Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the refrigerator was making a loud noise while operating. Once I got closer to t(e unit I could hear a rattling noise. I removed the toeplate/grill and found the condenser coils resting on the metal bar at it he bottom the unit and when the compressor was on, the coils would vibrate on the metal bar. Using some sealant from my van stock (W11113654), I placed it between the coils and the metal bar and tested. There is no further unusual noises occurring. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

WASHER MAYTAG MVW6230HW0 Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making a grinding sound. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit makes the sound room the wash cycle and not during the spin cycle. Placed Anna in Service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Checked underneath unit and found no evidence of anything stripping or signs of wear on any components. Ran the unit through a manual agitation (both slow and fast) and unit ran as designed. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and the unit ran as designed. Had the customer placed clothes inside the washer and ran a quick wash cycle for 35 minutes. Unit ran as designed without making any abnormal sounds. I asked the customer what types of clothes they were loading and she advised that they do feel the basket almost to the top sometimes a little bit about the agitator. I found fault code f9e1 long drain. I tested the drain pump and it would not work it only hummed. I gained access to the drain pump and found it open. I spoke to the customer about the drain pump being bad and needed to be replaced.I removed the failed drain pump and installed a new one. I reassembled the unit and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit working as designed. No water leaks.

I tested all the fans and could not create the failure. I gained access to the evaporator motor and found the vent assembly was not clipped in properly and was just dangling in place. I found the fan clear of any debris and ice. I gained access to the condenser fan and found foil tape on the housing sticking out next to the fan blades. I removed the tape. I reassembled the unit and found no thumping noise coming from it. Job complete.

COOKTOP JENN-AIR JGD3536GS00 Arrived Onsite for cooktop with burner not igniting. Upon inspection I found the LF ignitor stem had backed its way out of the ignitor and was resting against the burner cap. It was not sparking when trying to light the burner due to in shorting against the cap. I used a flathead to press the stem back into place. I tested the unit and it is now working as designed with a correct spark on that burner . No gas leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.
