Upon arrival customer stated that they have been having a lunch which is at the house in various parts of the home and a lot of it started around the same time and before the washer was installed. Con further diagnosis of the washer I realize that you could barely turn the washer on without the breaker tripping and cannot run any diagnostic tests. I was able to find a dedicated outlet away from the washer to plug-in and was able to run test and verify that they were no error codes are indications that of any issues but the main control was not always responsive to certain tests are then replace him a control and retested and reassembled the unit verified everything is functioning as designed I did inform the customer that they will need electrician to figure out what was causing the issue with the rest of the house in the washer. Upon arrival I enter diagnostics and found an F0 E2 error code indicating that the unit was over siding. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL GD5NVAXSA00 I’ve gone site for refrigerator not cooling on the freezer section according to the customer upon arrival. Upon further inspection of the freezer I found that the temperatures are around the 40s and after exposing the evaporator coil I was able to determine that 90% of the coil was bone dry with absolutely no cold transference whatsoever and I found that the frost pattern was bouncing back-and-forth between the capillary tube of the entry of the evaporator and partway down the evaporator as if the compressor was not pumping the Freon all the way through. Found the amperage to the compressor was between .8 and 1.0 A and as for heat transfer and surround the high side line there was absolutely none in the dryer on the back felt cold. I cannot find any debris or clogs or any signs of oil leaking around any other connections after speaking with in-house sealed system text I was able to verify that the compressor has failed to continue pumping refrigerant

Customer advised that the unit does not seem to drain and that after the last dishwashing cycle, they’ve had water sitting at the bottom cents and have not run it. Spun timer around on the unit till it got into a drain and found the unit draining into the garbage disposal. Water appeared to be backing up the left hand side sink and thus causing an issue with backfill. Check underneath the sink and found the drain hose going straight downhill from the garbage disposal back into the dishwasher causing the unit to fill one the sink was backed up. I advise the customer to fix the drain hose in order to prevent that from happening in the future. Tested unit and filled the unit. Unit began to wash, drain, and heat as designed. Customer will need to take care of drain hose issue and unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is showing error code F2E1 and randomly will show and they smell burnt plastic. I tested both ovens on bake at 350 degrees and both operated as designed. I tested all burners and they operated as designed. I never smelled burning plastic.
