Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Once the water filled the tub, I opened the door and found that there is not enough water entering the tub to complete a wash. I turned the water off to the unit and removed the inlet valve. I found that the valve screen was blocked with debris and I was unable to get it cleared. "Arrived on site for a dryer taking to long to dry. The customer stated he dried some sheets and it took around 1.5 hours and he feels there is not enough lint collecting in the unit. I ran the dryer and tested temps and airflow with my thermocouple. I tested the unit with the vent on and it slowly cycled from 100?F to 140?F. I then took the vent off and it cycled fast from 110?F to 195?F on high. This indicates poor airflow at the wall. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 77300323514. Joel agreed with my findings. He advised me to check vent at outside of wall, I did and it was severely clogged. I advised the customer to get the lint at the wall checked. Upon inspection I found the FC=-2 RC=36 I found voltage being supplied to the valve but when I disconnected the water line at the FC hinge the valve would barely produce any water. As per customer request I went ahead and replaced ice maker but advised that there is more issues and it might not even produce ice yet. The new ice maker would not cycle. Arrived onsite for the refrigerator leaking Freon. During inspection could not find any signs of a Freon leak. No lines were oily and they were dry. Plug refrigerator in and compressor kicked on and still no Freon lines leaking. Let refrigerator run for a little bit and found that the frost pattern on the evaporator is starting to form. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with no water coming through the dispenser but is making ice. Upon arrival replaced the filter and could hear water entering the filter. But none coming out of the dispenser. I pulled the unit and as I was moving the pex line out of the way so I could have some room the line sprung a leak. I had to turn the water off and had to diagnose the best I could with no water flow. I found 120 Vac going to the valve when water was being called for. I disconnected the water line at the FC door hinge and attempted to blow through. There was no air going through the line as per SW we think the line may be frozen possibly due to a void in the insulation. Upon arrival I was able to remove the inner tub install the block reinstall the inner tub in Adams spanner nut and tighten it down and make sure that the inner toe was not gonna fall out of place I then reconnected all the fuel lines and drain hose and reestablish power back to the unit and then ran a factory reset and after the reset I ran a manual diagnostics test and filled the tub halfway up with water with both cold and hot water and then ran and agitation test and then drain the water and ran a spin test and verify that during the process there were no loud noises issues and the wash machine was not banging around at this point inform customers that unit is ready for use

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival replaced unit handle and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

Arrived on site for washer not working currently and making a new metal on metal sound. Upon arrival customer showed me a load of cloths in normal operation trying to wash in normal mode. Upon further inspection I found washer was spinning fine it during agitation it was occasionally trying to lock up the motor but also partially functioning as designed. I found that the washplate had stripped completely off its rubber mount that grabs the gear shaft. I also noticed during voltage checks that occasionally the current would drop between ACU and motor.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s making a gargling sound as the door gets closed. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the freezer making kind of a dripping and gurgling sound as it was being closed. Customer had the icemaker off and I had a customer turn the icemaker on to watch it cycle. The unit ran as designed without any kind of air bubbles or anything in the unit. I called tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7730307242. He advised that what was happening was that the drain tube grommet on the back of the unit was holding a small amount of water and was being vibrated when the door was closed, allowing the water to drip down into the drain pan. Tested the unit several other times by opening and closing the door and found the sound had gone away. He advised that this was normal operation and if the customer did not want to continue hearing that noise, he could remove the grommet. The unit is installed in the wall and attached to the freezer side. I did advise the customer we could come back to remove the grommet if he wanted but the customer advised if he was going to have his contractor pull it out, he might as well do it himself since there wasn?t much more to it.

Arrived on site for freezer building a base in the flooring of the freezer compartment. Got arrival I inspected the icemaker found no leaks from there we need to Quetion of water is leaking from the top of the freezer or that there were any air leaks coming from the gasket doors. I did however find out there was a half inch clog inside the drain tube under fridge. I was able to clear out and get rid of the clog and ensure that water would be able to defrost and drain out of the drain tube as designed from the freezer compartment no leaks before doing rafter repair call complete

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not dispensing ice. Inspected unit at work area. Found no ice in the bin due to ice holding up the arm bar. Remove the ice and the unit began to cycle and was working as designed. I did notice that the ice being dispensed was still thick and it was overfilled. Checked the valve at the wall and found the customer had not turn down the water pressure as advised from last time. The customer advised that his ice is clumping and is causing the ice dispenser not to dispense ice. Checked all gaskets and found no evidence of an air leak. I asked the customer how often they dump out the ice in the ice bin and he advised that he never has.I told them that they needed to dump out their ice at least once every two weeks in order to avoid a nice clumping if it was just the two of them dispensing ice and not using all their ice each and every day. I turn down the water pressure for the customer and tested the unit the unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnose water valve and water valve housing assembly. Upon arrival I was able to install the needed part by then reassembled and tested the unit verify the water valve is no longer leaking I did however inform the customer that during the repair I noticed the cold water shut off was not fully shutting off all the way and still trickling out water and that the hot side cut off was leaking in the process of turning it on or off but would not leak once it was actually turned on or off in the final positions.

Tested voltage at the housing and was not getting voltage. Removed control and installed new control. Light comes on as designed. Tested one cup of water for one minute.
