Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. Upon inspection I found F6E2 F9E4 F2E1 stored in the system. I let diagnostics run through and found the unit would immediately start leaking when the inlet valve was engaged. I found the valve had broken off from the frame and was hanging down. This caused the inlet fill line to fold over the frame and cut the line. The water leaked down over the inlet valve most likely causing the F6E2 error. I will need to return with the fill line to complete tests as I had to stop due to the leakage. Returning tech replace the inlet valve and fill line before continuing tests. Customer also has concerns with the racks rolling out when the door is opened. I devised that this function might be normal but we will attempt to correct the issue on return trip. . ; ordrng 1 W10878507 (Fill line)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still not finishing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will just continue to run a cycle for hours if he lets it in that the only way to get the unit to stop is to unplug it. He advised that after he plug the unit back in, the unit begins to fill again. Ran through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7731842508. He advised of a known issue with the unit being stuck in continuous test mode. He had me run through a diagnostics check on that and found that the unit had been stuck in that continuous test mode. After running through the diagnostics test, he advised that it would have taken care of the issue. He did advise that if any other issues persisted, we would need to replace the main control.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water out of the back left-hand corner. Inspected unit and work area. Found one of the return lines coming to the compressor frosting up and leaking water down out of the backside on the left where the refrigerant lines go into the cabinet. I checked the evaporator for any signs of defrost issues. Did not find any evidence of a defrost issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7731844875. He advised that since there was no evidence of defrost issues, the most likely scenario was with an overcharge of the unit. He advised me to replace the dye dryer and coupler and recharge the unit to see if that fixed the issue. Replaced dryer and access valve and charged the unit. Found the unit pressure is stabilizing at 135 psi on the high side and zero psi on the low side. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I inspected the RC evaporator and found the defrost thermistor bad and not in the correct position. I inspected the FC evaporator and found it with a good frost pattern, but found signs of ice build up. I checked the drain tube at the back of the unit and found it gapped. I sealed the gap with silicone. I am ordering the RC evap drip pan kit (per SP W11092686), RC evap motor/harness, FC evap motor/harness, UI, hv control, RC evap cover, and (2) LED modules and a CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION for the parts mentioned. "Arrived on site for a dryer making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer provided a video of the noise, and it sounded like a very loud rapid clanking. The customer stated the noise typically occurs the last 20 or so minutes of the cycle. I ran the unit for about 15-20 minutes and could not replicate the noise. I then gained access to inside of the unit and found all mechanical components as designed. Upon further inspection I found the blower assembly touching the chassis in two spots. This is most likely causing the rattle. I put the sound pads down to dampen the noise. I then ran the unit again, and after a while I could hear the rattle. I verified with the customer that it is significantly quieter than before. I also found that if you push on the front panel right by the blower wheel it will stop the noise. I did find a dent on the front panel, which may also be contributing to the noise. The unit is working as designed and I found no mechanically failing parts. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not working. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit would not fill. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E4 for float switch open, F6E7 for flow meter issue, and F6E6 for cool water. I ran a test cycle and found the unit filling as designed. The customer did state this issue occurred around the same time their well was being fixed a few months back, and they had only tried it once since then. Upon further inspection I found traces of water leaks under the sump and motor, but at the time of service it did not drip. I also observed a drip coming from the front right of the unit. I gained access to the interior door and found no traces of a leak. Upon further inspection I found the gasket at the bottom of the door seal was corroded, which is what was causing the slow drip. I found the unit otherwise running as designed.

I checked voltage to the fan and found it constant. The customer stated the fan will even run with the compressor off. I unplugged the unit and ohmd out the fan. I found 14, which is good. I then gained access to the control and checked all molex connectors to make sure they were inserted correctly. I also checked for kinks in the harness. All appeared good. I then plugged the unit back in and the condenser fan did not kick right on. It only started once the compressor turned on. I found the unit now working as designed. Call complete."

I gained access to the single valve at the back and found that there is calcium build up that is coming from the valve at the wall, I replaced the single valve and calibrated the flow at the dispenser and now the unit is operating properly as designed.
