remove inverter. Tech said potential ss issues possible floating restriction causing high amp draw and additional heating of compressor. Could also explain the breaker tripping. Took measurements of compressor. Left unit plugged in current location to see if it still tripping breaker. breaker had not tripped and unit is cooling. Please check in with customer after 24 hrs."

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making excessive sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and disassembled the unit. Found the idler pulley and one of the rollers bad and sounding like metal on metal screeching. Replaced both parts and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not dispensing water or making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to test the water dispenser and found the valve coming on but no water being pushed through the waterline. Disconnected the waterline at the bottom of the door and attempted to dispense water. Found water running out of the connector but running very slowly. Removed the water filter from the unit and tested the unit again found water dispensing at a normal but slow rate. Found the filter barely had any water in it and the ice maker mold empty. Replaced the housing and tested the unit. The water began to dispense and operate as designed. Attempted an icemaker fill test found the unit filling as designed. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

Arrived on site for arrange that is making an odd sound. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the bag panel rattling as it was running with the fan on. I just had a few screws and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the igniter igniting but the gas coil never opening. Replaced the gas coil and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production from FC icemaker and water accumulation on bottom of RC. Found signs of corrosion on back exterior of unit and spot was cold to touch with condensation. On opposite end inside RC a ball of ice was present on rear wall. Removed control cover and found condensation building up on right side of control box dripping on controls. Not confident any repairs would hold as linear is compromised. Found ice maker filltube was pinched shut. Unpinched line and icemaker now receiving water. Job complete.

Arrived on site replace compressor from previous diagnosis. Replaced compressor and found condenser had leak. Cut condenser at leak and soldered a coupler in. System held nitrogen at 135psi for 20mins. Charged system to specs and ideal frost pattern developing on evap. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival both compartments were above 70?F. I found the compressor not running at all. I checked voltage going to the inverter box at the orange and brown wires, and was receiving a good 120VAC. I then checked voltage to the inverter at the red and white wire, and I was getting a good 5VAC. This indicates a bad inverter. I installed the new inverter box and the compressor began running. I waited until the unit began to cool. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer throwing an F6E2 error code for UI and control miscommunication. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit has now been completely unresponsive. I tested the unit and found it would immediately throw the F6E2 code. I was able to put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the error code was still thrown on the diagnostics screen. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block and found it good. I then gained access to the control and UI to check voltage going to the UI. I found good voltage indicating a bad UI. I informed the customer of my findings, and I let him know it was a UI failure but there is still a possibility the control will need to be replaced too. Due to this I gave him two different part I installed the UI and then tested the unit. I found the unit working as designed.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly in fc as well as making noise. Upon arrival confirmed cooling complaint but found no noise. Customer had defrosted unit prior to arrival but provided video of ice build up+sound. Symptoms indicated cooling/defrost issue. Found no air leaks through gaskets or drain lines. Found temps on arrival at 10/40(actual) while being set at 5&3 Found following results of thermistors: Rc thermistor), 199k(Fc thermistor), 20k(fc evap thermistor), 6k(rc evap thermistor). Found evidence of sealed system failure as well as electrical failure within unit but couldnt pinpoint exact causes of failures. Reported findings to customer.

Arrived on site for dryer makin rattling noises at start of cycle as well as through cycle at random. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Isolated sound down to motor. Friction/sound dampener gasket on front of motor failing and causing unit to shutter intermittently and noise to occur. I replaced motor then reassembled and tested dryer. Found sound no longer present. Call complete

Arrived on site for a refrigerator frosting over in the back. I checked temps and found the unit at 38?F. I gained access to the evap and found significant ice build up. I then ohmd out the thermistor and found it read 7k which is significantly off. This indicates a bad thermistor. I thawed the ice with my steamer and replaced the thermistor. The unit is now as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for NOT MAKING ICE. Upon arrival removed ice bin and inspected icemaker. Found ice cubes that were stuck at top of ice bin. Removed the ice cubes and test the unit by hitting the reset button. Watched unit harvest. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite to install previously designed pats. Upon arrival I installed new spray arm base solenoid and motor. tested unit and found unit operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for to install properly diagnosed part. Upon arrival I installed new IM. And adjusted unit chassis to with the doors sealing. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrive on site to diagnose the dryer with no heat. Upon inspection I found that the timer and gone bad also the heating amendment separated. installed new hearting element and timer and tested unit and found unit operating as designed.

Arrived onsite to diag leaking DW. Upon inspection I found that the tub seal what not installed properly. See pix. I tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for to diagnose ice machine that wont drain. Upon inspection I found that the external pump had failed. I installed new pump and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. No leaks.

Arrived on site for for front right lid not secure to cabniet . Found lock missing . Replaced lock . Top of dryer is now secure . No lint build up at time of service. Job complete

Set washer to run on quickwash and it filled with water and started agitating, after several minutes it gave an F 11 error code. at minimum motor control would need to be replaced motor contro likely control panel and control board would also need to be replace because it will not enter diagnostics.

"Arrived on site and found saved error codes F9E4, F5E1, ran diagnostic cycle and found dishwasher filled and wash motor is running but water movement from lower spray arm looks weak. Sound lower spray arm is not secured in place, after resetting it took another video and water movement is stronger. Also recommend to homeowner that water be run at the kitchen sink until it is at its hottest before starting dishwasher to get best wash results. Also recommended running a machine cleaner like washer magic to remove any sediment or buildup that could be effecting wash performance, job complete."
