Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator WRFF3336SZ00 that is continuing to experience temperature fluctuations and condensation buildup in the refrigerator compartment. Customer also showed me that they have some towels under the filter housing, that were still getting water on them. At the time of service temp in the RC was showing 37 degrees. I found condensation on the filter housing, which was also dripping out the left side of the cover. Customer has also noticed no air is being blown out the top 2 slots of the air tower. I pulled the housing cover and found massive condensation on the roof of the RC all around the lines. When I looked i also found that the top half of the water line insulation was missing, so air was infiltrating from the 3 gap left by the missing cover. As a temporary measure i added some permagum into the hole where the cover is missing to keep air out. I found air is flowing out the top of the air tower as well, and not through the top 2 slots. Talked with PR and based on findings the best course of action is to replace the air tower assembly, and replace the cover for the filter water lines. Customer contacted me a few hours later and said the temp seemed to have hit around 45 degrees, and air tower had condensation on it again. Tech line was closed before I could reach them, and will be contacted first thing Monday for any additional recommendations and documentation. At this time ordering air tower assembly, and foam cover for water lines. WMH31017HS12 Arrived on site for a otr microwave, making a popping sound. On arrival, the client showed me what was wrong after the repair. It sounded like bad door switches. Further inspection I found the top panel wasnt installed correctly and the microwave was loose. The top screw wasnt holding the mic in place. I tightened the screw that holds the microwave and I installed the top panel correctly then tested with a cup of water product is working as its designed no parts used.

Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW5057LW1 noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the unit making the noise, which sounded like the belt slipping. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E4-lid not opened between cycles. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no abnormal noises. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found signs of the belt slipping as there are marks on the pulley and belt dust. When I removed the belt, it slid right off of the pulley without any resistance. I installed a new belt and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I evacuated the system then cleared it with nitrogen. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier, and pre-cooler then tested for leaks using my nitrogen and pressurizing the system at 200psi. No leaks found, so I installed 64g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Once equalized, I plugged the unit in and tested and found the evap fan not functioning. I tested the fan and found it out of range. Removed and replaced the fan motor and retested and the unit is operating as designed and beginning to cool. I spoke to maintenance by phone and advised of my findings and repairs and I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. WED6150PB0 Arrived on site from previous visit to install part. I installed the drum then tested product is working as its designed no water water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. I found the heater coil broken. Replaced WP8544771 ELEMENT, unit still doesnt heat. Ordering WP8577274 and return for Monday 04-13-26. Returning tech to replace thermals and operating thermostat.; ordrng 1 WP8577274 (Operating thermostat)

Arrived onsite for continuous drain failure. F3e1. Verified. Replaced board W11603810. Calibrated and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Found refrigerator at 54 and freezer at 10. Confirmed frozen over coil. Entered test 6 and it shows 2. Bimetal open. Entered test 3 and fan did not start. Tested both icemakers they both cycled and filled. No leaks at this time. No error codes for upper icemaker. Replaced evaporator fan motor. Verified operation. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect washer model WTW4816FW3 not progressing past sensing. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error code F8E1. I checked the water supply and function of the valves and found them to be without issue. I ran a test cycle in consumer mode and found machine would not fill after the first stage of sensing the washer would not progress to the wash stage. The pressure sensor is not sensing the right amount of water. I replaced the control and recalibrated and tested the machine. and it is now operating as designed no water leaks observed during service. W11603810

Arrived on site to test unit for noise, tested unit found failed gearcase, loose rotor causing slider to damage the rotor, was not able to remove the wash plate and it needed to be broken out, replaced gearcase (W11449841), slider (W10734521), rotor (W10915701), clutch (W10754448),and impeller (W10902814) and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts on model WTW4816FW3 i replaced control, motor, and capacitor, unit tested good, no leaks, no one on site to sign, was let in through the garage. Parts used w11603810, w11428524, and w10890624

Arrive on site for a refrigerator model WRS315SDHM13 that is not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit makes ice but it wont dispense through the door. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the motor seized. I replaced the motor W11671282 and the coupler WPW10169511 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed part. I replaced the W11684258 INLET VALVE and resecured waterline. Unit no longer leaks and operates as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to look at model NTW4516FW4 for unit not draining and not responding. Found issue was unable to access diagnostic mode. Found issue with the control board. I replaced control board, calibrated and tested, unitntested good, no leaks. Part used w11603811

Arrived on site for unit door slamming open. Upon arrival, found unit was severely unleveled and tilting backwards which caused RC door to slam open. Proceeded to level unit . Upon leveling, found RC cam is rounded causing door to open with resistance. Proceeded to replace W11398787 cam. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site for a washer WTW4855HW3 with the pump running continuously. The maintenance has all of the broken washers in one apartment with no power so i cant test or calibrate. Office is aware of the situation. Installed the control and took a picture. Nobody available to sign

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part on an electric dryer model MEDB400VQ0. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the drum seal 280140 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit draining constantly. Confirmed unit will not stop draining and a F3E1 water pressure sensor failure is present. Under S code S153EB I replaced the W11608056 Control and calibrated unit. Unit now operates as designed and no leaks are present. Call complete.

Arrived on site to look at model WTW8127LW3 for customer complaint of unit leaking. Found leak coming from outer tub near gearcase seal. Ordering outer tub and gearcase. ; ordrng 1 W11219115 (Outer tub) and 1 W11754447 (Gearcase) and 1 Cnote (2 hour job)

Arrived onsite for washer WTW4105SW0 going from sensing to done. Tested and confirmed issue, motor did not engage. Inspected underneath unit and found capacitor hanging and partially disconnected from harness. Capacitor and capacitor bracket are defective. Replaced capacitor W11395618 and secured bracket so that it would not come loose and disconnect. Reassembled and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher not working upon arrival inspected unit found timer is no longer responding. Verified voltage to machine unit timer is put and possible sump and motor failure as well. Ordering part no leaks present at this time; ordrng 1 3375079 (Timer) and 1 3369035 (Motor and sump assembly)

Arrived to unit 417 for unit starting on its own. Upon arrival tenant stated when door is closed, the machine will start washing on its own. Tenant states machine washes, drains and heats properly. Proceeded to press all buttons and found Start button delays and sometimes with not illuminate . Unit needs new control. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced.
