Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not producing ice since previous trip. Found icemaker failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

I found F6E4 dated 2017. The unit wasnt manufactured until 2019. I cleared the codes and tested the components and could not hear the control relays opening. I did a factory reset on the control and retested the components and they are functioning properly. Due to the error code, I removed and replaced the main control and programmed. Retested and unit is operating as designed. Being as this is a new build and vacant, I left a brochure and left instructions on connecting the unit to WiFi. I made contact with the builder and recommended that they let the new homeowners know to connect to WiFi. Job completed."

Explained that this was completely normal and it is venting out the warm air to keep the air circulating the heat inside.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier, RC evap,drip, and RC evaporator. While removing the evaporator, I found the RC defrost thermistor was bad, as were the RC evap cover and damper control. I advised the customer of my findings and they requested replacing whatever needed to be replaced. I removed and replaced the damper, RC evap motor harness with thermistors and foil taped and ziptied the defrost thermistor to the suction line, and replaced the evap cover. I vacuumed the system and install 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Tested in diagnostics test #4 and pressures are good. Unit is operating as designed.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose built In refrigerator with over temp alarm going off. Found temps in both compartments warm. Could feel heat radiating from the unit, especially top cover. Removed cover and checked compressor and found it scalding hot, no frost pattern on evap. Compressor, Evap, Heat Exchanger, drier and access valve, tubing kit, pan heater, permagum."

Arrived onsite for stuff in the freezer being over frozen and iced over. Looked at the unit and found that the seal along the freezer door had a gap and the refrigerator door somehow had fallen down a bit from the bottom hinge. Tightened screws for the bottom of door and pulled together and sealed as normal. Heated the gasket on the freezer door to close the gap. Was able to close the gap. Let tenant know to let the unit un plug the unit to unthaw for 48hrs before using once again and to have towels ready for the water that will come from the unit. Also called landlord to update on the issues and the fix as well. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles after a load has been run through. The customer advised they?re having to unplug the unit and reset their unit every single time between cycles. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit doesn?t spin but it also does not wash. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the agitation sounding funny and the spin not spinning the basket but only spinning the agitator. Checked underneath and did not find any evidence of oil leaks or issues with the cam or shifter. Attempted to remove the wash plate and found it seized onto the driveshaft. Attempted to use vice grips and a dryer belt to lift up on the agitator. Could not get the wash plate up far enough to pop off. Attempted to push down on the wash plate to slide it back down and jerk it but the wash plate would not get past a certain point. End it will need complete rebuild for repair. Ordering outer tub, inner basket, clean out filter, hub drive assembly, splutch assembly, gear case, wash plate, and screws. The office will need to contact the extended warranty for authorization on the repair as well as contact about I need for two men and two hours. I checked temps and found the FC at 2?F and the RC at 36?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I tested the water dispenser and found the water flow good. At the time of service I found no mechanical failure, and the unit was running as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator water dispenser not functioning and not producing ice. Upon inspection found ice maker fill tube frozen and not filling. No water was being dispensed. Followed water flow and found water reservoir frozen. Thawed reservoir and water flow was restored to dispenser. Thawed fill tube as well. Adjusted temperature to avoid freezing water line. Job complete

Arrived n site for range knob damaged and to hot on low settings. Inspected unit and work area. Found front right burner flame to high. Adjusted burner. Found knob damaged from heat. I
