Went over the script with the customer about these DC voltage issues on these units. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not cooling the refrigerator section again. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found a defrost issue in his refrigerator section. I tested the evaporator fan and found the evaporator fan running. I checked the refrigerator compartment evaporator thermistor and found at reading 25 k ohms (-7?F). I found the refrigerator compartment thermistor reading 7 k ohms (42?F). I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 773389720 He had me run through various checks and advised to switch over the defrost pattern from the adaptive defrost to the basic 8 hour defrost. He then advise for me to run the unit through test number four to make sure that the valve was not leaking refrigerant into the refrigerator section when trying to cool the freezer section. After defrosting the evaporator, I ran through test four and found the unit cycling as designed. Was advised to not make any repairs at this time as we have replaced all other defrost issue components. I was advised to have the customer call back and further issues persisted and they would send the unit for review. Advise the customer to call back if any other issue persists. Call complete."

Customer advised that since previous tech was here, the unit has been heating just fine. They advised that the electrician placed a new recessed outlet behind the unit but the cord was crimped. I tested the unit with my microwave tester and the unit is operating as designed but its making a vibration noise. I pulled the unit out and found the power cord badly bent. I removed and replaced the power cord. Placed the unit back in its spot and tested with my microwave tester and a cup of room temp water. At the end of testing, the unit operated as designed as my tester sensed the magnetron functioning and the water in the cup was heated and the vibration noise was gone. Job completed."

"I arrived on site for a dishwasher that was running but not dissolving the soap. Upon arrival the customer stated that if she uses powdered soap then it will dump out and will still be there when the cycle is finished, and she found pods wont fall out of the dispenser at all. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F3E3 for failed OWI calibration. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found no water came into the unit. I found the unit has not worked since the customer moved in, therefore I checked the valve at the wall and found it closed. I opened the valve and then tested the unit again. I found the unit now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated the leak was significant and coming from the bottom. Upon further inspection I found about 6 inches of ice coming from the bottom up in the RC. The customer stated they dont live there and it is sometimes a weekend home. I gained access to the drain tube and found it clogged. I cleared the tube. I informed the customer that this was allowing water that thawed in the FC to continuously build up on the bottom of the FC. The unit is now as designed. I advised the customer to put towels down and leave the unit off to thaw the ice for at least 72 hours. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine leaking. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E2 for communication error from UI to CCU, F8E1 for no water or pressure sensor error, and F5E2 for door lock error. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics test and found it aggressively spraying water from the valve area. Due to how aggressive it was I could not monitor it and isolate the leak. During the diagnostics cycle it also threw the F6E2 error again. Indicating a bad UI or control. I inspected the tubing and valves but could see no obvious damage to indicate what the leak is coming from. I also found the unit leaking from the door gasket. Due to these I am quoting the customer for the valves, door gasket, and UI.

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found ice maker not responding to diagnostics. Needing ice maker to fix issue. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11284458 (Ice maker)

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=23 & RC=4 Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested voltage to the element and it was 123V. Tested voltage DC to the thermistor and got 01VDC. Checked the thermistor and its showing 13kohms. All check good. I found the suction line crimped. I contacted techline and spoke to Kurt and advised of the complaint, my findings and previous repairs. Kurt had me check the compressor and found .78amps. Compressor was hot but I could leave my hand on it and the lines were room temp. Kurt advised that with the test completed it appears that the unit is low in refrigerant. Kurt recommended a sealed system repair and provided. I advised the office of the recommendation and office will order parts for the R600 system. Also, I found the back right rear wheel is missing the axle clip. I am ordering the clips and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11476984 (Axle clips)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the clothes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F9E1 & F7E Cleared the codes and manually tested the unit. I tested spin & agitate and neither functioned. I tested the dr pump and it failed to come on. Tilted the unit back and found the drain pump harness hanging down next to the pump (photo). Found the harness was damaged. I spliced the harness and attached two connectors and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I could hear the cam making a running noise. I am ordering the lower harness and cam Returning tech will need to replace the lower harness and cam upon return and possibly re-level the unit. "Arrived on site for cooling complaint in freezer section removed evaporator cover good frost formation on evaporator,found while in freezer section unit would stop cooling then start again,found deli control unresponsive removed control found corroded harness. Diagnosed unit will need a new main control,deli door and deli ui. "Arrived on site to test unit for squeaking noise, customer stated that ice has been getting thin also, reviewing customer videos was able to pin point noise to recirculation pump, called tech line and presented my findings, was advised to follow service pointer W11623132, ordering new pump, OFFICE TO MAKE SURE THE MANUFACTURE DATE IS NOT BELOW APRIL OF 2022, also reservoir drain pump was making a high-pitched sound as well and will need to be replaced. "Arrived onsite for Washer drum out of place states plastic rim looks shredded. Upon arrival unit is not connected to or near water connections. ran diagnostics and got F5-E1 lid switch, F7-E1 basket speed sensor fault. Inspected unit and found both rear suspension rods disconnected from outer tub. The suspension bushing were broken off. Reinstalled tub with current suspension to be able to test spin cycle. Test spin and the basket wobbles violently. Need to replace suspension, gear-case, tub ring, ring adapter both rear hinges; ordrng 2 W10461176 (Hinge)s and 1 W11222084 (Ring adapter) and 1 W11261590 (Gearcase)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for smoking. Found wash basket not sitting even and rubbing on outer tub when spinning. Also found bellow was damaged from rubbing. Also found drain pump rusted and signs of water dripping on pump. Dispenser leaking and suspension needs replaced. Would need front tub, rear tub with bearing and seal, drain pump, below, dispenser, suspension, and wash basket. Would need 2hr and 2man for repair. Not confident repair would hold. ; O-emld tckt"
