"Arrived on site for a microwave with no heat and a loud sound. I tested the unit with a MW safe cup of water and could hear a loud hum, and the water did not heat. I checked voltage and amp draw at the outlet. I found the amp draw low. Due to this I gained access to the HV components and found a good 120VAC going to the transformer. This indicates a faulty HV circuit. Upon further inspection I found some discoloration on the mag. I replaced the mag and tested the unit again with a MW safe cup of water. I found the unit now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator making loud screeching noise. Upon arrival confirmed issue and after further testing I found a loud grinding noise/failure in the dampener motor. Also found unit had no waterline attached but icemaker had been running none stop to the point that it burnt ice maker motor up and could have possible caused a failure in the inlet valve. Was able to reschedule customer for 4/11/22 (Monday) to install new dampener motor asm. ; ordrng 1 WP67003903 (Dampener)

"Arrived on site to inspect double wall oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that neither oven is reaching preheat temp and they received an error code. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E1 and F9E0. Cleared the codes and tested the upper oven on bake at 350 degrees. Before starting, I found splash protectors in the bottoms of both ovens. I explained to the customer that these mats are not good for the unit unless theyre cut back to allow air flow inside the unit. Once removed, I continued with testing the upper oven. Also found the top oven door gasket badly smashed at the bottom and will need to be replaced. Once the unit reached preheat, I found my temps were at 266 degrees. I turned the unit off and pulled the unit out onto my oven dolly and tested the elements and sensors. I found both sensors within range and all four elements were good.

Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found a stable 120 V connection going to timer I did however find that card of the issue was one of the door switches and the door had failed my long door to register it was shut. After replacing door switch I reassembled a tested unit and found dishwasher functioning as it designed. I also had to add a new claim to the drain line because the previous installers that out of the zip tied to the drain line not allow proper securing of the drain hose. Also found that the garbage disposal itself is not leaking but there is a leak coming from the PVC piping underneath where the drain line is connected to from the dishwasher and AHS will need to send a plumber out in order to make the repairs to the PVC to prevent further issues and leaking. Call complete

Inspected the refrigerator section and found evidence of a defrost issue in the refrigerator compartment. The ice buildup was so bad, I was unable to access the evaporator. Ordering all pertinent parts and advise the customer that they would need to defrost the unit at least 2 to 3 days in advance of the service. The customer is going out of town tomorrow and will not be back until the day prior to the reschedule date. The customer is going to attempt to try to defrost the refrigerator section by leaving the door open for at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The customer advised they will call back if theyre unsuccessful prior to the visit but had requested a Thursday or Friday appointment instead if possible.
