Checked door chute and ice door and found both clear and ice door sealing. The ice cubes look to be rather large, but not enough to cause concern. I checked the cubes in the mold and found they are forming and filled to the proper level, and it doesnt look like the icemaker is overfilling. Cleaned scale buildup on ice chute door to remove any potential air leaks. Researched bucket and aligned rails and tightened to remove any lean. All is now working as designed. Call complete"

Performed diagnostics mode and tested door switches and found opened when doors are closed. Gained access to main control and measured door switches, found door switches read opened and closed. Powered unit off to test switches. When powered back n lights and ice dispenser was working, no water. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Andrew. Tested fan operation and measured voltage at control. Found all fans working. Found deli control responding as designed. Disconnected center mullion and tested water and found working. Center mullion is on a 120 volt circuit and does not seem to be issue. With all working will not be able to find shorted dc circuit. Informed customer to call back when failure reappears. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service."

I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for no drain, F8E2 for inlet valve problem, and F7E1 for no heat. I cleared the error codes. I then reset the unit at the breaker and tried to drain again. Still found no drain. I put unit into diagnostics mode again and ran a test cycle. The unit skipped drain and started running wash cycle. You could hear the washer performing as designed. At the end of the cycle it did not drain. I gained access to the pump and found it plugged in properly. I activated drain and found 120V goi g to it but drain not activating. Will need to replace drain. Ordering drain pump and will need office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11497943 (Drain Pump)"

The customer had a concern with the LF quick boil element cycling on and off too fast. I found the customers pans were warping at the bottom and not making full contact for proper heating. I explained the functions of the unit and that the pan needs to be flat on he bottom. I referred her to the user care guide and showed her different material pans will cook differently. I inspected the splutch and found the gears warn. I tried to engage the gearcase manually and I found the gears not setting properly and making a clicking noise. After installing parts I was able to hold a vacuum on unit for 15 minutes after vacuuming was completed. I then insured their were no leaks and charged unit with 4.5 oz as designed for unit. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS311SDHM02 Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found no leaks. I charged the system and tested pressures. I found both the low and high side pulling into a vacuum. I removed the valve stems and found the dryer slowly leaking refrigerant. I removed the dryer and found it restricted. I cleaned the system out with nitrogen and found clear compressor oil coming out. I cleared all the oil out and replaced the dryer. I pulled a vacuum and put a measured charge into the system. I found the pressure ps building appropriately. I let the unit run for 20 minuets while I monitored pressure. I found pressures good and the evaporator with a full frost pattern. The unit is now working as designed. Job complete.
