Arrived onsite for refrigerator frosting in freezer and door problems. I found the issue is no ice and RC deli drawer issues. Upon inspection I found the center column of the drawers had broken off and the drawers had no track to rest on. I found the ice maker fill tube was frozen over causing ice to form in the tray. I found styrofoam in the tray likely causing the issue. I removed the ice maker and steamed out the tube. I reinstalled the IM and asked the customer to monitor ice production while we wait for the center column of the RC. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Found microwave blower was turned the correct direction and air was blowing from the front top vent. Ran microwave for two and a half minutes and mag and fan shut off after one minute and thirty seconds. Turntable continued spinning and light stayed on, but was no longer heating after that point of the heating cycle of two and a half minutes. Found microwave was not remounted on the left side hinge when reinstalled last visit. Ordering transformer W11371266, magnetron W10818686, capacitor W10850446, control W11467778 and diode W11256462. We will replace the capacitor, magnetron, and diode to resolve the heating issue. The control will also be replaced due to the consistent failures the microwave has had. Will return with all previously ordered parts. Once parts are installed we will test to ensure the cooling fan motor is spinning and all other components of the microwave are running as designed. "Arrived onsite for washer not spinning out clothes. Upon inspection I found an error code stored for long fill. I tested the unit in auto diagnostics and it seemingly went through as designed. I checked both sides of the valve in manual diagnostics and I could not hear any difference or restrictions on the valve. I followed the techsheet and tested the solenoid resistance values. I found the valve showing 1.5k ohms on one side and 1.4k on the other, with 1.3k being the highest within range the techsheet suggests replacing the valve. I tested all other functions in diagnostics and could not recreate any failures at this time. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator icemaker leaking into freezer compartment. Upon inspection found ice maker tray frozen. When unit would call for water the water would overspray into bucket and leak out. Removed bin and cleared. Removed Ice maker and tested. Did complete harvest cycle. Arrived onsite for concerns about popping sounds and compressor noise and provided a customer instruct on normal refrigerator sounds. All checks good. Unit is cooling well and does not have any performance problems.

"Arrived on site for ice machine making thin ice. I found the condenser fan running and the condenser clean. I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle. I found the water flow a little low. I poured water into the reservoir and the fill level registered full at the correct fill amount. I found the evaporator forming a good frost pattern. I found the hot valve switching on and melting the evaporator away. I removed the filter and found the flow the same. I bypassed the regulator, and found the flow low. I tested the water from the wall and found it had low pressure from the wall. I inspected the inlet and outlet line on the valve and found them clean. I found the ice thickness set to low. I changed it to thick ice. I advised the customer about the low water pressure from the wall, and that he have a plumber come out.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water out of the top of the fridge when the icemaker was filling as well as freezing all items in RC compartment top to bottom. Upon arrival I took temp reading of both compartments (40 rc temp(actual) 0 FC temp (actual)) also found that cause of leak was through the filter cracked on top of the fridge I also opened out the RC thermistor and found it sitting at 5.28 Kohms and within specs. I am form customer findings and quoted them for minimum to maximum parts required for repairs including but not limited to the fill tube, damper motor, high voltage control, & thermistor

Arrived onsite for washer not washing clothes well or agitation issues. Upon inspection I found no error codes stored. I ran auto diagnostics and the unit ran through as designed. Manual diagnostics on high spin and heavy agitate both checked good. I called techline SR#7732026209 Travis advised me to check J2- 4 to 5 between for 5 to 9 ohms resistance. The windings showed 5 ohms which is within range. Travis advised changing the settings on the washer to accommodate for hard water and eco friendly features on the unit. I had the customer load the machine and we monitored functions on the new settings. The unit seemed to be running as designed with no issues but I advised the customer to monitor the unit. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed ice maker fill tube. Upon arrival I confirmed previously diagnosed issue and then installed needed part. After reassembling unit I ran harvest test and found ice maker fill8ng as designed. No leaks call complete

Arrived on site for cooktop not allowing the front two burners to operate correctly. Upon arrival confirm complaint after shutting off power and disassembled unit I found the issues were related to the front right burner as well as the left front infinite switch the infinite switch to the left front burner was not allowing for proper power regulation and the front right burner element was burned on the coil. I replaced both the left front infinite switch as well as the front right burner element after reassembling unit I ran tests and found that both burners and All functioning as designed along with the rest of the cooktop. "Arrived on site for a freezer that has a door ceiling issue. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the door not sealed on the bottom left-hand corner. Replaced gasket and attempted to use a heat gun to see the gasket properly onto the cabinet. Found an issue with that bottom left-hand corner and went to adjust the gasket. Found the door on the underside bowed causing the issue. The unit will need a new door, name plate, and gasket for repair. Arrived onsite for washer making clicking noise during cycles. I found F7E6 stored in the system. I tilted the unit and found the shifter had come disconnected from the cam. I replaced the shifter and tested the unit in both manual diagnostics and auto diagnostics. The unit is now working as designed no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival customer stated they had plugged unit back in 24 hrs prior to my arrival. Found no frost on coil and after checking pressures found unit equalized at 50psi H&L sides while compressor would run for 2 seconds then shut down. Found replacing start device 2x didnt help compressor run even though voltage was stable at 120. Called techline Anthony (sr#7732032477) to report findings. Was instructed that compressor had failed. Replaced compressor And pulled vacuum for 20 minutes. Recharged system with 3.27oz of refrigerant. Found psi lvls at 150 and 0 psi after 20 additional minutes of run time. Informed customer to give unit 24hrs. Call complete

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not making a noise in normal operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit still makes a jingle anywhere from 2 to 3 times a day but the temperatures have stabilized and are not jumping all over the place. She advised that she has not seen the red over temperature light come on since the previous repair. Checked temperature in the refrigerator section and found the refrigerator at 35?F. I called Whirlpool Techline Inc spoke to Anthony SR# 7732032267. He advised that the only thing that could be causing the jingle would be the over temp alarm as this unit does not have a door alarm on this unit. He did advise that the unit would be flashing the red over temperature until the customer reset it and the alarm would be going off far more frequently. He advised that based on the information, there would have to be something else making the noise. Spoke to PR and was advised two re-order the control just in case if there was a bad main board

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does make ice however and ice has a hard time being dispensed due to the clumping of the ice. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the ice cubes being ejected from the icemaker were parts of sheets of ice and had broken the ice container. Spoke to SW and was advised the issue was either going to be an icemaker issue, valve issue, or main control issue. Was advised to replace the icemaker and the ice bin first and to test the unit to see if the unit still overfilled. Will need to check water pressure at the dispenser to make sure that 8-10 ounces of water are being supplied within 10 seconds. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water and ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water is leaking at the front left and right corners at the bottom of the FC door. I tested the water dispenser and found the water was slow to dispense. I tested the ice maker in test 120 of diagnostics and it operated as designed. I removed the ice maker and tested the fill tube and water came out a brief second and then I found water coming from the filter/filter head area. I disassembled the RC section and found the filter was not properly installed. Retested the fill tube and no water leaked. I placed the filter back in the filter head and retested and no water leaks. I recommended that the customer replace the filter as it came from a different manufacturer other than Whirlpool. Cleaned up the ice and water form the RC section and reassembled and retested the water dispenser and fill tube and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival found RC/FC set at 37/0. Actual temps were 37/12. Ran following tests: Test 23, 24, & 25 was 98, test 26 was 100, Test 28 was 39, test 29 was 16, test 30 was 35, Test 31 was 25, test 33 was 32. Rc thermistor from p8 1&2 connection ohms at 7.3 kohms, P8 3&4 FC thermistor is ohming at 21kohms. Called techline and spoke with Steve sr#7732029334. After further testing I found FC thermistor had failed. Plus there was an abnormal electrical issue indicating unit was over 100 degrees even though it never stopped cooling. Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaning to one side and water leaking from the back in the freezer. Upon inspection I found the unit seemingly off level and wobbling. I found both feet pulled up as far as they could go. I attempted to level the unit and found that I could get the bubble in the center of the level but it would touch the left line. I was not able to level the unit anymore. The customer showed me a video of water droplets hitting the evaporator cover while the unit was in defrost. I advised them of the leveling and defrost circuit. No leaks detected during time if service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to replace inlet valve from previous diagnosis, I replaced the inlet valve and then tested the unit and found it would still not dispense water at the dispenser, I replaced the other valve and the filter head and to no avail the unit still will not dispense water, due to the customer explaining that the unit had functionality of the dispenser previously I informed them that I had replaced all of the necessary components to restore functionality and that they should defrost the unit for 24 to 48 hours and then restore power and test the unit for proper operation as there is a line somewhere in the unit that is frozen. Customer will contact the office if the defrost does not restore functionality. Job complete."

Found metal tab on lint screen housing out of place causing lint screen to not go into housing all the way. Placed metal tab back in proper position. Replace lint screen due to metal clip catching on it. Reassembled and tested. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install new vent to resolve vent more electrical error. Replaced vent and retested. Unit working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for door to the unit popping open at times. Tested the door and the door was sealing properly with no issues. Found that the there is a lot of food and drinks that is on the door and is more likely the issue that the door does not stay closed at times because of the weight. Let tenant know if the cause of the issue. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Found the top panel missing screws and the top completely disassembled. Found one screw left on the front right corner of the cabinet that holds the front part of the top in place. Two of the hinge screws that held the top to the hinge were sitting on the dryer and one screw was left in the hinge. Checked underneath the unit and found two of the feet had been removed from the unit. Went to replace two of the feet and found another foot completely stuck underneath the frame of the front left corner of the washer. Went to remove that foot and found the foot catching on the cabinet. Went to tilt over washer and found shipping bolts left in the washer on the back.

Arrived on site and and inspected newly purchased French door refrigerator not dispensing ice. Confirmed the complaint and found the auger motor was defective causing the malfunction. Ordering both the auger motor and shaft. Needs more work ; ordrng 1 W10822606 (AUGER MOTOR) and 1 W11509548 (Shaft)

Arrived on site to inspect unit for not allowing fan to run and constant tapping. Upon inspection found the units fan was not plugged back in when they flipped the angle. Reconnected the plug and tested. fan worked normally. Checked the outer flap on the side of house and found a very thin metal cover that moved almost constantly. Customer should notify builder and find other options. Complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer not dispensing detergent properly as well as the temperature selections not operating properly as designed, I put the unit through a cycle to verify component activation, I found that the unit is actuating properly as designed, I found that the selector switch for the temperatures is not operating properly, I found that the unit is operating fine otherwise and explained to the customer that the detergent Is meant to be poured directly on the clothing and not into the fabric softener dispenser, as if you are intending to use the fabric softener you must select the deep rinse setting. "Arrived on site and inspected side by side refrigerator cooling issues. Confirmed the temperature in the refrigerator compartment was 72 degrees and 57 in the freezer compartment. The unit will condenser fan and evaporator fan were both working. The compressor was burning hot to the touch. Unit will require a sealed system repair.

Performed streem. Found when microwave door shut the cooling fan begins to run and turntable is turning.

"Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. After further inspection I found all hardware in unit running. Found after 45 minutes that unit had a sealed system leak and had lost all refrigerant. Quoted customer for following parts replacement: WPW10605286 (compressor kit), WPW10218037 (evap coil), W10843121 (non-dye drier), W11506635 (access valve). ; ordrng 1 W11506635 (Access Valve) and 1 W10843121 (Non uv drier) and 1 WPW10218037 (Evap coil) and 1 WPW10605286 (Compressor)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The unit is operating as designed. I checked underneath the unit and found water leaking from the sump & drain pump connections to the sump inlet. I pulled the unit out and adjusted the clamps and retested. No further leaks on those connections; however, the copper water line began to leak at the nut. Removed and replaced the copper tubing with braided hoses. Customer is going to purchase a fitting to join the 2 hoses at the middle. Water left turned off under the sink and power turned off for safety. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not lighting up any leds in FC and one not working in rc. Upon arrival I confirmed issue. After inspection of leds I found hv control failed to supply power to aura board. After repairing I also found aura and 3 led lights had failed. I replaced hv control, aura board, and 3 leds. After reassembling unit I found full functionality had returned to all leds. Call complete"
