Per the SP W11436354 I gained access to the console ribbon. I found the ribbon secure, indicating a bad console. I replaced the console per the SP and then tested the unit. The unit began working as designed. I advised the customer on how when the knob is selecting the top empty cycles, the UI will display the please rotate knob message. Call complete."

The customer advised that they made the sound six total times and say button it but the last time that it did it, they were concerned with the overall well-being of the washer. Arrived on site for a washing machine making a clicking noise and with something that fell under the agitator. Upon arrival the customer stated that it looked like something metal fell under the washplate. I removed the washplate and found a piece of plastic and a dime in there. I removed both and then tested the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to replace water reservoir from previous diagnosis. Customer stated unit is not cooling properly and making unordinary tapping noises. Noticed piece of plastic behind compressor cover. Exposed compressor to further investigate and heard a very slight hissing noise and a tapping sound. Found cap tube was waking hissing and tapping sound. Unit is sitting within a cabinet amplifying sound. Very slightly moved cap tube going into cabinet and found tube was leaking. Advised customer tubing going into cabinet was irreparable. Spoke with techline was advised to take install access valve and drier. Drove 20mins back to property after customer agreed to further diagnostics. 2nd visit same day: Tried telling tech line of obvious leak but was not able to get through technicians head as he was not satisfied with current data. Attempted to provide asked data, amp draw was insufficient as compressor not running even after new run cap and starter replaced. Unable to to install new drier as insufficient cap tube present to solder. No point in taking evap picks and leak was 100% obvious(cap tube broken off). Installed access valve on low side and when moved cap tube into drier, cap tube broke off further proving my statement of internal leak. Charged system and obvious leak from cabinet was present. Cap tube has broken off going into linear and cannot be repaired . Demanding extra pay as sealed system components were installed and sealed system repair was attempted to prove what was already diagnosed as irreparable, to satisfy techline. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, I removed the bottom panel to access the bake element and found the element had shorted out and burnt in two pieces.

"Arrived on site for a washer and dryer combo not working. Upon arrival the customer stated that the dryer will not start, and when you press the start button on the dryer it will flash lights on the washer side. The washers lock is also stuck in the lock position and the washer will not respond. The customer also stated they had an electrician and found a good 240VAC at the back of the unit. I tested the unit and was able to replicate this. Upon further inspection I found the unit not accessible to pull out all the way to verify voltage. I was able to access to the control however. I tested the unit and found the dryer time was abnormally clicking and trying to work, but not operating properly. I gained access to the control and timer and checked voltage. At the main control I was only getting 75VAC and at the timer only 180VAC. I also found the green LED on the control not lit. These indicate a possible control and timer failure. I am ordering the timer, control, and dryer start switch to install. I advised the customer on having the unit accessible in order to verify voltage and possibly gain access to the latch. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, when I opened the oven door, I found a sheet of foil on the bottom panel (photo). Removed the foil and found the bottom panel badly warped (photo). Removed the bottom panel and tested the unit in Bake mode and found the ignitor illuminating but not getting hot enough to ignite the burner. Also found the bottom portion of the door gasket badly torn. Tested the cooktop and all burners are operating as designed. Attempted to contact the property manager and received vm. Inspected wiring to stator and sensor and wiring is good. Checked resistance on stator and got 7kohms. Should have 10-15 Kohms. Need to replace stator.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking out of the front door when running. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F2E1 for stuck button. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found it aggressively leaking from the front edge of the tub. Upon further inspection I found the lower wash arm separating and allowing water to constantly spray the front of the tub. Due to this I replaced the wash arm. I then ran a diagnostics cycle again and found the leak was no longer present. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not making any lights, the LEDs on the panel werent lighting up, and the door was not sealing properly. Upon arrival the customer showed me how the dispenser blue LED lights are no longer working, and how there is a light coming through and a gap at the top of the mullion when you close the door. I found the mullion and door sagging a bit for the mullion to not lay flush with the top of the chassis. I checked temps and found them good, and could not find any frost build up. However, I could see a clear path into the fridge through the top of the mullion. Due to this I am ordering the mullion and door raisers to install on the left RC door. I am also ordering a new dispenser UI to install. I also found the IM icing over and per the IM service pointer the IM kit needs to be installed. Arrived on site for a dryer throwing an F9E2 error code for drain assembly failure. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will run for a minute or two and then the time will quickly start to count down. When it hits about 1:30 it will just stop. They also found they cannot change the time. I tested the unit and was able to replicate the failure. I also found the UI making abnormal noises. I gained access to the control and verified the connectors were good. I then gained access to the pump and found everything good. This indicates a bad control needing to be replaced. Arrived on site to test unit for fan not working. Test unit and found motor locked up. Will need to replace new vent motor will need 2 man ; ordrng 1 WPW10294026 (Motor) and 1 2man (2 man) and 1 2hour (2 hour)

Arrived on site for a microwave that is tripping the breaker and the microwave fuse. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and the customer advised that he has replaced several parts on this unit due to ongoing issues. Removed the control panel and checked the door switches. Found that the monitor switch was stuck in a closed position. Also found the fuse blown. Was able to fix the switch but do not have the fuse on hand. Ordering both parts in the office will need to contact their warranty for authorization and set up a reschedule date with the customer of authorization is given.; ordrng 2 5304509451 (Fuse)s and 1 5304509459 (Monitor switch)

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and checked voltage to the unit. Found proper voltage. Attempted to remove the front cover and was unable to get the user interface off even with assistance from other text and SW. Was advised that we would need to break the user interface off in order to gain access. It was advised to order the user interface and all heating components that could be causing this issue. Arrived on site for range needing previously diagnosed propane orfice. Upon arrival installed required part and found bake burner had same results as before. Called techline and spoke with Chris sr#7733799555.was instructed to bring back a Monameter as well as a secondary gas valve. Spoke with pr and from available evidence the orfice labeled propane still isnt the correct size. Was instructed to notify service management to call techline and figure out what the btu values are so we can get correct orfice size. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with ice built up on back wall of fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, I found the right RC door gasket badly gapped at the top of the door. Customer has not purchased a new gasket. At previous service call, I attempted to shape the gasket with my heat gun and it failed. I advised the gasket would need to be replaced. I am ordering the right RC door gasket and scheduled return service for 06/10/22. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 WR14X10237 (Right RC door gasket)"
