Arrived onsite for dryer not operating. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I found the terminal block was wired not quite correctly with the neutral screwed into the chassis. I corrected the lines and checked incoming voltage. I found that each line to ground showing incorrect incoming voltage under a load (see quick pic) I checked the element and fuses from the timer and all checked good. I advised the customer they would need a licensed electrician to come service the wall outlet and or home circuit. Job complete.

Tested unit with there filter in and the water came out slowly(a trickle). Removed filter from unit and tested dispenser and found water flowing better. Which pit to the water softener causing damage to the filter. Spoke to customer and mentioned that whirlpool recommends not to use a filter with a water softener. Job complete

Arrived on site for Electric Dryer - Not Operating - No Power. Dryer would not power on. Tested voltage at the wall. L1 to neutral was only 9 volts. L2 to neutral was 120. Not getting the 240 to the dryer at the wall. Explained to customer they will need to contact an electrician to get the outlet or breaker or both repaired. Job completed.

Arrived on site for Heating Element Not Working - Dishwasher. Placed in diagnostics and got F7E1. Cleared error code. Found filter caked with food particles. Cleaned out filter. Customer is using pods with rinse aid inside pods. Ran through diagnostics and all cycles completed without issue. Showed customer that element was sizzling water after drain pump turned off. Recommended they use normal cycle with heated dry and high temp to get best performance to wash and dry dishes. Explained this was a very long cycle and could take up to 3 hours. No leaks detected. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that sometimes doesnt drain and leaks some. Found the source of the leak was the bellow on the door due to debris being stuck to it. Water trails were found going down the front, and I found a hair chunk stuck to the bellow. Checked unit for error codes and found a code for Too much soap. Ran a basic cycle and saw a lot of suds building. Removed cover and cleared out pressure hose. Advised customer on running affresh through unit to clean it, this will remove buildup. No further faults found, unit is running. Once cleaned unit should be working as designed.No further leaks found."

Arrived onsite for washer leaking from the front. Upon arrival I found a small water trail under the door center down the panel. The customer states the puddle will be about 6 to 8inch in diameter. I ran diagnostics and found the unit working as designed. I took off the front of the bellow and inspected for evidence of water leakage. I did not find any and the bellow hose was connected. I found an abundance of dog hair within the unit and explained to the customer that the dog hair can get stuck between the bellow and door causing the leak but the unit is otherwise working as designed. Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. After installing the new console I found the unit would now turn on and I was able to evoke diagnostics but when I would close the door the unit would lose power. I accessed the junction box and found the wiring incorrect. I corrected the wiring and checked incoming voltage. I found no voltage going from hot to neutral but 120VAC going from hot to ground and 120 from neutral to ground. I advised the customer they would have to have a electrician come service the circuit before we can make any further determination about the dishwasher.

Arrived on site for Insufficient cooling. Took temps in freezer and getting 9 degrees. Found frost over RC evap cover. Fridge cooling at 49. Gained access to board and found RC thermistor was out of range. Tested board for DC voltage and board is good. Informed customer to unplug for twenty four to forty eight hours and lay down towels on both left and right sides and front of the fridge to catch water once ice melts before we return. We will return with the fan scroll and thermistor to install and complete the repair. ;

"Arrived on site for oven having F6-E1 error code intermittently. Customer stated that UI was replaced through home warranty a couple of weeks ago for stuck key error. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and verified fault code. Found fault code F6-E1 oven temperature, F6-E0 UI over temperature and F6-E6 miscommunication appliance manager. Flowed tech sheet for errors and found control relay sticking. Removed failed control and installed new. Powered unit on and cleared error codes. Tested unit in normal operation. All tested good. "On site for dryer taking more than one cycle to dry clothes. Customer stated that during the sensor cycles, the unit will quickly switch to a lesser time. Confirmed complaint. In diagnostics, found F6E1 communication error. Ran HMI diagnostic tests. Found the HMI not properly communicating with ACU when selecting cycle. Also, tested the operation of the metal sensors through the sensor harness connector. Found the sensor not detecting moisture properly. Also, found exhaust thermistor out of spec. Replaced HMI, moisture sensor harness and thermistor. Tested. Unit now functioning as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer that?s making a ticking sound at the end of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Tested unit and confirmed the customers complaint but found the ticking sound coming from the heater as it was beginning to cool. I did advise the customer that that is normal after high heat cycles due to thermal expansion and retraction. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

After further inspection I found gearcase still intact but the inner basket mold had broken around shaft at base of inner tub. Spanner nut still in tact. Also found entire assembly leaning to front left and suspension rod not holding tub well. At time of service all other components appeared to be functioning as designed. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is tripping the breaker. Tested all parts and components and found no failures to unit at this time. Advised customer that appliances were not intended to be put on gfci circuits and can cause them to trip. No further repairs can be done to refrigerator to prevent issue. Arrived on site for microwave that made a popping noise on two different occasions according to the customer that sounded like a gunshot going off. Upon arrival found no error codes and diagnostics I ran multiple heating test but cannot confirm any sort of loud popping noises but I did however find that the turntable was not seated properly on the turntable mounting motor and found that the turntable had some charring right next to the terminal connections also found a turntable was too easy to turn by hand manually after replacing the turntable motor I reassembled and tested unit found that microwave was much quieter than before still no popping noises and unit is heating as design. I am ordering the deli drawer door, the center rail mullion, mullion cover, and mullion adaptor, a,one with another UI. I am ordering a CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION as well. Cut out pipe section and welded on a tube / coupler to replace the ring. Vacuumed unit and verified there is good vac. Charged to 4.5pz R134. Unit working as designed at this time. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Ran a manual test on the valves, drain pump, and high speed span. The unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to JR SR# 7731931718. He advised that the issue was most likely with oversuds in or off-balance loads. The customer advised that she runs a load every single day and runs an outfit and two towels and A load of sheets once a week. JR mentioned that the oversuds in was most likely the issue if that was the case as the customer uses pods and asked if the customer had ever cleaned out her washer. The customer advised that they had not. He advise for her to run a clean washer cycle with afresh washer cleaner and then to run a load of towels without soap prior to any further loads. He also advised for the customer to limit the amount of soap usage and not to use pods unless if they?re using enough clothes to fill up a third of the basket. Advise the only other possible scenario with this issue would be with the main control. Replaced main control to illuminate any possibility of it being an issue with the machine. Calibrated the unit and ran the unit through an auto test. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for mulion getting hot. We inspected the unit and work area, we found the mulion and areas where the yodle loop goes through getting hot. We inspected the Condenser and found it compacted with dust a debry. We cleaned out the Condenser and the back of the fridge. The Condenser is now releasing heat properly job complete.

We put the unit into diagnostic and found fault code f6e3 communication error acu to ui, f3e1 water level system error. We ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found it working as designed. We gained access to the pressure line and found it blowing clear. We found the washer connected to a spliter sharing power with another device. Whirlpool recommended have the washers in there own outlet. We removed the additional device and advised the customer to run a cycle and see if there is any change. The unit is working as designed. Arrived on site and inspected washer filling concerns. I accessed diagnostics and there were NO fault codes. Ran diagnostics and found the unit was preforming each designed function.

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found compressor attempting to turn on but would kick right off. Replaced start device unit and compressor is now running. Started at 1.1amp draw and worked up to 1.9amps and compressor getting extremely hot. Recommend replacing compressor. Requesting return with nitrogen to ensure no internal leak. Needing 2hrs and SS tech on return visit. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 WPW10466675 (Compressor) and 1 876765 (Tube kit) and 1 WP2188822 (Evap) and 1 WPW10350564 (Capacitor) and 1 WPW10197428 (Start device) and 1 W11179385 (Drier) and 1 Accessvalve (Access valve)

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is rattling during operation. Disassembled dryer and found marks on bottom panel under motor mount. Added several layers of metal tape per service pointer W11378591A

Arrived onsite for refrigerator gaskets not sealing properly. Upon inspection found gaps between gasket and liner not having a good seal. Gasket is in good shape. Used heat gun to mold gasket for better seal. Inspected RC and FC door gasket and unit has no more gaps. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not stopping cycle. Tested all parts and components and found no failures to unit at this time. Advised customer on findings and advised them on best loading procedures for best results. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for bulb being stuck. Upon arrival removed bulb and replaced with one customer had. Tested unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a venthood that is making unusual noise. Found debris caught in fan blade and removed debris. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.
