Arrived on site for a range leaking gas. Upon arrival the customer showed me pictures of bubbling leak detector on the regulator. Upon further inspection I found a sever crack running down the regulator. I replaced the regulator and then tested the unit. I put leak detector on all connections again and could not find any leak. "Arrived on site for a washing machine throwing error codes. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit is not working, and prior it would just randomly change cycles and never be accurate on the UI. I put the unit into diagnostic mode and found stored error code F6E2 for communication error and F2E1 for stuck button. I cleared the error codes. I then tried to run a diagnostics cycle and found the buttons not working properly and the selections not responding. Upon further inspection I found the gearcase had significant oil indicating a failing gearcase. In order to repair the unit it will need a console, control, gearcase, and slider. I informed the customer on my findings, and they just want to repair the console and control. I installed both parts and then tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no cool. Upon further inspection I found both compartments with no cool and no frost pattern. I also found the mullion significantly hotter than it should be and constantly running. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the compressor overheated and also constantly running. I checked amp draw to the compressor and found it at .8 amps. This indicates a control and SS failure. I also found the water line leaking at the valve, and a sign of a leak from the water line into the IM. Upon further inspection I I found the waterline to the IM actually cut in half. I informed the customer on my findings. The customer stated they were only trying to fix it temporarily before they remodel their kitchen.

Arrived on site for dishwasher still leaking water. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found signs of water overfill under lower door seal at bottom of door and overfilling over the tub. Upon further inspection found no errors in diagnostics and one tub has a door there was not enough water in the tub to account for a bad valve but I did find that unit would overfill the door when in a heavy spray cycle indicating water could possibly be leaking from the motor or spring assemblies into the tub at high pressures in and out the door. Informed customer of findings.

Arrived onsite and found unit had frozen fresh food produce but responded positively to adjusting the thermostat. Advised customer on findings and provided customer instruct on using thermometers to monitor temps for proper operation. All checks good.

Arrived on site for a cooktop that wont heat the right burner properly. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found that the right front element would not turn on at all. Remove the cooktop and found the element had exploded inside the element causing a short and inability to heat the element. Replace the element and tested the unit. Found the element not turning on due to improper voltage being sent to the element. Replaced the ethernet switch and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found unit had a failing drain motor. Also found power loss from ACU to motor and harness failure due to unit getting thrown off balance and banking wires. I then found spider arm bracket breaking within tub asm. Also found lower tub asm had broken apart causing water to leak from under tub and rusting out multiple components. Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is starting on any time door is closed. Motor relay in control is stuck in the closed position and control will need to be replaced to complete repairs. ordrng 1 DC92-01896G (Control)

Arrived on site for a washing machine making a high pitched noise and throwing the UE error code for unbalanced load. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and ran a manual agitate and spin. I found during agitate the wash plate would severely catch and skip. I also found it would spin the tub. When in spin I found the agitator would still rotate. When the unit did begin spinning it made a loud squeal. This indicates a possible bad shifter and gearcase. I then tested the suspension and found it bouncing badly indicating bad suspension I went to remove the stator and found it completely bound and not removable. Due to this it will need a tub rebuild. Once I was able to get the bin released, I found a large amount of ice in the chute. Removed all ice and inspected the ice door and found it not sealing properly. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=51 degrees and FC=6 degrees. I disassembled the RC section and attempted to remove the evap,cover and was unable to do so. I was able to get the right side off approximately 1 inch and found ice on the evaporator (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the RC evap thermistor and it showed to be at 21 degrees. Tested the RC thermistor and it showed to be 55 degrees. Tested the thermistor and it is showing 2372kohms. I am ordering the RC evap cover and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 06/15/22 (KC). "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=33 degrees & RC=50 degrees. I could hear the FC evap fan making a loud noise. I found the FC evap cover with ice on the outside of it. Attempted to remove the cover and was unable to due to the amount of ice formed on the evaporator. Also found the RC evap drip pan badly warped and thermistor needing replaced. I advised the customer that due to the amount of ice on the evaporator, I would have to reschedule and have them unplug the unit to allow it to defrost before I returned to repair. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended that the customer pull the unit out and unplug it and place towels around the unit to catch any water leakage. I am ordering a CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION and will return with all prescreened parts upon return service. No water leaks observed during service. Corrected blower and tightened blower nut. Reassembled fan motor and tested operation. All tested good. Spoke with customer on service performed and operation.

Arrived onsite for MW hood light not working. Upon inspection I found that the light bulb had blown. Customer chose to purchase her own bulb to replace it. Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with LEDs flashing in the refrigerator. Upon inspection I found that one of the LEDSs underneath the IM went out. I replaced that LED and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Jobs complete.

Arrived onsite for washer not spinning clothes out properly. Upon inspection i found F0e2 over suds code and F3E1 pressure switch code. I replaced the pressure switch and checked the drain pump filter for any clogs and found a mask in it. I removed the mask and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks. Job complete

"Arrived on site for range cooktop burners continue to spark. Customer stated that when he was cleaning unit it started to spark and unplugged unit and when plugged back in failure was no longer occurring. Inspected unit and work area. Found aluminum foil around burners, informed customer not to use foil due to possibly of ground to spark igniters. Tested cooktop operation and found burners operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service. Spoke with customer on user care guide and cleaning instructions. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Andrew. Went over service performed (SR#7733836115). Was transferred to Whirlpool safety department and spoke with Dominique and went over findings(Sr#7733796866)."

"Arrived to inspect noise. I found the wash plate mounting bolt had came loose and after tightening, the noise issue was resolved. I tested the unit within automatic and manual modes and it operated as designed.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I verified the damage to the door and removed and replaced. I squared the chassis and the seal was much better than the prior door. The factory label was crooked and I removed and replaced. Operational test good, no water connections to wine cooler."

"Arrived to diagnose no cool. I found the unit in vacuum and added a slight amount of charge to leak test. I found no evidence of any pressure leaks through tall accessible joints and tubing in the lower unit area and both evaporators. I did see a slight amount of what appeared to be uv dye at the drier and removed and replaced. I vacuumed the system and found it would not go below 250 microns and after shutting it down to monitor, it rose by 700 microns in 14 minutes. Contacted tech line, Chris. File # 7733839595. During tech line assistance, I discovered the inlet side of the Yoder loop had clear signs of corrosion and the mfg tech elected to put the unit in for review, as there is no reason for corrosion to form area and it very likely had an internal leak. The CX will be contacted by the mfg for replacement. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived to inspect washer not starting. I found no stored error codes and entered service mode testing. The unit operated throughout service test mode, but there was a very large amount of foam. I ran it through several test modes to clear the excessive suds and tested in CX mode. The unit worked as designed and I advised the CX in my findings.

"Arrived to inspect leak. I found the boot had several items within it, plugging the drain holes and I removed them. I removed the lower cover and found no signs of internal leaks and tested the unit within service test mode several times. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced compressor and filter drier, along with power supply control. Verified unit held vacuum and charged unit with refrigerant. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no water is hooked up to unit."
