After testing for proper 240 voltage and checking all fuses and thermostats, I found high limit cutoff and thermal fuse were showing improper ohms readings. I did go ahead and replace both parts and reassembled and tested dryer. Found unit fluctuating temps between 115 and 163 and averaged around 145 degrees as designed. Informed customer it would be best to get a dvc done on venting within walls of home to insure nothing was clogged or blocking airflow. Arrived on site for FRIDGE HAS STOPPED COOLING. STAYING AROUND 60- FRZR IS OK. Found fridge cooling as designed upon arrival. Customer stated he took the majority of the interior panels off then reinstalled it and slowly it started to cool to the set temps over a few days. Currently the fridge temp was set to 37 and freezer 0 where recommended. We went ahead and removed the air tower to locate the dampener. The dampener was open upon inspection but most likely the dampener was not opening prior to him removing the interior panels. Explained he most likely freed the dampener from being shut when he did his own tooling with it.

Upon arrival customer informed us that there is a lot of condensation on the fridge compartment roof but the freezer compartment is cooling properly. Found that the door is not shutting properly causing condensation build up from air leaks and some loss of cooling. Found that the door itself is warped toward the lower left side causing a lack of seal at the gasket,

Arrived on site to replace heater for dishwasher. Replaced part and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found after service was performed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not draining. Found that the drain pump line did not have a high loop, rerouted the tube with foil tape as a temporary fix. Ran unit through service diagnostics and found that the sump and motor assembly was not functioning.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and GFCI breaker turned off. Turned breaker on and plugged unit in and tested in diagnostics. Tested all components that the tech sheet shows to be testing and the unit never tripped the breaker. Contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the complaint and my findings. Andrew recommended replacing the GFCI breaker as whirlpool does not recommend having appliances on GFCI breakers due to them being weak and will trip at any interference in electrical current. Arrived onsite for cooktop with center burner issues and not lighting. Upon inspection I found that when the customer uses a grease block pad for the burner it will go out in low setting. I replaced the center burner. The customer brought to my attention that when you light all burners and change settings the other burners loose flame or it gets lower indicating a pressure issue. I inspected the regulator and confirmed it is configured for natural gas which is correct for this home. I am ordering the Regulator(W11087445) and manometer for return trip. I broke out the tab and tested the unit again. The unit had F5E1 error but I could not re create any issues with the door. No leaks detected during time of service.

Once powered on and pressed start, the inverter board moved and the fuse blew again. Also found that when testing, I placed the timer for 30 seconds and when I pressed start, the timer showed 05 seconds. I contacted techline and spoke to Leon and advised of the history on with the F1E6 error code. Leon had me test at the control and I did not get voltage to the control. Tested the cavity thermistor and it was good; tested the fuse and got 122V. Leon advised that there is something that is causing the fuse to blow recommended replacing the harness starting with the monitor switch. Provided SR#7730503496. I removed and replaced the fuse and monitor switch and retested. U"

They gave me some suggestions to give to the customer on what to look for if the noise gets worse or affects the cleaning quality. "Arrived on site for PUTTING OUT VERY BAD ODOR- HAS DEEP CLEANED AND CHANGED THE FILTER. WHEN CHANGING THE FILTER,WAS FINE FOR 2 DAYS THEN ODOR CAME BACK. Found food crumbs and trash underneath the refrigerator. Had all debris cleaned out from underneath. Removed cardboard cover from back and found nothing inside that could cause an odor. Opened fridge and smelled an odor that smelled like something spoiled. Removed bottom drawers and inspected entire bottom area of fridge. Nothing found and fridge was very clean inside. Inspected top shelf and found an open styrofoam container with food inside. Customer has a large amount of fruit and vegetables inside fridge that is most likely causing the spoiled smell. Nothing inside or outside pertaining to the refrigerator needs repair that could be the cause of any odors. Recommended to customer they buy baking soda and change out its new box every six months. Fridge working as designed. Customer brought to my attention that the water dispenser was not working. Unkinked water line in back of fridge and water dispenser is dispensing water as designed.
