"Arrived on site for washer making a loud noise during spin. Upon arrival the Customer (husband of home) stated that he had heard a screeching noise once that sounded similar to a jet plane. The customers wife however started her big complaint was that the ui console longer produced sounds of any kind. Upon trying to power unit on I found it was functioning other then the lack of sound. I tried entering diagnostics and succeeded after 9 attempts. The only error code stored was F2e1 (stuck button error) I ran tests 11-14 but couldnt replicate the sound customer stated was there but I did find the inner tub starting to wobble free of the gearcase causing the washer to wobble. Office will need to reschedule once the availability of parts is known. "Arrived on site for washer leaking water. Upon arrival customer stated that she had seen water leaking from right underneath the door where it seals to the unit itself and upon further inspection I could see obvious soap stains that have been leaking through the door and upon investigation I found it was due to a lot of hair that had been caked up between the door and the baffle seal itself causing an air gap which would then lead to soap and water is leaking through. I also in a diagnostics after cleaning all the residue and taking photos of it prior and verified theres only one error code F8E1, syndicate theres no water entering the machine that can be detected this can be attributed to the fact that the door was not sealing probably due to the hair and long water to leak out which can throw the pressure readings off but after resetting machine and cleaning the soap and running a full diagnostic test as well as a quick wash I could not find any issues tha

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating.upon further inspection, I tested the unit with the door open and the door switch closed and did not see the element illuminate at the back left vent area. I removed the back cover and tested the element and it showed to be good; however, when I removed the element, the middle plate was badly warped. Also found the thermostat cutoff was bad. I removed and replaced the cutoff and retested and the unit heated but not to full capacity as the element is not fully illuminated. I am ordering the element and CNOTE-LSO FOR TRAINING. "Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. I inspected the unit And work area. I found fault codes F5E1 stuck door, f6e1 low no water. I checked the drain pump and found it working. I put the unit through a service cycle and found the unit not filling. I found good voltage at the valve. I removed the valve and found the screen filled with debris. I cleared the debris from the valve. I reassembled the unit and retested. I found the unit working as designed.

Measured voltage to starting device and found 120 volts. Measured compressor motor windings and found within range. Tested starting capacitor and found within range. Found failed starting device, due to normal wear and tear. . Removed starting device and installed new (TS). Measured amp draw and found at 1.5 amps, within range. Found frost pattern developing. All tested good, no water leaks detected. Informed customer to allow 24 hours to reach proper temperature and 48 hours to produce ice."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking and filling up with water on its own. Customer has to manually drain. Upon inspection I found the bottom right side of the gasket is torn. I found a stored error code of F6E4. I found the filter very dirty and the drain hose is missing the check valve which would cause the water to back fill into the tub. I ran the full diagnostics and all other functions passed. I could not recreate a leak at this time but explained that the unit backfilling from the sink could cause an over flow. I am ordering a drain hose straight (8269144A) hose check valve(WPW10545278) returning with other parts just Incase needed still. Office to R/S due to part availability. ; ordrng 1 8269144A (Hose straight) and 1 WPW10545278 (Hose check valve)
