Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not cooling. I checked temps and found the FC at 68?F and the RC at 64?F. Upon further inspection I found no frost or ice build up on either evap cover. I could not see a frost pattern not either evap. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the compressor running. I checked voltage from the black and white at the inverter and found the correct 120VAC and then at the red and black. I found the correct VDC there too. This indicates a failed sealed system. Upon further inspection, I found a large amount of ice/frost built up in the FC section from the center to the right side due to the FC door not closing all the way on the right side and the gasket having a gap. I found the right tian in the lower bin was bent inward causing the bin to sit crooked and keeping the door from closing properly. I removed the door and bins and all of the ice/frost. I removed and replaced the drawer slides and reassembled the FC section and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Cycled power to the unit and tested voltage at the outlet and terminal block and got 240V. Removed the back panel and inspected the element and cutoffs and found one of the connectors to the element not fully connected. Tested the components and all are within ohms readings range. I disassembled the interior of the unit and inspected the motor and found it good. Reassembled the unit and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer have an electrician inspect the breaker and advised that Whirlpool does not approve of GFCI breakers on major appliances. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop leaking gas. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with the gas turned off and the unit unplugged. Plugged unit in and turned gas on and tested the burners. I found all burners are operating as designed. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from lifting glass cooktop. I removed the cooktop and using my liquid gas leak detector, I checked all gas connections and found no leaks. I tested the gas line connections under the unit and found no leaks. I tested each burner and tested the connections with the burners turned on and still no leaks. Customer advised that one of the ignitors was arcing by the unit was not turned on. I inspected and tested the ignitor switches and found no damages or shortages. I advised the customer of my findings and advised there are no leaks or damages to the unit.No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer not operating properly during cycles, I gained access to service diagnostics and found that the unit has fault codes pertaining to suds, unlock failure and a water inlet valve problem. The customer informed me that the unit leaves clothes too wet by the end of the cycle, I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found that the unit is operating properly as designed. I instructed the customer on proper detergent amounts and proper load amounts for the best cycles and balanced loads so that clothes dont end up wet by the end of the cycle. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for washer not always completing a cycle. Upon arrival I found no errors in diagnostics. customer stating unit still wont always spin out and cloths still coming on wet. Ran multiple diagnostics and user mode tests. During each spin test found tub would inconsistently spin/not spin. Spoke with Austin sr#7731481769 with techline. Ran tests recommended by techline. After multiple attempts I couldnt only replicate symptoms but couldnt locate cause of issue. Was recommended to replace, ACU, rotor/stator, ui control. Unit is working as designed and saw that the top of the unit on the inside is wet. The top spray arm is working. Called tech line let them know of findings. Said to be sure that they are not using more than one pod. When doing a pre rinse to not totally clean the dishes as the soap needs something to cling to as it?s washing. Also if the water coming in is at least 120 degrees also the water maybe hard water coming from the water supply can be the issue as well. No issues at this time.job complete"

Customer was removing ice and accidentally broke mold off motor housing causing the mold to no longer twist and find home position. Removed ice maker and installed new ice maker. Ran test 44 then 45. Ice maker harvested and filled as designed. Ran another harvest to empty water from mold to allow ice maker to start making ice. Inspected wire harness beneath freezer door. Harness looked good. Informed customer to dump any ice it makes today into tonight and tomorrow morning they can start using the ice it produces.

Looked at the unit for having some frost in the freezer. Looked at the evaporator and saw some ice buildup near the bottom of the evaporator. Upon further inspection. Found that the nipple to the drain hose was clogged. Removed the clog and left over ice in the freezer to help the unit drain better when it goes into defrost. No issues at this time. Job complete.
