"Arrived to diagnose no cool. I found the unit in vacuum and added a slight amount of charge to leak test. I found no evidence of any pressure leaks through tall accessible joints and tubing in the lower unit area and both evaporators. I did see a slight amount of what appeared to be uv dye at the drier and removed and replaced. I vacuumed the system and found it would not go below 250 microns and after shutting it down to monitor, it rose by 700 microns in 14 minutes. Contacted tech line, Chris. File # 7733839595. During tech line assistance, I discovered the inlet side of the Yoder loop had clear signs of corrosion and the mfg tech elected to put the unit in for review, as there is no reason for corrosion to form area and it very likely had an internal leak. The CX will be contacted by the mfg for replacement. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived to inspect washer not starting. I found no stored error codes and entered service mode testing. The unit operated throughout service test mode, but there was a very large amount of foam. I ran it through several test modes to clear the excessive suds and tested in CX mode. The unit worked as designed and I advised the CX in my findings.

I then reassembled unit and tested had power but element was not heating and I tested voltage was only drawing 120v and not full 240v, so element would never turn on. Inspected terminal block and found all wires installed properly. I then checked voltage at wall and was good but found power cord kinda melted on one of the terminals and stretched causing unit not to have full 240v. Pushed cord in all the way and Advised CX to replace cord. Unit is heating as designed after I moved cord around but will need to get replaced. Job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found very little airflow coming from the air channel from the freezer. Remove the evaporator cover and found no ice buildup on the evaporator but the air return channels from the refrigerator blocked with ice causing an airflow issue. Steamed out excess ice buildup and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Went over user care guide and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont unlock the lead. Inspected unit and work area. Checked voltage to the control and found proper voltage did find the control coming on. Ran the unit through diagnostics and attempted to lock the lid. Found the lid lock would not function. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is giving off an error code for hot water coming in during the rinse cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and tested he valves. Found the hot and cold water both bringing in proper temperature. Check the resistance value of the thermistor and found it registering 3.3 ohms of resistance (over 160?F). It was the customer the issues with his Inlet thermistor. Replaced whole valve assembly drawer and tested the unit. The end it began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on sight for a cooktop with an abnormal flame. Upon arrival the customer stated they had their one year inspection and the inspector informed them the flames may be irregular. I tested the unit and found it worked as designed. I informed the customer on my findings. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit began leaking water due to no cooling and things melting. The customer had already tried replacing the start device but found no change. I checked temps and found the FC at 50?F and the RC at 57?F. The customer informed me the unit has been plugged in and running for several days. Upon further inspection I found no frost pattern on either evap. I gained access to the back of the unit and used the test switch on the PCB to run the compressor. I measured amp draw and found it fluctuating from .1 to .3, and found the compressor cool to the touch. This indicates a compressor failure. In order to repair the unit it will need a new compressor, main control, dye drier, and an access valve.

Arrived onsite for dryer noise. Found slight rattle. Determined cause to be improper install. Made adjustments to correct install. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking from the filter area. Upon arrival the customer had the unit off and the filter removed. I gained access to the valve and filter head. I then turned the water on and found water aggressively leaking from the back of the filter head. I replaced the filter head and then tested the unit. I found the unit no longer leaking at the time of service and working as designed. The customer also had a complaint of the unit being louder than it used to be. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and activated all fans and the compressor. I could not replicate an abnormal noise at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that was letting to much heat escape from the door. Upon arrival the customer stated that an inspector checked temps around the oven when heated and found them to high, particularly on the bottom. Upon further inspection I found the gasket in good shape. I preheat the unit to 350?F and found it good. I informed the customer on the design of the blower system, and how hot air does blow from the bottom. I found the unit working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a range with the middle front burner not lighting intermittently. Upon arrival the customer stated the back middle also does it sometimes. I tested the unit and could not get the front middle to light at all, but I found the back middle lighting most of the time. I removed both middle burner heads and found the orifice holders on both were off center. This was creating a small gap between the orifice holder and panel which was allowing the gas to abnormally escape and not light. I removed the screws and adjusted both orifice holders. I then tested the unit and found it now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer not starting/operating. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found power button was the only thing functioning on unit. After further testing I found between 65-170dcv being sent from ACU indicating major ACU failure. I then found cause of ACU failing was the drain motor ohming of 20ohms high shorted ACU out.

Arrived on site dryer not turning on. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found after further testing that unit had a stable 240v connection. I then found thermal fuse and cut off and blown and element coil was starting to bow and warp (caused from normal) causing the short in all 3 parts. I then reassembled and tested dryer. Measured compressor electrical windings and found mechanical failure within compressor. Found compressor shorted control. Contacted service manager (CS). Was informed to pull control for rebuild and compressor would need to be replaced before installing control. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and they are all operating as designed. I tested the oven on bake and broil and both modes failed. Tested the module and control and found the main cool is bad and not providing voltage to the module. I am ordering the main control and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 W11548757 (Main control)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, the ised that the unit makes a loud noise when spinning. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit got to the spin mode, the tub/basket began to bang from side to side. I stopped testing and removed the agitator. I raised the top panel and found the tub ring and basket adaptor were badly damaged. Removed the basket and found the basket shaft welds had broken and was causing the basket to slide around on the gearcase shaft. I am ordering the basket, tub ring and basket adaptor and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Arrived on site for range with door falling off as well as knob broken. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found back left knob broken off control switch and control switch mounts broken. Found door had failings hinges and receivers due to warped liner. Also found door gasket ruined and allowing heat to escape. Found unit cant be safely repaired due hinges being NLA. ; ordrng 1 316456304 (Hinges) and 1 318053120 (Door seal) and 1 Cnote (Need findings reported that unit cant be repaired)

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making an abnormal sound when it dispenses water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit can dispense up to 5 cups of water before making the sound but can also happen right away. They advised that if they leave their water running for more than 20 seconds, the unit will make this pulsating siren sound. The customer did show me and was able to replicate the sound. The customer advised they had just replaced the filter a week and a half ago due to ongoing issues for the past two months. They advised that replacing the filter did not do anything. They also advised that they have replaced their waterlines within the home to the refrigerator in case if there was an issue with the water supply. Spoke to JC and was advised to put in a bypass To see if the issue was with the filter head. Found immediate pressure difference between having the filter in and not having the filter in. Defined the water pressure a little high for the unit. Unit will need a new filter head for repair; ordrng 1 WP12956202 (Reservoir)"

"Arrived on site for a cooktop that is not heating the left rear burner. Inspected unit and work area. The customer also complained about the right rear burner not acting right all the time. Did test all burners and found all working as designed except for the left rear burner which would not come on. Checked continuity on the element and found proper continuity. Spoke to SW and we trace voltage at the element finding the unit was not getting 240 V to the element. Found the issue on the line to side. Could not find continuity through the harness from the yellow lead back to the board. Advised the customer of the findings and the customer still believes there to be an issue with his unit turning his right rear burner on when not in use. The customer advised that they want a replacement not a fix for the unit, if possible. Ordering harness, control, and user interface for return visit. The office will need authorization for the repair and contact the customer when parts are made available. Arrived on site for refrigerator with damaged gaskets. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found gaskets damaged near bottom of door but unit had no signs of air leaks into either compartments. I then found amperage to compressor at 2.0 and condenser coils clogged. Also found compressor over heating and shutting down to early. Found unit due to r12 refrigerant and sealed system issue. Will need findings reported to ahs call complete ; ordrng 1 Cnote (Unit cant be repaired. Need findings reported)
