I found the left door slightly forward. I leveled the unit and adjusted the hinges. I spoke to the customer and let them know the left door will stick out slightly due to the mullion on that side. I inspected the dimpling and found no voids in the insulation behind the dimpling. I inspected the fridge gasket and found the right door gasket torn. I replaced the gasket and inspected the unit to ensure it is making a good seal. The unit is working as designed. Job complete."

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW8620HC1 Arrived onsite to make sure customer was using the unit correctly because there safe some concerns. Upon inspection I found the unit had stored error codes of F5E0 F0E2 and F0E1. I found the unit to shake violently at the start of the spin cycle then level out. While in high spin the unit sounds like its scratching or consistent with a failing bearing. I pulled the back panel away from the rotor and inspected the rotor and stator. I did not find any breaks on the stator or rust on the components. I did find evidence of something spraying on the inner back panel of the unit but I can not identify the substance. I ran the test again with the panel removed and found the noise to be coming from the center of the tub/rotor stator. The unit will need a tub replacement for repair to get the unit back to optimal working condition. I did a vent test and found the air flow to be weak. I gained access to the lower wheel and found it in good condition free of debris. All looked good and sealing as designed. Found condenser coils caked with dust. Cleaned coils and removed most all of the dust. Fridge will run more efficiently and cool as designed with clean coils. Customer had already adjusted the temperature in the freezer up to 5. Fridge remained at recommended 38. No repair needed at this time. Fridge running as designed.

OVEN WHIRLPOOL WFG550S0HZ1 "Arrived on site for Igniter won?t light oven. Removed bottom panel and flame spreader. Found igniter lighting flame as designed. Customer stated the flame would turn off and wouldnt turn back on. I ran four sets of temps with thermocouple and got an average of 355 with oven set to 350. Igniter was lighting the flame on first or second click all four times. Explained to customer that the oven will reach a certain temp way over what the preheat temp was set to, then turn off. Once it cools to a certain temp the igniter kicks on the flame again to go over the set preheat temp again. The oven is designed to operate this way to try and keep a constant temp of whatever the preheat temp was set to. No repairs needed. The oven igniter is lighting the flame and working as designed. Job completed"

During water testing found that the hot and cold water hoses were switched causing the F0 error. But while switching the hoses found that the hot water valve had debris build up. Replaced lid latch and valve and all functions tested good and no leaks detected complete.

Removed filter housing and installed new filter head housing. Filter releases as designed with new filter head housing. Water still was not coming out of dispenser after filter head housing was replaced. Pulled fridge out from the wall and found valve at the wall was not working. Asked customer to look for any additional valves that may have been turned off in the recent past and none were found. Customer will need to contact a plumber to find out why there is no water coming from the valve at the wall. Job completed.
