"Arrived to inspect noise. I found the CX was using after-market filters and they would pop the filter door open. I was able to adjust the housing to get it to stay closed and the CX will replace the filter with a factory authorized unit if the issue persists. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect door issue. I found the mullion was incorrectly molded and causing the bottom of the door to not be able to seal. I applied a straight edge to the lower mullion to lower front metal border section and found nearly a 1/4 gap. The top left hinge was bent and the metal backer and outer skin were deformed. I contacted the mfg tech line, tech JR and advised of my findings. File# 7733901022 Due to the issues of the mullion and upper left hinge, the unit has been put in for replacement. Arrived on site for wall oven getting hot on exterior of unit. Upon arrival customer stated unit was releasing a lot of heat from underneath unit. Upon further inspection (45minute bake cycle) I found unit exhaust functioning and releasing heat from under cen5 as designed. Documented findings with techline Sr#773389919 Techline stated that due to how exhaust is built into unit its normal to feel high heat from exhaust. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After further testing I found element asm had failed and broke cutoff fuse when element burnt up. Replaced element/cutoff asm and reassembled and tested dryer. Found unit heating as designed. Also located exhaust for dryer outside and found clog. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not cooling the refrigerator section again. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found a defrost issue in his refrigerator section. I tested the evaporator fan and found the evaporator fan running. I checked the refrigerator compartment evaporator thermistor and found at reading 25 k ohms (-7?F). I found the refrigerator compartment thermistor reading 7 k ohms (42?F). I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 773389720 He had me run through various checks and advised to switch over the defrost pattern from the adaptive defrost to the basic 8 hour defrost. He then advise for me to run the unit through test number four to make sure that the valve was not leaking refrigerant into the refrigerator section when trying to cool the freezer section. After defrosting the evaporator, I ran through test four and found the unit cycling as designed. Was advised to not make any repairs at this time as we have replaced all other defrost issue components. I was advised to have the customer call back and further issues persisted and they would send the unit for review. Advise the customer to call back if any other issue persists. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a range that is not getting hot enough during a big cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Checked my resistance on the thermostat and confirmed that it was reading proper temperature. Tested both bake and broil elements. Both turned on and were operating as designed. Ran the unit up to 375? temperature after adjusting the temperature calibration by 25?F north of where it was. Tested the unit and found the unit cycling between 405?F and 352?F. Customer advised that since previous tech was here, the unit has been heating just fine. They advised that the electrician placed a new recessed outlet behind the unit but the cord was crimped. I tested the unit with my microwave tester and the unit is operating as designed but its making a vibration noise. I pulled the unit out and found the power cord badly bent. I removed and replaced the power cord. Placed the unit back in its spot and tested with my microwave tester and a cup of room temp water. At the end of testing, the unit operated as designed as my tester sensed the magnetron functioning and the water in the cup was heated and the vibration noise was gone. Job completed."

Ran testing on the spin and agitation portions of the unit. The unit ran and operated as designed. Ran through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I went ahead and replace the control due to ongoing issues. Arrived onsite for refrigerator leds out. Followed service pointer and S-code S8463 Replaced all 12 led modules. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival customer stated unit is making ice but not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and found ice bucket almost full. However the lower portion of the bucket was melted ice. Found unit overfilling due to frozen fill cup. Customer stated unit was left open for several hrs due to cleaning. Thawed cup and tested ice maker. All is functioning properly at this time. If symptoms persist, recommend replacement valve for possible weeping valve. Also noticed the ice chute seal was stiff. Could potentially cause air migration in unit. Customer will monitor."

"I arrived on site for a dishwasher that was running but not dissolving the soap. Upon arrival the customer stated that if she uses powdered soap then it will dump out and will still be there when the cycle is finished, and she found pods wont fall out of the dispenser at all. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F3E3 for failed OWI calibration. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found no water came into the unit. I found the unit has not worked since the customer moved in, therefore I checked the valve at the wall and found it closed. I opened the valve and then tested the unit again. I found the unit now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."
