Arrived onsite for washer leaking water while not in operation. Upon inspection I found stored error codes of F3E2 F0E4 F8E6. I cleared the codes and found that the hot side of the valve was allowing water to seep by and leak into the tub while not in use. I found deposits built up inside the valve and the hose beginning to corrode. I advised the customer that they would need to replace the hose soon. I replaced the valve and tested the unit in diagnostics. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washing machine continuously filling to the point of almost overflowing. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E3 for overload and F0E5 off balance load. The customer stated that the error codes have continuously flashed since last service. I cleared the error codes. I activated the individual components and found valves, shifter, and pump working fine. I ran a unbalance detection and it did not function. After backing out of the unbalanced detection activation the lid remained lock and I could not manually unlock it. It then threw an F6E3 error code for ACU communication error. The diagnostics cycle will also no longer run or work, it instantly backs out of it. I found control to be faulty. I replaced the control and then ran a calibration cycle. I then ran a diagnostics cycle to verify repair and it worked as designed. Unit is now functioning as designed. No leaks observed at time of service. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with intermittent failure and loss of cooling/power. Upon further inspection the unit is currently working. I checked temps and found 0°F in FC and 29°F in RC. I activated diagnostics and found all parts functioning as well. The customer did have a video of that loud sound coming from unit when it is struggling. I was able to replicate the sound in test 4 and found it was the dual evap valve rattling loudly. However the test 4 completed with no issue. I found proper voltage going to both HV control and power supply. I found correct voltage from control to 3 way valve. I gained access to evaps. I found no issues with loads at either evap fan harness. Indicating intermittently bad controls. I replace controls and unit is currently operating as designed. I waited until fans and compressor turned back on properly. Call complete.

Ran through diagnostics cycles and found agitator not moving. Found belt was shredded and came off. Both cam and motor had burnt rubber attached where the belt makes contact. Arrived onsite for the dryer not spinning properly. During testing found that found that you have to hold the push start button to get the motor going. Checked voltage and its good. Replaced motor and it did not resolve the issue. Upon inspection found that the idler pulley was bent so replaced it. It did not resolve the issue. Did some further testing and found that the drum is out of round. Will need to replace the drum assembly and ordering other parts . "Arrived on site to possibly install previous diagnosed part. I spoke to the customer and they stated the unit never gets down to temperature, that the freezer only gets to 11 degrees. They said the unit will shut off after 5 days but can get it working by doing a power cycle. I gained access to the evaporator and found only a partial frost pattern. I out the unit into step 4 and let the freezer run for 10 minuets. I found no additional frost pattern forming. I spoke to the customer about the unit having a possible refrigerant leak, that would need a sealed system repair along with a new control.

Arrived on site for double oven Giving customers an F to eat one area code indicating a stuck button on the UI. Upon arrival customers had tried to reset the oven and left it off due to the fact that the power reset was not working properly to reset the oven and then was able to reconnect power and try to attempt entering diagnostics even though the air code immediately popped up and I was successful and confirm that the air code was stored multiple times but no others were present and then disassembled in unit UI from the entire oven after shutting power back off and gave unit five minutes to reset either then reassemble the unit and plug power back on but found after 10 minutes that the UI stuck button was reappearing and I was able to narrow down that the lower oven turning on and off button was the cause of it office will need to reschedule once availability of you I consul is known; ordrng 1 W11236888 (Console)
