Disassembled unit was having difficulty getting access to the main control. I called Whirlpool commercial Techline and spoke to Brian. He was able to get me over to the main control. Swapped out main control and tested unit. Unit was flashing an F 70 code for a miscommunication between the user interface and main control. Noticed that the main control board was taken off of an earlier generation commercial washer. Will need parts to research part numbers for the main control and user interface due to this issue. Upon inspection I found that in diagnostics the ice fan sounded weak and as if it was ramping up and down instead of a constant blowing. I contacted techline and we checked resistance readings on all sensors that relate to the ice maker. After troubleshooting techline recommenced replacing that ice fan. I replaced the fan and it no longer makes a ramping noise. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and give us a call if it still does not make ice over the weekend. Tech lines SR#7729821411.

Upon arrival customer stated their issue was it was adding water during the sensing step and the rinse step sometimes would rinse and repeat. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran as designed. I individually ran each function on unit and found no mechanical issues. I tested suspension and found it good. I advised customer the unit is trying to rebalance itself and may rinse and repeat before the spin. I also showed customer on user care guide how water will be added during sensing step. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated the top oven door not staying open by opening the door all the way and when they let go of the door, it began to close on its own. I removed and replaced the door hinges and retested and got the same results. I pulled the unit out from the cabinets and inspected the bottom panel of the cabinets and it appears that its not level. Placed unit in diagnostics showing error codes F4E1, F4E2, F4E4 & F2E1. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit showed no voltage at the L1 & L2. Tested voltage at the outlet & terminal block and got 245V. Disassembled the unit to get to the element and other components and checked continuity and all are good. Removed the element and it checked good. Following the tech sheet, I performed test #1 ACU Power Check and follow all steps of testing. Tested the thermistors at TEST #4a. DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDTE234GPS1 "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door not closing. Upon further inspection, I found the bottom left corner the outer door panel bent. When I opened the door, I found the right side of the inner tub at the door opening badly bent. Also found the unit not level and when closing the door it badly rubs on the right side. I found the cabinet seal badly damaged and the mounts not correct. I placed unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I removed the toeplate and found the unit leaking underneath from the back of the sump area. I found that the sump is leaking from the seal to the tub. Also found the left leg badly bent. Customer contacted the builder and they can not replace the unit. I am ordering the tub, outer door panel, sump/motor assembly, cabinet seal, mounting brackets, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and CNOTE-2 HR JOB. Customer advised that the city had to order her a pressure regulator due to the water pressure in the area. Customer had unit turn down for water pressure in unit dispensed as designed. Had a customer turn on her water pressure to the max and could replicate the sound made from the dispenser. Once water pressure was turned back down, the unit is filling without making a sound. I called tech line and spoke to Andrew SR# 7729822741. He advised that based on my findings, the issue will be solved when she installs that pressure regulator for the house. Advised that her turning down her water pressure at the mainline proved that the water pressure was causing the water valve not to function properly. He advised to make no repairs and to have the customer call back if issues persist past the pressure regulator being installed. Call complete."

WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DC4 "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I manually tested spin and agitate and both functioned properly. Tilted the unit back and found a small amount of gearcase oil on the rotor and the underside of the rotor. Questioned customer as to what kind of noise and they provided a video showing the an off balance state. I advised the customer what the issue/noise was and what caused it by demonstrating with the unit. I contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of complaint and findings. The gearcase needs to be replaced. Provided SR#7729815825. I am ordering the gearcase, and clutch and will return with the slider. I gained access to the terminal block and found it had proper voltage across both lines. When I pulled the plug from the wall I found it hot to the touch and I found arch marks on L1 lead of the plug. I plugged the unit back in and retested voltage while shaking the plug I found voltage dropping. I found the heating element, thermostats, and thermal fuse in good condition. I found the timer getting stuck on timed dry. I replaced the timer. I spoke to the customer about the outlet and recommended an electrician check the dryer outlet. I left the unit unplugged as the plug was getting hot to the touch. Job complete."

I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Once the water valve came on I found water leaking from the left side of the unit. I pulled the unit out and found the inlet hose with a small hole in it approximately 1/4 inch wide. I stopped the testing and drained the water.
