Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. Upon arrival I found at the unit would not turn on in any way shape or form I did find however that the outlet was giving a stable 240 V connection. Upon further testing of the main control I found that it has completely stopped sending the proper DC voltage to the UI panel but after replacing The main control I then found that although the DC voltage had been restored the wire the you I would still not turn on I then replace the UI panel and found that the unit is now fully functioning as designed with no error codes or any other issues while on site call complete

Arrived on site for microwave door needing to be replaced due to crack on old door. I was then able to install the new microwave door I also found that the new door came with a nameplate pre-installed so we did not have to use the one that we were sent with at this time door is now functioning as designed call complete

Upon disassembling the unit, I found a quarter stuck in the drum seal that was rubbing causing the grinding noise. Advised the customer of my findings. Arrived on site for washer not getting any water in it. Upon arrival found water pressure from wall was good. Found no error codes In diagnostics but I found during tests that main control was sending 120v to inlet valve. Also found after more diagnostics tests that the actuator and gear case have stripped from one another and gear case is showing major signs of rust causing spanner nut to seized on and cant be removed. Under unit found gearcase is internally skipping and not allowing for proper functionality. Support rods are worn down to the point that unit cant stabilize and run a good spin cycle. Over all unit will need a full rebuild in order to insure repairs can be done fully. I found ice in the bin when I harvested as well. The customer stated the issue is intermittent and that sometimes it will give crushed ice when doing cubed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s tripping a breaker and is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers issue of the washer leaking from the valve into the unit. Placed the unit and service diagnostics and found an F8 E4 (water hazard), F3 E2 (inlet water temperature fault), F7 E0 (loss of power), F0 E3 (overload), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. I ran the unit through a manual fill, drain, spin, and heavy agitation tests while taking amp draw and the unit ran as designed without pulling more than 10 A with multiple components running. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the same thing. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Drew SR# 7730645618. He had me take resistance checks through the drain pump and motor and found everything within range. The unit is hooked up to a GFCI breaker and he advised that the issue was most likely with the breaker. He advised to make no repairs and have the customer fix their electrical. Did replace the water valve do to the lake and had the unit running with a load of 10 towels and the unit did not pull over 7.5 A while in heavy agitation. Unit is running as designed. I found ice in the bin but the cubes were small. I removed the filter and found the filter head spraying water out of it. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing a previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that the unit was in fact in need of a sealed system repair and had lost all of its refrigerant through a leak located near the dryer. After uninstalling the compressor and dryer I was able to re-install a new compressor new UV dryer. I then ran a vacuum for 20 minutes to ensure that unit was fully cleared of any contaminants and then watch the system for another 15 to ensure that there are no issues with the installed parts and I found no leaks or loss of pressure. I then looked up the schematic sheet for the unit and was able to verify that the unit needed 5 ounces even of refrigerant after charging system with recommended dose of refrigerant I was able to run unit for another 15 minutes and ensure that the pressures were sitting at 150 high side and zero low side as designed by manufacturer. Inform customer it should take at least 24 hours before it is safe to put any items back in the refrigerator. Call complete

Found vent tube clogged inside and at wall. Removed lint and debris and ran temps again. Dryer heating to 275 plus and cooling down to 116 then rising to high temp. Continued to monitor high and low. "Arrived onsite for sealed system repair gained access to the compressor and drier when we punctured the drier I found equalized pressure at 35 psi. We evacuated the system and replaced the fresh food evaporator and installed a new UV drier and access point. When we replaced the evaporator we found foam insulation in the drain tube, cleared the foam insulation and the drain tube, pulled the vacuum on the system and monitored pressures found the vacuum holding, put a measured charge into the system and monitored pressures, put unit in test 4 and monitored pressures for fresh food and evaps found both holding good pressure. I then gained access to the control and found no issue with harness and everything plugged in properly.I then removed the UI harness from the control and closed the door. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon inspection I found unit was making ice. When I engaged the dispenser I could hear the valve humming but no water coming to the dispenser. I heard the ice maker harvest then fill. I replaced the reservoir and valve and tested the unit. The unit still would not dispense water. I attempted to lower the incoming pressure but still nothing. I disconnected the water line at the top of the left side RC door and engaged the dispenser. No water was coming through the line. After a few more mins the line must have been frozen because it started pouring out into the fridge while I had it disconnected from the valve. I reconnected the line and the unit is now dispensing water as designed. I advised the customer on how to load their RC so that nothing is blocking the air vent on the ice box. This could lead to air traveling back up into the unit and freeze the line. I raised the temp in the RC 1 degree and 3 degrees in the FC.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking three or four cycles to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer has this unit in a small outside laundry room. Tested the unit on a time dry high heat cycle and found the unit heating and turning. Looked at the back of the dryer and found the dryer vent hose crushed and restricted due to a spring vent hose. I removed the vent hose and found the unit cycling as designed. I advised the customer that due to the restriction of their crushed vent hose, their unit would not ventilate out air properly and would cause a sauna-like condition in the unit. I told the customer to get a periscope style vent kit for the dryer and if they had further problems, to have their dryer vent looked at due to the vent going through a second story. Ive been on site for dishwasher not draining properly. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that there was an F9E1 error code but I also found an F8 E2 error code indicating an electrical issue with the fill valve but upon further testing I could not find any electrical shorts or reasons why the F 82 area code was appearing. I also found that the drain pump was receiving the proper voltages but the motor itself was barely humming whenever the pump is being activated at this point we I was able to reschedule the customerto complete repairs of the new drain pump; ordrng 1 W11412291 (Pump)

He advised that based on all the testing we ran that those were the only components that could be causing a noise and that if the issue is sporadic, the only thing he could point to is refrigerant noises. Advise the customer of tech lines findings and advise the customer to take a video of the sound (as well as open the freezer door, pull out the unit, etc) on the video to see if the unit stops making the noise or to locate the sound location. "Arrived on site for an oven that won?t heat during a bake cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does broil and I did confirm that by running a test with the bacon boil elements. Remove back cover and gained access to the control. Tested voltage coming out of the control and found 120 V out of the bake connector. Followed voltage down to the element and confirmed voltage. Checked voltage on the other side of the bake element and found 120 V. Checked voltage going across the bake element and found no voltage. Spoke to SW and was advised we would need to replace the wire harness and element.

Arrived on site for a dryer that?s not dry and close. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it?ll sometimes take a couple cycles to dry their clothes and that he does heat but the clothes will still come out damp. Tested unit on a time dry heat cycle and found the unit heating in tumbling. Looked behind the unit and found the vent hose completely crushed and looping around five different directions due to a long vent hose. Took the vent hose off the unit and found the recycling properly. Advise the customer that the unit issue is with the vent hose. Advise customer to shorten the vent hose or purchase a new one for repair. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that was leaking when homeowner replaced filter. Installed filter homeowner provided and all is working properly. Advised homeowner that filter may not have fully rotated into locked position causing issue. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that still not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to jump the icemaker and found the unit not turning. Checked voltage going to the icemaker and found 120 V. Attempted to turn off and turn on the icemaker in at a similar results. Unit will need an icemaker for repair.

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop tubes need replacing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they lifted the cooktop up, they didnt realize thats the orifice holders needed to be unscrewed from the cooktop first and the gas line tubings were damaged. I found the front left & right burner tubings damaged/broken to where gas can leak and the back left & right were bent. I recommended replacing all four tubings I am ordering all four burner gas tubings and CNOTE-LSO and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts.
