Recommend replacing compressor. Customer also stated water not dispensing. Found water pressure to unit above 100psi was not able to get exact psi as it exceeded gauge limit. Advised customer we could install regulator but customer denied stating she would will turn pressure down to home. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator gasket issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the fresh foods section is at 61 degrees and the freezer is cooling just fine. I inspected the FC evap cover and found ice/frost on it. Removed the cover and found the evaporator engulfed in ice/frost due to a defrost issue. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost element and it failed to come on. Tested voltage at the element and found none. Checked the element and it is good. At the end of diagnostics, the control displayed an error for the main control. Using my steamer, I removed the ice/frost from the evaporator and advised the customer that doing such should get them through until the next service call. I am ordering the main control, defrost thermistor, evap harness, white silicone and leveling shim and scheduled return service for 06/11/22. "Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Previous tech ordered a control, but I went ahead and rediagnosed unit and set unit in diagnostics and found stored error codes 6-6 6-4 6-1 8-2. I then read all codes and found that they where related to the float switch I inspected the float switch and found a pice of plastic stuck underneath the float causing the unit not to fill. I then tested unit in diagnostics and completed 2 cycles with no problems. I installed a a adjustable bracket for upper rack that CX provided. No leaks observed during service job completed."

I checked the main control and found the diagnostics LED flashing 7 times which indicated the CSM had tripped. Customer advised that since a recent storm, the unit had not operated. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed with no leaks found, but the motor is making a whining noise. I retested the unit and the noise got quieter. Upon arrival confirm complaint from customer who also stated that the unit had not been over freezing for the past two weeks since she had found the door possibly being held open by a table sitting next to the unit. Upon arrival found amp draw to compressor at .8 then found the freezer fan running and temp in freezer at 12 and dropping after exiting defrost mode. I the. Found temps dripping from 40-38 degrees once cooling started and no items were frozen over on sight. Informed customer unit could have had cooling issues if table had been propping open the door even just a little bit.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does heat but it seems to take a little bit longer than her old dryer to dry clothes. She was unsure whether or not the unit was actually heating properly. I tested the unit and found the unit cycling between 205? and 150? inside the drum. Use the vent test kit on the unit to make sure there was proper airflow and confirms proper airflow. Did notice that the unit was a little unlevel and was leaning a little bit backwards potentially causing issues with the moisture sensor. Went over user care guide and shorten the legs on the front to allow the unit to lean forward. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.
