I contacted Frigidaire techline to verify the part needed Customer wanted to purchase a door handle as well to match their freezer, but the models are different and the door handles dont match up on alignment.

Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit dispenses ice fine, but when the ice drops from the tray it stays in one large sheet instead of individual pieces. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test#120 and it harvested and dropped ice as designed. The ice dropped was one large sheet. I tested the fill tube in test #97 and it filled for 7 seconds as designed. I did find that the fill tube is dripping after filling. I pulled the unit out and checked to see if the inlet valve is dripping when the outgoing tube is removed and it did not. I found that the water hose connection at the wall was not secured tight. I tightened the connection and tested and unit is operating as designed.

I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F2E2 and F2E1 for HMI stuck button I cleared the error codes. I ran an HMI test and found that the LED test would not activate all of the LEDs on the UI. I gained access to the control and found the connection to the HMI and control not fully inserted. I connected them correctly and tested the HMI in diagnostics again and it seemed to be working. I tested voltage at the control and found proper voltage going to control and HMI. I found the error codes still occurring after I cleared them though and did the test again. Will need to replace the HMI. Part already on order. Office to reschedule.; O-emld tckt

I put unit into diagnostics and found stored error code F7E1. I cycled power to the unit and then ran a test cycle and found the heater drawing the correct amperage and was hot during end of the cycle. I tested the heater thermostat and it read closed. I ohmd out the heater and found it getting around 8 ohms. The customer stated they were not using rinse aid. I advised customer on rinse aid usage. Unit had no mechanical failures at time of service. Unit is working as designed.

I dropped the microwave about 6 to 8 inches and found the cabinet vent was not cut to fit the damper but instead was offset to the right about 6 inches. The damper is hitting the vent sheet metal and not opening all the way. I advised the customer of my findings but the unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Upon arrival I was able to verify that there was a knocking noise anytime the unit was going to agitation upon further inspection I found that the agitator itself was starting to come loose from the gear case shaft because the screw was loosing from the shaft. I replaced the agitation mounting screw with the one within packaging of new agitator plus the agitator itself. Made sure uni5 was fastened down tight and during retest uni5 showed no further or continuing issues. Call complete

Tested the unit and an auto test and found the unit filling but overfilling and not registering that water was entering the unit. Upon arrival I was able to uninstall all the old equipment and install the new compressor a couple and uv drier. After that I was able to run a push poll test and verify that the unit is allowing air to pass through then vacuumed out the unit completely for 20 minutes and then verified for 10 minutes after that the unit was able to stay at -30 and zero psi on both the low and high sides. At this point I charge the unit up with 5 1/2 ounces of our 134A as recommended per the units manufacturing schematics. After this I continue to verify that there are no leaks within the unit anywhere and inform the customer to take 24 hours to stabilize the temps. Call complete
