I cycled the power off and then installed the new recirculating pump. I turned the unit back on and tested the unit in diagnostics mode. The unit was not making any noise and is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site and inspect the dishwasher and found drain hose is clogged with coffee grounds at connection to garbage disposal, after clearing drain hose washer will still not remove water. Inspected drain pump and found one fin on the impeller is broken off, took one picture. Replaced drain pump and it still will not drain. Removed drain hose from connection and took a short video of the drain pump running and sent to SW, Voltage to drain pump is 120 V, Ensured check valve is clear, and to test connected a new front half of drain hose and it would still not drain.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit was leaking on the right side and when they shut the unit door it was difficult to close. They found that the door crimped the water hose and it started leaking. I found that the unit was not installed correctly. The holes in the cabinet were cut at the front of the cabinets and not at the back causing tension on the water supply line and the power cord and drain hose. When I pulled the unit out, I found where the supply hose had been cut. I inspected the power cord and rain hose and found them to be good. I advised the customer of my findings and due to the installation, the tension on the hose & cord were not good. I put the unit back in its place in the cabinet and left the unit unplugged and the water hose not connected. I left the supply hose disconnected from the inlet valve and laid under the unit per customer request. Unable to test the unit without water supply. No leaks observed during service. Job completed."

I found the cabinet shelf has fallen. I found cabinet opening in height to only be 41 7/8 inches. Recommended height for a flush self cabinet is 42 1/2 inches. With the way the cabinet is built and with the shelf fallen I am unable to remove the unit. The resident had previously checked error codes and cleared them so none were stored in the unit. I let the auto cycle run through and found the unit not agitating when called for. I accessed the bottom of the unit and found the actuator installed on the unit had popped out of the cam arm. I replaced the shifter with the correct part and tested the unit again. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was not washing dishes. Customer stated that it seemed like the dishwasher was doing nothing at all. Upon further inspection I found the unit completely unresponsive. I found the correct voltage at the wall and to the control. I tried cycling power at the breaker and the unit was still unresponsive. There was significant condensation and water in the inner door to the unit. Water was all over the latch, control, and UI. I found the UI and control both dead most likely due to this.I ohmd out the vent and it ohmd good. I am ordering the UI and vent just in case. Returning with all other parts. Will need to install control and UI for repair, vent as well due to it possibly staying open. No leaks observed at time of service. Customer also complained about an issue with their under the counter light not turning on. Opened the microwave door and found the touch panel lighting up and displaying. Went to test the functionality of the touch panel and found the unit unresponsive. Tested sub vent fan and found the vent fan operational and working as designed. As the vent fan was on, the unit did display the fan speed. Checked the lightbulb and found the filament broken. The customer did not have another bulb to replace it. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a thumping noise. I opened the unit door and held the door switch closed and turned the unit on and did not hear any unusual noises other than something clanking around in the drum. Stopped the operation and found a small rock in the drum. Disassembled the unit to inspect the door seal for other debris. Found no more debris, but did find that the drive belt is fraying and the tension pulley wheel is getting bound up with debris and not rolling as designed. Removed and replaced the belt and pulley and reassembled the unit and cleaned the lint from the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. Recommended that the customer advise their apartment management that the vents need to be cleaned as its a fire hazard."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with ice in freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found a block of ice in the bottom of the FC section. Pulled the unit out and found the drain tube (duck bill) clogged with debris causing the water from the evaporator being defrosted to not drain. Per service pointer W10632338E, I removed and replaced the drain tube and placed a bead of silicone around the lip of the tube to seal it off from air leaks and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Removed the ice from the freezer section. No water connected to unit, job completed."
