"Arrived to inspect. He unit had F0E3, F2E1 and F6E2 stored in memory. I found the control acted erratically upon initial power up and I inspected the motor assembly. The CX experienced high water levels within the area and water had shorted the connection, burning both the motor and harness side, at the lower connection area. The control, harness and stator assemblies will require replacement. The pump and shifter both operated as designed. I advised the CX to NOT plug the unit in until repaired. No leaks observed during service, I unplugged it and shut both water supplies off. for insurance created and saved. Motor, control and harness

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and pressed start and the unit shut down and the display went blank, but never lost power. I tested voltage at the wall and terminal block and got 248V. Disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoffs, thermostats and fuse and all were good except the element. I tested the element by disconnecting the WH4 connector and when I see start the unit stayed on. Eliminating this connector isolated the current to the motor and element. When I plugged the connector back into the control and sees start the unit shut down again. I the customer 56.15 (MS) for service//parts (motor, element & blower wheel). Customer advised they would purchase a new unit and the service/ fees of 22.72 (05.75+) (22.72 H49NY4). Unit reassembled and left unplugged. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could hear it making a loud vibrating noise. I found the vent cover not secured at the top front section of the unit (photo). Tightened the screws and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that both compartments are no longer cooling properly. I inspected the FC evap cover and found frost built up on it. I gained access to the FC evaporator and found it engulfed in ice and frost. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and it showed to be open. I tested ohms to the thermistor and found it way out of range. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the thermistor clip and removed and replaced the thermistor. I tested defrost and the element came on and began to melt the ice. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended that they unplug the unit and allow it to defrost for approximately 24 hours. Also recommended they place some towels around the unit to absorb any water that may leak from defrosting. I tested the unit and found the area where I removed the frost/ice is frosting up as designed. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if they see any frost building up on the evap cover again, to call it in for service at which time the hv control, UI & defrost thermistor will all need to be replaced together. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Found icemaker passes all tests in diagnostics and found unit valve does activate and fill spout heater is working and there is not ice, however, unit valve may be shorting. This indicates a bad back left burner spark module. I also found the switch harness and front right orifice holder bad. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) and wont unlock. Inspected you and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and ran the unit through diagnostics. Found an F3 E3 (inlet water temperature fault), F9 E1 (long drain), and F1 E2 (motor drive module over voltage) error codes. Attempted to take the unit out of the drain or unlock the lid but was unsuccessful in doing so. Removed the pressure hose off of the control and blew through it. Found that something had been stuck inside the pressure hose potentially causing the control to think water was still in the tub. Upon removing the pressure hose off of the control, the unit continued to drain and would not stop. Power cycled the unit and found the unit doing the same thing with the pressure hose off. Went to replace the control but found that the control had not been received yet. Will return with the control and drain pump and rescheduled customer to 5/25.; schdld next appmnt for 5/25 WED !"

Upon arrival I performed a temp test and found Rc at 43* fc at 35* I performed a Homs tested on the defrost sensor and found that it was showing out of range. "Arrived onsite for unit not dispensing water and door alarm not functioning properly. Upon arrival inspected unit and found water not dispensing but could hear valve actuating when Pad is depressed. Upon further inspection found when a separate tube was placed at the valve, water is being dispensed. Called tech line for assistance. Found that The water tube from the valve to the left hinge area was frozen over. According to tech the customer can try adjusting the freezer temperature 2? to try and offset the freezing line. If this does not work, tech line will have to be called again due to potential void in insulation. Provided SR#7733679905. As for the door chime, the Open door indicator will only chime if the doors are completely open. If the doors are in a shut position but not completely closed the light will turn off but the chime Will not function. Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival tested unit. As unit was running found small trace of water near right leg of unit. Went to uninstall unit and found unit had not been correctly installed to begin with. One mounting screw had been broken and lodged in the cabinet and the other out of the mounting hole. The screws could not be accessed and are blocking the unit from being pulled out. Unit Needs to be made accessible. Advised customer not to use until full inspection can be made to determine where the unit was leaking. Customer will contact builder for uninstall. "Arrived on site for a range not heating evenly. Upon arrival the customer stated that one side will cook all the way through while simultaneously the other side will not. I found they typically use convect bake. I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the sensor. It read 1.1k indicating the oven should be at room temp. However, in diagnostics mode it was showing the control reading the sensor at 121?F. I then ran a convect bake and found the burners heating even, but the convect fan never turned on. I checked voltage going to the convect fan and found none. These both indicate a faulty control. I am ordering the control and will bring back the sensor and fan to verify functionality after the control install. Arrived onsite for not drying properly. Upon inspection I found that the unit had no codes stored heating element works and all other functions as well. Upon found inspection I found that cx had the rinse aid turn all the way up and they also had a water softener which can cause drying issue. I adjusted the rinse aid and advised customer to use les detergent and at the end of the cycle to leave the door cracked open to help with drying. I called techline to document and spoke to TJ about my finding and got sr#7733672328. Job complete

Arrived on site for a microwave that is sparking. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found something sparking right behind the cover. Removed the cover and found the diode completely split open causing the sparks. Replaced the diode and found the cabinet had been separated from the wave guide on one side. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7733673177. He had me send him some photos of the interior damage and concluded that this was a safety hazard and was . He advised that Whirlpool would be in contact with the customer within the next 3-5 business days. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine with a torn gasket. Upon arrival the customer showed me how large chunks of the door boot were ripped off. I installed the boot and then tested the unit. I found it working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven getting an F6E1 error code for upper oven over temp. Upon arrival the customer stated that the issue is intermittent. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E1. I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out all components. I found the elements, sensor, and thermostat good. I then gained access to the control and found the relays good. The failure indicates a possible control failure per the tech sheet. I installed the new control and then preheat the oven to 350?F. I found the oven now working as designed.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with hi temps in fridge of around 60f. Poor airflow from freezer. Removed evap cover and found no ice obstruction and everything operating as designed found manual baffle set to highest freezer setting causing poor airflow. Instructed customer on the primary issue and tested with baffle open and temps returned from 55f to 35f in fresh food section at inlet channel while on site.

Arrived on site for a wall oven that will not hear any elements. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had just bought in this unit and had it installed within the last week and the unit has not worked since they bought it. He has tried both upper and lower ovens to no avail. Confirmed the customers complaint and removed the top cover to gain access to the main control. Checked voltage going into the unit and found 120 V going to the line one side on pin connector J8 to chassis ground. I only found 23.2 vaults going to line two to ground on pin connector K3 to chassis ground. Spoke to SW and also checked the neutral side to chassis ground off of pin connector P7. Found 120 V on pin 4. Advised customer that he either has an electrical issue with the unit for the unit is miss wired and is not sending proper voltage to the unit. Advise customer hell need an to fix his power supply. Call complete.

Arrived to inspect water constantly running. I found sediment within the inlet of the cold side and flushed both hot and cold lines thoroughly. I the CX for the valve and installed. I tested the unit and it operated as designed. No leaks observed during service. I applied a senior in negotiating with the CX.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the power supply, led driver and crisper drawer control boards and sealed the drain tube assembly. The crisper drawer ui well had water within it and I removed it, ensuring the wiring was intact. I sealed the ui with silicone when reinstalling into the crisper drawer. I squared and leveled the chassis and corrected door lean. The unit cooled and operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect no power after intense vibration. I entered service test mode and found F7E7, F6E3, F7EA and F7E9 codes stored and cleared. Attempted shifter activation yielded the slightest audible click and slow agitate did not occur when activated. Spin slow speed actuated the shifter, but there was no motor movement. I inspected under the unit and found the blue wire of the three for the motor had came out of the plug assy and caused the issue. I corrected the plug issue and tested. The unit had full operation and all functions were present. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for refrigerator with incorrect door positioning and no icemaker. Upon arrival confirm complaint customer also stated that they had a leak coming from the fill line at the connection on the wall. Found that a would be needed for a fill line connection as it is the cut off hose leaking not the actual fridge itself. I was able to reposition doors to open to customers request inside and instructed them there the icemaker is not covered under warranty and of 157.73(part)224.75()=414.03 for kit (WPW10715709). Customer icemaker at time of service. Insured after reshaping door gaskets that unit is now sealing as designed. Call complete

"Arrived onsite for SAFTEY CALL -Unit Spark-one of the burners shorted out and the connector is melted, another burner sparked, everything is melted nothing is lighting up or coming on The problem was in one of the small burners the one in front of the control board and the other one behind it is the one that melts. Upon arrival inspected unit. Find left rear burner element was grounding out causing sparks. The front right socket was burnt. Need to replace harness, rear left burner, and front right burner. Replaced rear left and front right burner elements, and harness test unit and unit operates as designed. Job complete"

Arrived onsite and installed control and UI for cooling issue based on previous diagnosis. Charged of 679. All checks good. Customer watching ice production as there had been a lost position error code and production had been intermittent. Cooling and cycling issue may be related. But ongoing production issues may indicated a faulty ice maker.

Arrived onsite and tested icemaker for not producing and found unit had not been producing. Found possible cause to be power cycling for electrical installations in the home. All functions pass in diagnostics. Filled tray with water after completing a harvest. Advised customer on findings and advised customer to call us back to install an icemaker if the issue persists.

Arrived onsite for intermittent sealed system gaseous popping during cooling cycle. Advised customer that noises to occur in this way are apart of the normal tolerances of operation. Temps are healthy and unwavering. All checks good. Advised customer to appeal to customer care for a solution to the noise complaint.

Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the thermal fuse open and I the CX for replacement. I removed and replaced the fuse and tested. The unit heated and cycled as designed.

"Arrived on site for a unit that would not drain the water out properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that it seemed like the clothes were still soaked at the end of the cycle, or the cycle would just stop. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found error code F7E9 for motor locked rotor, F5E2 for door lock error, and F3E1 for water level sensor error. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit would not spin. I out of the cycle and found the unit drained excessively long. I manually span the tub and it sounded as if there was something stuck between the basket and tub. I informed the customer we would need a second tech out in order to remove the dryer and properly access the unit.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found shifter not connected to cam assembly and replaced it with updated part. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not advancing. Expected unit and work. The customer advised the unit would countdown from 60 to about 45 but would not count down past the 45 mark on the time dry cycle. Confirmed the customer complaint and replace the timer. We had the unit through a time dry cycle for 30 minutes and saw the timer countdown to 33 minutes. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that is giving f9 error. Found outlet for range or breaker not wired properly. Found 120v at neutral. Advised apartment maintenance of issue.
