One is happening when she opens the door to her refrigerator section. The other is well compressor runs. Tested air damper control and found the diffuser making it louder than normal sound. Upon arrival I know I was able to verify the F7e1error was still continuing and although the shifter was functioning as designed I was finding that the unit was still giving an error F7e1 after the main control is put in after further diagnosis I found the shifter although being activated was not allowing the tachometer built into it to relay back to the main control that it was functioning as designed I ended up replacing the actuator is well and reassembled and tested the unit and found a f7e1error no longer appeared and unit was fully completing cycles as designed with no leaks before during or after repair complete

Upon further inspection I found evap coil was frosting up evenly. I did check the defrost heater, bimetal, and control since customer had previously defrosted fridge before arrival. I found the bimetal was rusted out and the heater had lost all continuity. I ended up replacing the main control, bi metal thermostat and defrost heater. Found unit was fully funct as designed. The techsheet advised me to inspect P3 on the control board. I found the P3 connector not clipped on and half way seated on the control. I secured the connector and tested the oven sensor. The sensor was within range. The customer explained that they havent had any error codes pop up since the initial complaint. They have also been able to cook food normally. I advised them to keep an eye on the unit and let us know if any issues arise. I tested the ovens preheat and it is working as designed at this time. Job compete.

Found hose was tightened too hard onto the hot water valve side and when freeze happened the pressure broke a piece of the valve off and stuck inside the hose threads. Removed valve and installed new valve. Tested water for leaks at cold water side and no leaks detected. Customer will need to purchase a new hose to connect to the hot water valve side. Otherwise only cold water can be used in the washer.

The only thing that was working was the UI. Unplugged refrigerator and checked voltage and its good. Took control board cover off to inspect the HV board and power board. After 2 mins plug refrigerator back in and all functions started to work. But I heard a relay on the HV board clicking constantly. Replaced HV board and power board and ran diagnostics. All functions tested good. During inspection found that the freezer evaporator had frozen up again. Ran a defrost and it tested fine the fan tested good and defrost and cabinet thermistor test fine. Checked several diagnostic tests and found the RC temps were a bit high, but freezer was good. Checked evap in RC and found it encased in ice, which is what is causing the slow ice production. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for motor not running and F7E1 for no heat. During the test cycle you could hear unit fill with water, the dispenser opening, the motor humming but not running. I found a bad sump and motor and need to replace. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL MDB7749AWB2 "Arrived onsite for dishwasher making grinding noise. After going through diagnostics a coup,e times I could not get the unit to recreate the grinding noise. I removed the drain pump and inspected but it was free and clear of debris. I also removed the spray arm assembly and inspected what I could see of the chopper but it was also free and clear. I tried to jump IM of harvest and water, neither worked. I found 108V a IM harness but none at IM. I then gained access to the receiver board and found 108V from pins 1 to 8 and 120V from pins 3 to 4. I jumped the receiver board at pins 3-4 and then jumped IM to harvest and found it now working.
