Due to the RC evaporator failure, I removed and replaced the RC evaporator, compressor, drier & access valve and vacuumed the system. System held pressure and I installed 4.5oz of R134a refrigerant to the system and monitored pressures. Pressures equalized but when each evap would got into a vacuum, the pressures werent correct. "Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival I 5 oz of refrigerant. I then installed new compressor, uv dryer and access valve. After pulling a vacuum and verifying there are no leaks I was able to recharge the unit with 5 oz of refrigerant as designed and then reassembled and tested fridge. Found psi levels at 0 low side and 150 on the high after being turned on and running. Informed customer it would take 24 hrs to cool before safe to put items back in unit. Call complete"

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling after previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival I found low side in the negative and high side and 20 psi. Upon further inspection I found up dye coming from dryer on the steel side connection. After installing a new uv dryer I double checked for any leaks. After 20 minutes of vacuuming out unit I found sealed system was holding a vacuum with no signs in loss of pressure. Recharged unit at 5.5 oz as designed by manufacturer. Reassembled and found unit at 0 low side and 147 on the high side with no odd or abnormal fluctuations. Call complete

"Arrived on site for washer making a noise during drain and spin. We gained access to the drain pump and found no debris in the filter and found the impellers in good condition. We manually spun the basket and found the noise happening in between the tub and basket. I spoke to the customer about the unit and advised its possible something is stuck in soap scum in between the tub and basket. I advised to run the unit through a couple of clean cycles, either using affresh or distilled vinegar to clean the scum away. I also advised that whatever debris it is may not come up lodge and remain there. Job complete."

We tried to level the fridge and found the floor is to uneven to level it without shims. We found the customer was using bins inside the fridge keeps the left door from closing all the way. We rearranged the door shelfs so it will close properly. We spoke to the customer about the the contents of the fridge keeping the door open and how we rearranged it to make it work for them. Found a slightly better figment, but still a little protrusion, which can not be improved any further. Found that the FC on the unit was sitting at -4 to -5 degrees, which was under what it was set to (0). Advised customer that if airflow can not circulate in these Ge units, it will freeze water lines going to the dispenser. Bumped temp 2 degrees warmer, and advised to clear up space in the FC due to it being completely full and barely moving air. This should resolve the dispensing issue. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining and leaving dishes soapy at the end of the cycle. The customer stated the unit will drain fine on its own if you hit the cancel button and manually drain. Although, at the end of a cycle it will skip the drain completely and over time slowly drain out. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F5E2 for door stuck closed error code. I found the door switch operating as designed. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and the cycle ran through as designed. There were no error codes thrown at the end of the test cycle. I found correct voltage to the unit and the pump. I called techline and spoke to Andy and received SR# 7730551329. Andy and I found the customer was on a water softer. We found the customer pre washing dishes and using pods with rinse aid and then using extra strength rinse aid. We also found the rinse aid output on max. He also advised it could be the OWI sensor in the unit not reading the proper water levels. I advised the customer on soap levels with a water softener and how it can suds up. Due to this being a recent issue however and the customer stating the have been doing the same thing since they owned the unit, I am ordering the OWI sensor as advised by techline to come back and install.
