I found the third rack rollers on the tub to be broken off. Will need to order W11579562 third level rack wheel assembly for the left hand side. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking from the front and the door. Upon further inspection the customer advised that they experienced a leak while using the dishwasher and that the water that came out was very foamy. I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I began component testing and observed no issues with any of the components. I ran the normal cycle for an about 20 min and observed no leaks from the unit. The dishwasher experienced over suds wither from too much detergent or the wrong type of detergent getting in the dishwasher. I advised the customer of my findings and she agreed that the wrong type of detergent might have been accidentally used for that last cycle. No water leaks observed during service. No parts used

The customer advised that she is unhappy with the layout of the knobs in relation to the burners, stating that they are too close in proximity. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making noise and not cooling properly . Upon further inspection, I found the temperature in both sections were room temperature and fans were operating. During this time I could hear the compressor attempting to start, however is would fail to start and I could hear the overload trip. I placed the unit into diagnostics and ran test 4 to manually start the compressor. The compressor was drawing 18amps and then 8 amps for 5 seconds until the overload tripped. "KCGD500GSS05 Arrived on site to peace previously ordered parts. Upon arrival, proceeded to replace W11240529 bezel (4) and W11715952 manifold and issue still persists. Upon further inspection, found regulator hitting wall of cabinet causing to canter and shift the valve stems. Called techline and spoke with Joe SR#7740053136 and advised this is an installation issue and customer will need to call installer to correct regulator from not hitting the wall of the cabinet. Unit is functioning as designed."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit tripping breaker. Pulled unit out and found metal ground still attached to terminal block. Removed green ground wire and metal ground. Relaxed bake element and broiler and board. Pre heated unit to 500? with ground off and unit pre heated correctly. No one was home to let the know to allow the 2 hour burn out. Connects green ground back on and advised maintenance guy to allow a 2 hour burn out.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothes properly and taking multiple cycles to dry. Upon further inspection I ran an airflow test with the whirlpool vent tester. The test did not pass indicating that the vents are restricted causing the dryer not to dry properly. I measured the cycling temperature of the dryer and the heating is working properly. I informed the customer of my findings and that that will need to have the vents cleaned or checked. No parts used, Job complete"

Upon further inspection, found that the ui had some water that made its way under the console and caused water damage and was shorting out the ui. I replaced the UI and tested the unit. After installing the parts the unit would still fail to start a cycle and was failing to engage the spin. I found that the retainer to hold the wires in place was broken. "WRS315SDHZ18 Arrived on site for unit making thumping noise. Upon arrival, customer mentioned unit make a loud whirring noise. Noise does not go away when opening doors. Proceeded to open FC door and fan motor was still running. Customer mentioned its the same exact noise but louder. Proceeded to inspect ice maker fill tube and found no leaks on the liner and checked compressor to inspect and lines touching each other. All lines and CFM blade is clear from obstruction. "Arrived on site for a wash machine that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that they had to manually drain the unit because the unit kept flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. They advised that after they saw that code, they looked it up and realized it had something to do with the drain pump. I checked underneath the washer and found the wire harness broken where it sits in the drain pump clip. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11591637."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has problems with the touch panel. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has a light that wont turn off and several buttons do not work. I did confirm the customers complaint and found most of the touch buttons working properly, but not all and the delay start light on. I went ahead and replace the console and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11622500."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making abnormal sounds when filling and is going off balance intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the water valve makes noise when it draws in water, goes off-balance from time to time, and has a weird odor that its putting into the clothes. I did explain to the customer that the foul smells would not be coming from any portion of the machine because it does not add anything to the water or the clothes when its washing. I did advise him that it would either be a water supply issue or build up inside of his tub. I recommended that they run a clean washer cycle through it and if that does not work to try to run vinegar on a cycle by itself. I asked the customer about the off balance issues and he advised that it generally happens when the I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I did find the unit severely unlevel, leaning against the back wall. I tried to move the basket to ensure that the spinner net had not come loose. I found the basket fully intact. I adjusted the feet on the washer and ran the unit through an auto test. I found all parts of the machine working and operating as designed except for the inlet valve. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11614515."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken lid lock. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they were running a king size comforter inside the washer and the unit went so far off balance that it broke the latch assembly. He also advised that the strike appear to be broken as well. I found the latch assembly, completely dangling on the inside of the unit. When ahead and replace the latch assembly, bezel, and strike. "MVW7230HW1 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video that I could hear a clicking during agitation operation. The clicking was at the end of each rotation and slightly louder, one direction and less in the other. I advised the customer this design does have endplay and coupled with the helical gears in the gear case, the tapping can occur and cannot be remedied. The customer will contact if further issues persists. No leaks observed during service."
