Arrived on site for refrigerator no dispensing water or mailing ice. Inspected unit and work area. Tested ice maker and was not filling with water. I access the valve and they seem to be working. I then removed kick plate and screwed legs up to move unit out and inspect water flow from wall valve. Removed water hose to refrigerator and found no water pressure so I removed it at the wall and no water pressure at all. I

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not agitating. Upon further inspection, I found the agitator removed from the unit and I found the gearcase shaft badly worn and rusted. Attempted to place the agitator back on the shaft, but the due to the amount f rust, the bolt would not secure to the gearcase shaft. I tested the it without the agitator and found it operating as designed. I tilted the unit back and found a large amount of gearcase oil on the pulley shield, belt and cam (photo). Also found the drive hub seized to the gearcase due to the amount of rust.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees. Inspected the ice maker and found it had stopped mid-harvest. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested snd unit is operating as designed. Cycled power to the unit to reset controls. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven smoking. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and breaker turned off. Turned breaker on and removed back panels and inspected the harness. I did not find any shorted wires in the harness. Plugged unit in and checked voltage at the outlet and terminal block and I got 243V. I pulled the bake element cover down and found the element good and the broil element is good also. Tested on bake at 350 degrees and tested voltage to the elements at the control and got the same voltage reading as the outlet and block. Ohmed the bake element from the control and got 23ohms. Retested the unit in Bake mode and monitored temps and unit is operating as designed. I could not duplicate the issue the customer described as a glow from the oven and smoke coming out from the vents. I contacted Whirlpool Safety and spoke to Dominique and advised of my findings. Arrived on site for refrigerator not powering on. Inspected unit and work area. Gained access to outlet and measured voltage and found correct. Gained access to control and found no voltage. Traced voltage and and physical damaged to power cord. Power cord appeared like it was ran over and wires showing. Spoke with customer on replacing power cord wire harness assembly or repairing power cored by cutting short out.. Removed power cord and repaired. Reinstalled cord and powered unit on. Measured voltage to control and found 120 volts. Found all components operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise is a very loud vibration noise and when they push on the left RC door itll stop briefly. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor in test #4 and when the compressor came on it began to make the noise described by the customer. I pulled the unit from the wall approximately 1-2 inches and the noise stopped. I inspected the compressor area and did not find anything out of the ordinary and could not duplicate the noise. I placed the unit back in its space and left it pulled away from the wall approximately 5-6 inches. I found that when the unit is pushed all the way back, the water hose from the wall to the unit was pushing up against the back cover and could possibly be the cause of the noise as the cover was resting against the refrigerant lines. I leveled the unit and retested the compressor and the unit is operating as designed. I could not duplicate the noise any further. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site and found when dryer is running there is a slight vibration. Disassemble dryer completely and inspected all components and did not find anything damaged or breaking. Sent multiple videos to KB/service management. After reassembling dryer initial small vibration is gone.

Arrived on site to test unit for water leaking. Found drain was frozen over causing defrost water to spill out front of unit. Customer stated she has always had water accumulate on bottom of FC but would wipe it dry and thought nothing of it and gradually got worse. Thawed drain and tested up with water and still not draining. When inspecting drain tube noticed it was wet. Found drain fitting must be ripped in cabinet because it is leaking around fitting. But once drain tube is removed it drains properly but as soon as drain tube is placed into fitting it want drain. Drain tube is not clogged or restricted. Spoke with tech line after struggling to remove fitting with no success and was told drain fitting is not replaceable despite being able to order part. Advised unit must be deemed irreparable. Advised customer of issue and she stated she would be calling whirlpool as its been an ongoing issue.

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed UI and ice maker. Replaced UI and control kit along with ice maker. Ran diagnostics and ice maker testing good.

"Arrived on site for arrange that is not heating the right front burner unless other burners are used. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers issue and found that if any of the other elements were on at the same time as the right front burner, the right front burner would work. However, if the right front burner was just activated by itself, it would not heat. Removed the back cover and found one of the connectors for the right front infinite switch was not connected. Re-seated the wiring on the Infinite switch and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for AIG Washer is not dispensing fabric softener or bleach still, and water is now coming back up into the drawer. Upon arrival found standing water in fabric softener dispenser, ran an auto test and water was no longer in fabric softener, but now bleach dispenser has standing water. Ran another auto test and now neither dispenser has water. After several tests, both dispensers alternated holding water. Called techline to discuss. Explained to tech that water valve and both dispensers were replaced on last visit. Tech determined that there is nothing else that can be done with this happening intermittently and nothing failing. Tech gave SR# 7733701466. I then ran a normal cycle with clothes, bleach, and fabric softener. Upon completion found that both dispensers had indeed dispensed and stayed free of water. Unit operated as designed. Customer will monitor the unit. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for an oven that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and disassembled the unit. Found the TOD sensor showing open. Replaced the oven TOD and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is telling the customer that its not feeling fast enough. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and ran the unit through diagnostics. Found no stored error messages. Tested the valves on all three settings and found all valves working properly and filling the unit. I ran the unit through the pressure sensor test and the unit ran as designed. When the unit went to drain, I did not hear the unit draining at all. Removed the drain hose from the wall and found the drain hose was going 3 1/2 feet into the PVC pipe at the back wall. After the unit drained, I found the unit siphoning water back into the unit. Did explain to the customer that that would cause problems with the unit being able to finish cycles. If I the customer to shorten their drain hose and ran through several other tests. The customer did state that the unit does not do this on the auto sensing cycles but only on that deep fill heavy duty cycles. Advise the customer to Short and the drain hose in the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washer that is bouncing around during cycles. The customer advised that is not necessarily the complaint but that the washer doesnt seem to wash clothes very well. I did run through diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (oversuds) error code. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested manual agitation and spin and the unit ran as designed. The customer said that the unit does wash her clothes but the clothes are not clean. I did explain to the customer that if all the basic components are running, the issue would have to be either with the load, preparation for the load, or the soap that she is using. Arrived on site for a microwave smoking. I gained access to the HV system and found the diode burnt out. I found the HV system needing replacement. I installed the HV system and tested the unit with a MW safe cup of water. I found the unit running as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a wall oven combo with the microwave element support broken. Upon further inspection I found the support just needed replacement. I installed the support and the unit is now as designed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival the customer stated the FC was not cooling properly and that there was frost on everything. I checked temps and found the FC at 11?F and the RC at 44?F. Upon further inspection I found ice build up on the roof of the FC and the front around the door. I gained access to the evap and found a good frost pattern. I found when removing the unit that the ride side rail was missing ball bearings and some fell off. I found the door wasnt shutting properly which was creating a warm air gap which was creating the frost.

Arrived onsite for range oven not functioning. Upon arrival customer stated unit will error intermittently F1E0. Put unit in diagnostics and confirmed error code. Removed panel for inspection and found control board causing board to fail. Notified customer that this is not covered and voids remaining warranty. Showed customer evidence and customer understood. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling again. Upon arrival inspected unit and found evaporator covered in ice again. Thawed ice and inspected evaporator section. Checked connections that were loose during previous visit. Connector looked ok and unit would go into force defrost. Found thermistor Incased in ice. Took readings and got 10.7 k ohms equivalent to approximately 24 degrees . This may be stopping the defrost cycle prematurely. Called tech line for assistance. Provided SR#7733707108. Tech responded with good to go on thermistor and harness wire. Replaced UI to insure no communication issues. Job complete

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with water pooling up in the bottom of the RC after the last service. Upon arrival the customer stated that after a week or two of the last service they found a small pool of water under the evap tray. They found it has not gotten much bigger over time though. I found no water or ice build up in the evap tray and it was draining properly. The customer stated they poured water down the tray on the last service to test it. I informed the customer it was likely some water flowed out of the pan and froze over from that. I thawed the ice and dried the water. I advised the customer on keeping an eye on it. Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed pat. Upon arrival I installed new detergent tank and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise when compressor is running. Upon inspection I found loos screw vibrating up against the condenser fan shroud. I removed it and leveled unit and the noise seems to have gone, job complete."

Arrived onsite for dryer leaking water. Upon arrival called tech line for assistance. Tech confirmed that dryer does not create or have a water source. If condensation occurs and leads to a leak its due to an external ventilation issue with moisture backing up. Customer must have builder. Correct the issue. Provided SR#7733707402. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Verified control receiving voltage but not sending voltage to any components. Needing to order service kit W11533211 per service pointer W11450890. ; ordrng 1 W11533211 (Control kit)

Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Found tub leaking for top left corner. Paneling is separated causing leak. Needing tub to fix issue and 2hrs on return visit. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11409866 (Tub)

"Arrived on site for water dispenser issues and no ice. Tested water dispenser water shutting off,found deli ui unresponsive,removed deli control found damaged harness and ui. Disconnected ui power cycled unit,water dispensing correctly,icemaker ran through a harvest and filled with water. Unit will need a new deli door and ui. ; ordrng 1 WPW10677119 (Deli control) and 1 W10815674 (Deli door), states that autho needed"

"Arrived on site for washer not finishing cycle . Ran diagnostics, got long fill error . Found cold valve not opening all the way . Replaced valve ,ran calibration and diagnostics wash. All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. Tested both valves and found both valves working properly. Filled the basket halfway up the basket and attempted to drain the unit. Found the unit draining properly. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested the pressure hose to make sure there were no obstructions in the hose. Found no obstructions. Tested the pressure hose by filling the unit with water and found pressure continuing to increase inside the pressure hose. I asked the customer what type of low they were running when the unit would not spin out. The customer did not remember what they were washing. I did advise the customer that it seemed like the issue was most likely with the load that they ran as they have not run any other cycle since. Advise the customer to run another cycle and call me back. She called back and said it did the same thing. Ordering a control and valve and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11170319 (Control) and 1 W11210459 (Valve)
