Upon inspection I found the LF ignitor stem had backed its way out of the ignitor and was resting against the burner cap. It was not sparking when trying to light the burner due to in shorting against the cap. I used a flathead to press the stem back into place. WASHER GE GTW460ASJ9WW "Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the drain pump. It made a humming sound, but never drained the water from the tub. I removed the water with my vacuum and tilted the unit back and removed the drain pump. I found a sock inside the pump blocking the impeller from fully operating. Due to the possibility of the motor being burnt out, I replaced the drain pump and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID WRX735SDBM04 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker jammed. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin unable to be removed. From experience, it felt like the ice maker had leaked water and the bin was frozen to the housing. Once I was able to get the bin removed, I found no evidence of the water leaking from the ice maker. I did find that the bin latch was not releasing the bin. Using some manufacturers approve grease, I placed a some grease on both catches and tested the bin. Customer tested as well and it is easier to remove now. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Diagnostics I found various fan speed fault and a control to UI fault. I gained access to the main control and tested voltage to the hall sensor. I found no voltage to the hall Sensor. I replaced the main control. I reassembled the unit and ran it through a preheat. I found the unit heating properly and no giving off any error codes. Upon further inspection, I found condensation built up,in the FC section on the top and back evap cover. Inspected the FC door gasket and it is sealing good. I found a large gap in between the chassis and cabinet lining at the door. Using manufacturers approved silicone I sealed the gap and advised the customer of my findings and repairs. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS571CIHZ00 Arrived on site for a fridge raider that customer said he was still having a water ice buildup issue underneath the bucket inside the freezer door. Upon arrival I call tech line as suggested on prior notes and went through the different issues and signs that I saw while on site and after further diagnosing with tech line we were able to narrow down and determined that the ice door dispenser flap was not sealing 100% of the time every time it was used and was causing a big air leak to form up inside the ice bucket and around the icemaker repair tech line advise that we replace the separating ice chute door. They did say however that if the customer Calls back and states that the unit is still having the same problem there only recommendation at that point is that we replace the entire freezer side stainless steel door and they said this is due to the fact that the door gasket itself is still ceiling around and appears to be working as designed and the

MICROWAVE GE JE2160BF001 On site for microwave not turning on or heating up although the lights would indicate they were on. Upon further inspection after arrival customer stated that yes the UI indication would show that the microwave was trying to heat. Upon disassembly I found that the capacitor and diode were no longer working in conjunction with one another. WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW2 Arrived on site for washer not spinning the clothes at all the way per coat customer upon arrival. Upon further inspection customer stated that towards the rent in Spincycle the end the wash machine word lock and unlock repeatedly and eventually if she was able to get it to lock in a drain and spin cycle she could get the clothes to spin out of the way but other times it seems like it would stop and not drain out. Upon entering diagnostics I found that the lid lock was occasionally locking when the board would send a power and other times it would not then replace the lid lock and was able to reassembled and tested the unit now functions as designed and spins close all the way out during the spin cycle I also instructed the customer that I had re-level the machine due to laundry room floor having a slight slope. Inform customer that if she were to have any more issues with it knocking around or the little lock not working correctly to just give us a call. Unit
