"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with clumping ice. On arrival customer showed me that some of the ice in the bucket was sticking together, and may be due to an icemaker leak. I examined the ice ane bucket and found no evidence of a leaking icemaker, and minor melting ice. When I checked I found thar there was some frost on the ice clumps, like they had been hit with some warm air. Checked all door gaskets and seals and found all are working properly, I also found a good seal on the dispenser door. Ran icebox fan and found it blowing hard with no surging present. Advised to empty the ice bin regularly to ensure ice stays fresh and gets rid of the clumping due to normal usage melting. Call complete."

Then starts to agitate, 6 minutes later it adds more water to the unit. He said that it happens on any of the settings. The customer advised the unit did drain, but that the drain pump keeps running and it will not allow them to make any selections. Found the drain pump running upon arrival and would not stop regardless of if you powered it off or attempted to run manual diagnostics on it. checked resistance to the drain pump and found the drain pump within range. I replaced the control and ran the unit through diagnostics. Found that the unit would not attempt to start. Tested the unit in a normal wash cycle and the unit advised to close the lid. Found that the latch was broken. Ordering the latch and rescheduled the customer to 10/3.; ordrng 1 W11394572 (Latch)"

Rolled unit to inspect compressor components and found a puddle of oil on the floor. Took pics. Removed cover and found compressor stub fractured leaking oil out. Oil all over base. Took pics . Called techline for assistance. Adrian-SR 7737421039. Tech recommended blowing system out with nitrogen then replacing compressor. Unit is on Highest level, depending on parking could be 4 flights of stairs with equipment. Aluminum cap tube, need lokring kit. Made recommendations to front office and the contractor to make the unit accessible and possibly on a lower level to allow for purging the system and not spreading oil on apartment floors. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a grinding sound and is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any sort of error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed until it came to the agitation and spitting portions of the cycle were a grinding sun was visibly present. Checked underneath, and found that the cover shield had been penetrated by some thing underneath the washer, and had completely destroyed the cam underneath. The unit will need a new shield, cam, and belt. Ordering all three parts and rescheduled the customer to 10/2.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Splutch assembly) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11409708 (Shield)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that is not powering on. Was informed breaker trips every time they try to power the unit on. I disconnected the unit from the power supply and was able to turn on the breaker. If the L1 is connected the breaker trips. I removed all loads and connections from the control and tested. Breaker does not trip. If I connect ANY loads to the control, or the P8 connection the breaker trips instantly. Swapped control and tested with a new control, and results are the same. Found no grounded L1 wires, indicating this is likely a compatibility issue with the specific breakers used. Advised to change our the breaker with a different brand / model and this should resolve. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the compressor, dryer, access, valve, and evaporator and vacuumed down the unit to -30 PSI. Found pressures hold for 45 minutes. Charged the unit up with 6.2 ounces of R134A. Found pressures were good. On the unit working an operating as designed for about 15 to 20 minutes and then the unit short cycle again before the evaporator plate was able to make a full slab of ice. Spoke to JC and was advised to order the recirculating pump, pump, harness, and control. Ordering parts and rescheduled the customer to 10/2. Scheduled service for two hours due to needing to run through an icemaking cycle and potentially contact tech line if services dont work.; ordrng 1 W11542867 (Recirculating pump) and 1 W11034363 (Control) and 1 W11126268 (Pump harness)"
