Used to vent test kit to check airflow and found poor airflow coming out of the dryer unhooked the vent hose and found the airflow good. I did advise the customer that her issue is with ventilation going outside. Found her vent cover partially blocking the airflow going outside most likely causing the issue and advise the customer to fix the ventilation. Call complete.

Placed the unit back into service diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Spoke to CS due to the unit working on lighter loads. He advised the issue would most likely be with the control or shifter and not registering the unit spinning. He advised the harness would not be likely to be at fault due to the unit working intermittently and the fact that if the harness was bad, it just wouldn?t work. Replaced both and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350. My temp at preheat was 288 degrees. I pulled the unit and tested the sensor and it was within range. Tested the bake element and it ohmed out at 19ohms. Tested voltage to the element and got 245V. I found the control is not reading the sensor properly. I removed and replaced the main control and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for cooktop leaving soot inside cabinets. Upon inspection I found perfect flames on all burners high and low. I ran the vent hood and found it to have good suction. I found the customer is using grease catchers or blocker under each burner. I called techline to document the situation. They advised removing the black mesh grease catchers and if it happens again for the customer to not clean the soot so we can better trace where its coming from. SR#7731771468. "Arrived onsite for dryer not operating. Upon inspection I found the power cord was wired with the ground to neutral and vice versa at the terminal block, I found the unit is tripping the breaker shortly after plugging in. I unplugged the cord and tested voltage without plugged in. I found only 18 Vac from L1 to L2 I corrected the terminal block wiring and put the power cord in firmly. I now found 240 VAC from L1 to L2 and 125 to each pole. I powered the unit on and it spun and heated as designed. I explained that there still could be a issue with the circuit of the dryers outlet but as of now working as designed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the sealed system failing, I removed and replaced the compressor kit, access valve, NON-UV drier, hot gas valve, condenser fan and inlet valve and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30/0. Installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit. Pressures held at 3/150 and unit is making ice. I advised the customer of my repairs and tested the incoming water temps. Found the temps to be at 88 degrees on the cold side and 124 degrees on the hot side. I recommended that the customer have someone check the water heater due to the high temps on the cold side. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Upon inspection I found the water line was linked in the back. I taped the line to the power cord and pushed the unit back into place. I accessed the FC and found the IM fill tube was froze solid. I accessed and steamed out the tube and was able to verify water flow. I re installed the ice maker and tested. The IM went through a cycle. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for Dishes not drying...i've tried selecting the heat dry only and high temp only; and also heat dry and high temp combined. Found dishwasher full of items inside and all dishes glassware and silverware were dry inside dishwasher. All plastic items inside had beads of water covering them. Noticed rinse aid dispenser was empty. Went through owners manual with customer and outlined how the use of rinse aid is essential for proper drying. Also covered plastics needing to be hand dried even with the use of rinse aid. Ran through diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through full diagnostic cycles and heating element sizzled water onto element at the end of diagnostics. No leaks detected. Job completed.
