Arrived on site for STOPPED MID WAY THRU AND THERE IS STANDING--NOT ABLE TO RESET OR START OVER OR GET IT TO DRAIN just appears dead right now but there is power to the unit. Found dishwasher was getting g 120 but wouldnt turn on. Found top right torque screw was missing. Two other torque screws that hold in console were loosely secured. Once console was removed I found two of the plastic mounts the torque screws mount into were gone and one was rattling around inside console. Only one mount was still there holding the console in place. Tested bi-metal and it had failed. Explained to customer these gaps and loose fit was allowing steam and hot air into the console making the bi-metal fail.

"Arrived on site for a range that turn itself off and kicked on the fan. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the end it was flashing an F1 error code. He did advise that he tested it again afterwards and it did not replicate the issue the second time but felt like there was something going on with the unit. Tested the unit on a bake cycle at 350?. The unit deadbeat wants it reached a breaking temperature. Tested temperatures and found the unit sitting at 346?F. I increased the temperature to 400?F and ran the unit for another 25 minutes. The unit was cycling between 379?F and 420?F. I turn the unit off due to not being able to replicate the issue and attempted to cool down the oven cavity babe opening the door. Found the fan that was running was the fan at the controls to keep the controls from overheating. After 6 to 7 minutes, the unit began to flash an F1 error code. Thermal fuse had no continuity and had shorted out. Found gasket was kinked in the bottom left corner and flattened all the way around. Flattened gasket was allowing heat to travel into UI and control causing thermal fuse to short. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator intermittently stops cooling and ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit operating. I tested temps in the FC= -1 degrees. I tested voltage at the wall and got 120V. I removed the evap cover and found a good frost pattern, I found frozen water droplets on the fill tube at the back left of the FC section and some ice inside the fill tube. Tested the control by turning the dial off and on and it operated as designed and the defrost element came on while testing. Pulled the unit out on my floor protector and inspected the fill tube at the back of the unit. I found old water streaks around the fill tube at the top corner and along the back panel. I found an air gap between the spout and back panel which is allowing warm air into the FC section and creating moisture and then its freezing, which when the ice maker fills and the fill tube is blocked with ice, the water has nowhere to go except out the back of the unit.Office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. I used permagum to seal off the gap at the fill tube at the back of the unit until I can return with parts. ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not starting cycles. Inspected unit in the work area. The customer advise the unit will sit in sensing and then will completely stop the machine saying the unit has finished the cycle. She advised that her husband had power cycled the unit and the unit has seemingly run fine for the last 3 to 4 cycles. She just wanted to have the unit checked to make sure there wasn?t anything they were doing wrong or anything wrong with the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear MCU). Checked voltage at the main control and all voltage checks seem to be good. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I did advise to the customer that it may have just been a glitch in the control and power resetting it may have taken care of it but offered to replace the main control just in case. The customer advised that she would rather not replace the control at this time since she knows how the unit works and what she can do to get it to work.

Arrived on site to diagnose a oven with a broken bulb. Removed bulb from socket and replaced bulb. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not washing. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F4E3 for wash motor not running. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the motor never energized. Upon further inspection I found the motor molex connected and the harness in good shape. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block. Both were good. I then gained access to the control and ran a diagnostics cycle again while checking voltage to the motor. I found none. This indicates a faulty control. I am ordering the control, and will bring back the sump and motor to check for functionality after the control is installed. Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine that is not producing. Found drain in wall higher than ice bin preventing water flow. Unit doesn't have an external drain pump and will not operate under these conditions. Drain issue needs to be corrected for unit to operate.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is shaking abnormally during spin occasionally. Tested unit and found no failures to unit at this time and no error code saved in control. Arrived on site for an ice machine that is not making ice. Inspected unit into work area. The customer advised that he can hear that the recirculating pump is trying to run but is not producing ice. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found that the recirculating pump was taking that the unit was full of water when there was no water inside the unit. Arrived on site for Grinding or Rubbing Noise - Top Load Washer. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Put in agitation and high speed spin and could hear rubbing and scraping. Inspected underneath washer and found legs were never lowered allowing the washer rotor to make contact with the plastic water pan. Lowered all four legs to ensure the washer doesnt touch the water pan. Inspected wash plate and found a penny lodged in between wash plate and basket. Removed penny and ran agitation and high speed spin again. All noises are gone. Job completed.

Arrived on site for microwave drawer piping open and the UI going unresponsive. I inspected the interlocks and found the not aligned properly. I realigned the interlocks. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with handle loose. Upon arrival I confirmed the complaint. I tightened the handle. The customers ice maker had not produced ice since move in. I found the IM turned off. I turned it on and advised the customer monitor for 24 hours to ensure ice production. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not cleaning well. Looked at the unit and let customer know if they are pre rinsing the dishes too good. The dishes may not look too good coming out as if they were never cleaned. Also let them know to use jet dry. Also found that the spray arms were partially gunned up with food. Removed the food. Tested the unit and unit spraying with no issues. No leaks at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of FL burner melted, LR burner not igniting, FR burner clicking when on simmer, and broil not working. Found FL burner head melted, LR burner not igniting, FR burner needs orifice cleaning and new ignitor, broil ignitor broken.

"Arrived on site to diagnose wall oven combo microwave light out, i gained access to the unit and found the light to be out, I removed the console and gained access to the bulb, I replaced it and now the unit is operating properly as designed. Job complete."

Arrived on site for dish racks sliding out when door is opened. Tested unit for racks sliding out on when the door is open. Found that unit is not leveled and leaning to the front. Unable to level the front end due to cabinet trim too low. Tested the rails and the rails work as designed.Advised customer that trim needs to be smaller to be able to adjust the front end of unit. Job complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher not opera correctly. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found f4e3 error in diagnostics. After further inspection I found ACU sending power to motor but motor wouldnt agitate. Found unit filling and draining as designed. Replaced sump/motor assembly. Found unit fully functioning as designed with no leaks during or after repairs.
