"Arrived on site to inspect washer MHW5630HW3 leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their cleaning person had washed a rug and water leaked from the front at the bottom of the unit. I found dry water streaks with detergent down the front panel under the door and also found dry water streaks on the left side panel under the dispenser. I removed the top panel and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-long drain. Cleared the code and manually tested the drain pump and when it came on, i checked the drain hose at the stand pipe and found very little water coming out and the pump was louder than normal. I gained access to the pump assembly and found dry water stains on the top of the pedestal coming from the drain area. Also found dry water/soap stains at the back right corner under the air vent. I removed the drain filter and found a large amount of debris in the filter and in the drain hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the tub. I cleared the filter and inspected the drain pump and found the empeller shaft broken and found more debris inside the pump. I removed the drain hose that connects the drain pump to the external drain hose and found more debris inside of the hose. Using my shop vac, I cleared the debris from all of the hoses. I removed and replaced the drain pump assembly and reconnected/secured all hoses to the pump assembly and reassembled the unit. I retested the unit in diagnostics and it is operating as designed and no water leaks observed at the end of service. I advised the customer of my findings znd repairs and made recommendations for use and care (water softener system), as well as detergent use. Job completed. W11458345"

Due to the oven door hinges missing their mounting screws and the hinges getting hyperextended, I removed and replaced the hinges andminstalled four mounting screws, two on each hinge. "Arrived on site to inspect range WFG320M0MS0 cooktop burner flames being orange in color. Upon further inspection, I found the gas company rep at the home checking the gas lines for leaks. I tested the cooktop burners and found the flames to have long orange tips. The customer advised that they have a humidifier in their room. I explained what a humidifier does to the air as it adds calcium and sodium into the air and then it mixes with the gas being emitted from the burners and causes the flames to change color. I provided a video that better explained and demonstrated what happens with a humidifier and a gas range. I found the range is operating as designed and I made recommendations for use and care and what to do to get the flames blue again. Unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect double wall oven KOED530PSS00 shutting off during use. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display blank and the breaker was tripped. I found thembreaker to be a Square D 40amp GFCI. I cycled power on and placed it in diagnostics showing error codes F9E0-mis-wired and F1E1-main control failure. I cleared the codes and pulled the unit out to service. I gained access to the controls and the back of the unit to the main harness. Following the tech sheet for the codes, I removed and replaced both main controls then tested both ovens on Bake at 350 degrees. I started the upper oven first and the lower second. Once the upper oven reached 300 degrees, the breaker tripped. I inspected the main harness and where the harness comes out to the back of the unit, I found the harness had been pinched in between the other wires of the harness and the chassis back divider. I placed some electrical tape around the divider and around the harness to cushion the harness, and advised the customer of my findings, repairs, and testings. I am ordering the main harness and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. I provided thenbreaker manufacturer phone number to my customer and recommended that they contact their builder to have the electrician contzct the breaker manufacturer to find out what is the best GFCI breaker for this unit and replace it. "Arrived on-site for a washing machine model WTW4816FW3 that continually drains and won't advance. Inspected unit and the work area. The customer stated that the machine just continually drains and will not advance through any portion of the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found F1 E1 (main control failure) and F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error codes. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any kinks or debris inside of it, causing an issue. I did find that the customer's unit qualifies under a service project to replace the control with parts and labor coverage (W11766193). I replaced the control W11603810 and calibrated the unit. "Arrived on site for range WFES3030RS0 tripping breaker. Maintenance clarified that it trips as soon as it's plugged in. I checked voltage and polarity at the wall, and they are reading dead on at 122/123 volts at L1/L2 to N, and 211 L1 to L2. I confirmed as soon as power cable hits outlet, breaker trips. I removed the power cord from the unit and tested, and it seems fine. I traced the source of the trip to the P3 connector on the control. I replaced the control with a new W11696067. Breaker still tripped on new control. I can run the cooktop with everything plugged in except the P3 connector. I found no damaged in the wiring harness, and the connector is also showing 122v L1 to N. I removed the L2, tried reversing ground and neutral and both tripped breaker. I unplugged the unit from the wall and ran a test cord to a counter top outlet. Test cord was connected to L1, N, and ground. With the test cord installed i got the control to power on and work ok. I called tech line and talked to Ethan, SR23537090. Based on all tests and evidence the failure looks to be in the circuit for the range. Maintenance said they tried a different range in this apartment and did not experience any issues. I retested and came to the same results as all my original tests and advised maintenance that if I can power on the unit on a test cable, the range is not the cause of the trip. Called tech line again and talked to Derek, SR23538309 who also confirmed based on tests and results the unit is not causing the trip. No recommended repair, advised to have electrician come check the circuit."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the welds on the evaporator not being smooth and unable to smooth them out with sandpaper, I disassembled the unit, evacuated the refrigerant and removed and repalced the evaporator assembly and Non-UV drier. I also removed and repalced the recirculating pump as well. I vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored for leaks. No leaks found and I installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and allowed the unit to equalize. Once equalized, I plugged it in and tested and found the unit operating as designed and pressures at 2/130 psi. The unit made a good slab and it slid right off of the evaporator to the grid as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed W11542867, WPW10218037, W10843121"

Arrived onsite for unit showing add garment. Upon arrival customer showed me and I could hear noises from underneath. Found the unit not shifting into spin or agitate. Arrived on site for water leak. Upon arrival customer stated there is a constant drip behind unit. Proceeded to inspect behind unit and found water dripping from isolation valve. Picture attached. Also found drain tube to be crooked. Ordering WPW10498990 isolation valve and W10619951 drain tube. Shut off water. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced. Customer agreed to reschedule May 15th ; ordrng 1 WPW10498990 (Isolation valve) and 1 W10619951 (Drain tube)

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the microwave thermostat and added new insulated connectors. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher model WDT531HAPM0 with water accumulating in the tub after the cycle specifically toward the door. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code F8E2 drain pump electrical issue. I advised the customer to use rinse aid as it helps with the drying process and I also advised them to not let the dishwasher sit for several hours after the cycles finish or it will like allow more water to condense and form in the tub. I replaced the drain pump due to the electrical issue recognized by the control. I tested the machine and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W10876537

"Arrived on site to inspect double wall oven JOEDC530RL00 lower oven not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the upper oven functi9ns, but when using the lower oven, the display will show that it's operating but the control panel starts doing its own thing then the breaker trips. I found the unit with power and placed it in diagnostics and checked for error codes. I found F6E1-HMI not communicating with the ACU. They customer has the unit connected to Wi-Fi. I cleared the code and tested the components and it appears that the unit is operating as designed. I tested both ovens on Bake at 350 degrees and after approximately 3 minutes, the breaker tripped. I advised the customer that due to the error code and following the tech sheet for the code, I am ordering the control panel and both ACU's and the office will schedule return service once we receive the parts. Returning tech will need to replace the control panel and test and if the code returns, replace the ACU's. Also, a burnout on both ovens will need to be done. Unit was left turned off at the breaker.; ordrng 1 CNOTE (2 HOURS) and 1 W11767820 (Console) and 1 W11758701 (Upper oven control) and 1 W11758702 (Lower oven control)"

Arrived on site for a dryer MDG9806AWW making noises. Verified the issue and found the rollers gummed up and causing the issue. Used 2 12001541 rollers and a wp33002535 belt. Tested the unit in timed dry and everything is working as designed now. No other issues found.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher KDTM404KPS2 getting an error. Found a open float error in diagnostics. Checked the float and found some water so I dried it and ran a factory cycle. Noticed a large amount of suds while testing. I advised about the amount of detergent to use and explained oversuds. Cleared the error and ran another factory cycle without any issues or errors. "Arrived on site for ice machine KUIX535HPS01 showing evidence of leak. On arrival breaker aas turned off to unit. I restored power and pulled out the unit. Ran unit and observed for leaks. Only spot i found any water was on the supply line coming from the wall, on the icemaker side. Found no cracks or anything in the bin or valve. Only found a drip from the supply line. Contacted Weston who was not on site and advised the only leak is from the supply line. Cut off water to unit and turned off. Advised to have the inlet line replaced. "Arrived on site for an ice machine KUIX535HPS01 not making ice. Unit didn't have a filter when I arrived. Found evaporator was getting a good frost pattern but the water flow was very weak. I tested the valve and found it causing the issue. Also found corrosion at the incoming line causing a slow leak. The valve at the wall also was seeping so I disconnected it and shoved it down the drain until the repair is made. Quoted for the Inlet valve and tube. 248.17 parts, 249.99 labor and a total of $539.26 with taxes. Customer approved so im ordering a Inlet tube and bringing the valve back. Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRMF3636RZ00 making sounds. Customer stated that its not the same as before. Said it's random and hasn't happened since they made the appointment. I tested all the fans and damper but couldn't replicate the sound. I replaced the icemaker w11692161 due to it being random and a mechanical sound. Tested the dual valve also. No other issues or leaks detected.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW5057LW0 lid not latching. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E3-lid won't lock or unlock. I cleared the code and continued with testing and found that the lid won't lock. I gained access to the latch and found it broken/damaged. I quoted the customer $199.99 for sercics/labor fees and $104.05 for the latch assembly for a total including tax of $329.12. The customer agreed to the repair and paid inmfull with CC ($329.12 CC Auth# 39TWKX). I removed and replaced the latch assembl then calibrated the unit. I retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as load and detergent use."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer WED500CMW0 not getting clothing items dried and it is heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with the door open and themswitch closed and found the element illuminating in the back left corner vent area. The customer advised that they cleaned the vents and have tried several different cycle selections and get the same results. I gained access to the blower wheel and was able to turn it manually. I turned the unit on and found the blower wheel does not move. I disassembled the unit to gain access to the motor and found that the drive belt from the motor pulley to the blower wheel pulley had come off. I cleaned the pulleys and belt and re-installed it and adjusted it. Retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, including load size. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRT511SZDM04 no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and could hear the evaporator fan functioning. When I checked for temps, I found both compartments room temp. I gained access to the evaporator in the freezer and found no frost pattern. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the compressor and found it on, but locked up. All tubing was room temp. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier, evaporator, and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. Office will schedule return service. "Arrived on site to inspect washer MHW5630HW3 getting off balance. Upon further inspection, I found the unit sitting crooked from the last wash. The customer explained that they washed a small load and during the spin cycle, it began to bounce around and move out of place. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. I tested the drum suspension by moving the the drum around and it is good. While testing, I tested the unit being level and found it had a slight rock from front right to back left. When I pulled the unit out, it slid very easily. I inspected the leveling feet and found ths front left and read left feet had detergent on them causing them to slide easily. I advised ths customer of my findings and cleaned the feet and adjusted them to where the unit sat level again. Retested the unit in diagnostics and it continued to operate as designed. I quoted the customer $216.49 ($199.99+tax) for service/labor fees and they paid in full with CC ($216.49 CC Auth# 9M4UHP). Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer WFW560CHW4 error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that after the last repairs, the unit continues to show the F9E1-drain pump failure error code. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and the unit operated as designed. I spoke with the tenant and they advised that their roommate performed a wash cycle and at the end the display showed 'suds'. The tenant advised that they have performed two cycles since and ths unit operated as designed with no codes. I tested the water level sensor tube by blowing though it and it was clear. I checked the drain hose at the drain pipe and it was inserted approximately 4 inches as designed. I performed one more automatic test and one manual test and found the unit is operating as designed. The tenant advised that they noticed water in the drum assembly the next day after performing a wash cycle. I did not find any weeping from the valves. I recommended to the maintenance staff to replace the valves and main control and they advised that they would have to discuss with the property manager. At this time, I cannot duplicate the error code nor the valve weeping so repairs needed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect double wall oven KOED530PSS00 not heating properly and smoking. Upon further inspection, ths customer advised that the upper oven is not heating properly and there's a Grey colored film on the inner door glass that appears to ash from it smoking. I found the substance on the glass and it is Grey in color; however, when I wiped it off with my cloth, the residue on my cloth was like brown grease. The customer advised that they had performed a few air frying cycles and believes it might be the grease or steam from the air frying. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Tested the components individually and the unit is operating as designed. I took it out of diagnostics and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and monitored temps. While testing, I questioned the customer regarding when they place their food into the unit when performing a bake cycle and they advised that once the unit indicates that it has reached preheat temps she'll place her food inside. The unit completed testing and temps were within range of the preheat set temps of 350 degrees. I made recommendations for use and care and recommendations on how to clean the unit. Office advised that the builder provided a CC on file for the service fee due to the unit being outside the manufacturer customer insteuct warranty. Service fee of $162.36 ($149.99+tax) to be charged to said CC. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW5000DW3 tub assembky bouncing around. Upon further inspection, I pushed down on the tub assembky and when I released it, I came back up with a lot of movement. The customer advised that the unit makes a loud screeching noise when it goes into a spin cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E5-off balanced load. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit was operating as designed until the spin cycle when it began to make the loud screeching noise. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found gearcase oil on the side panels and cam assembly. I advised the customer of my findings and quoted $234.99 for service/labor fees and $431.51 for the suspension rods, gearcase, cam, and belt for a total including tax of $721.49. Ths customer advised that they would shop around for a new unit and agreed to charge the CC on file at our office for the service fee of $162.36 ($149.99+tax). I advised the office to charge said CC for the service fee. I advised ths customer that the quote is good for 30 days should they not find a new washer. Their balance would be $559.13. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRX986SIHZ00 leaking water from the RC section. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water is leaking from u derneath the crisper drawer and getting into the freezer and creating large icicles. I found a large ice formation on the left side of the freezer drawer door. Pulled the crisper drawer out and rwmoved the drawer and found a large slab of ice sitting in water on the bottom panel of the RC section. I found the RC evaporator drip pan full of ice. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and found a water stain on the rear cover. I removed the cover and found water on the compressor pan just under the drain tube. I found the drain tube mounting screw missing and water coming from the drain tube. I removed the drain tube and found water inside of it. I took the tube to the sink and attempted to run hot water through the tube, but it backflowed out of the tube as if it were clogged. I attempted to blow through the tube and was unable to do so. Using a ziptie, I inserted it into the tube in attempt to clear the debris and then blew through the tube again. This time, the debris blew out of the tube then I ran hot water into the tube to clear it out. The water flowed through the tube as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated my findings. I re-installed the drain tube and using white silicone, I placed a bead around the opening of the wider tube to seal it to the chassis then installed a screw to hold the tube in place. The customer advised that they would turn the unit off at the breaker to allow it to defrost the remaining ice in the RC drip pan. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for moisture inside the dryer. Upon arrival inspected unit found no issue with the unit seals are good door closes and steamer is not leaking. Customer stated unit is brand new and that his last one did the same thing customers also stated house has been rebuilt. Informed customer issue with the ventilation with the temperature being cold in laundry room warm is is getting back down through ventilation system causing unit to build up moisture inside dryer. Inspected customer builder needs to check ventilation system make sure has a flapper on it. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to job completed

Arrived on site for washer not working. Upon arrival inspected unit found communication error. Ran test cycle unit locked unit filled and drained but when it was time to agitate and spin nothing happened and couldn't get latch to open . Latch would not lock even after unplugging for 5 minutes took multiple tries until latch finally disengaged. After latch finally released got latch failure error. Installed new control and latch plugged unitback in and latch h just started clicking constantly another latch failure displayed. Unable to diagnose any further with other issues occurring until we get a functional latch. Ordering rotor stator control ui control lower harness and latch. Requesting senior tech to follow up next visit never scene this issue return set for 5/15; ordrng 1 W11260238 (Rotor) and 1 W11195971 (Stator) and 1 W11700916 (Latch) and 1 W11627516 (Ui control) and 1 W11627517 (Control) and 1 W11731988 (Wire harness)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine model NTW4519JW2 that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The custo,er advised that some cycles make it halfway through the cycle and others dont even wash. I ran the unit into diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. I found the machine severely unlevel and leaning towards the front left corner. I adjusted the feet to try and level it out. I checked the basket and found the basket properly secured to the drive shaft. I checked suspension and found the suspension was good. I tested the valves and found the cold water valve barely drawing in water. I removed the inlet hose and found adequate water pressure. I replaced the valve assembly W11038689 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete."

The customer advised that the machine goes to done within seconds of starting, and the basket never spins. I tested the unit and heard a buzzing but the basket would not spin. "Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVWX655DW1 that is leaking and making noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine had been making a squealing noises for a while and then it started leaking water onto the floor. I checked underneath and found evidence of a gearcase leak. I gained access to the splutch assembly and found both water and oil top of the splutch assembly indicating the gearcase was also leaking water. I found the belt and splutch assembly both worn and damaged. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I. Checked the basket and found the basket wobbling on the drive shaft, indicating the hub assembly had failed. I went to remove the agitator and found it seized onto the drive shaft. I advised the customer he would need a new washer plate, hub assembly, gearcase, belt, and splutch assembly for repair. I quoted the customer $439.89 for parts, $279.99 for labor and the service fee, and $59.39 for tax. The customer declined the quote as he could buy a new washer for less. He paid the diagnostic fee balance via credit card of $162.36 CC Auth# UPUH3M. Call complete. No parts were installed and no leaks were present during service."

She advised she checked on it this morning after she accidentally bumped the machine, the unit drained and came back on. I found the unit in the middle of an ice making cycle and found the unit had made a few batches of ice. I explained the issue they had appeared to be with their external drain pump and explained why.
