"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice bin stuck and freezing underneath. Upon arrival customer had already thawed out ice underneath. The customer stated it has been making ice fine, but there is a slow drip into the IM. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the IM had an E2 error code for IM lost position and couldnt find home position. I ran a harvest and it harvested s designed. I then ran an IM fill it filled as designed. Upon further inspection I observed water dripping from the water dispenser as well. This is indicating a weeping valve. I gained access to the valve and ran fill test to make sure there were no leaks. No leaks observed at the time of service. The valve is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for washer leaking. Upon inspection I found the unit is working as designed. I ran a auto test and found no leaks. I ran manual and let the unit fill up as much as possible to try to recreate any leaks. I found the inlet valve would spray and droplets would form on the back wall and fall down. I noticed the front feet were all the way up and the basket was leaning forward slightly. I adjusted the feet so the basket leans back a little. I could not get the valve to spray anymore. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit was leaking bad enough to be going through the cabinet on the right hand side. He also stated it is an intermittent leak and it makes a loud sound as well. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and could see water marks everywhere indicating major leakage. I found a very very small amount of water buildup in the drain area but no active leak. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F2E1 for stuck key and F5E1 for door switch open. I ran a diagnostics cycle and monitored the bottom of the unit and observed no leaks. I heard the loud sound at the start of the cycle when the motor initiated and it was a loud hum. I then gained access to the inner door and again observed no leaks. I used my mirror and walked around the sump seal and found no sign of leakage. Arrived onsite for washer with foul odor coming from the bellow. Upon inspection I found the bellow has black splotches around it. I cleaned out the bellow with bleach and water. After cleaning i put a cup of vinegar in the unit and ran a clean cycle. I advised the customer to use her afresh tabs once the vinegar clean is done and run a clean cycle again with just afresh. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine that is over producing ice. Found bin thermistor out of range at low temps. Replaced thermistor and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service

Found 120v from L1 or L2 to ground, but if you run combined voltage you get 0. Checked voltage at the outlet and found same result. Customer will need an electrician to resolve, L1 and L2 appear to be sharing the same leg, which is resulting on the unit getting 120v total. Customer will follow up if issue persists after electrician repair."

Arrived onsite for wall oven that is losing temp or not staying at temp. Upon inspection I found the sensor connector had a wire backing out and not connecting with the control. I fixed the connector and began testing bake and broil functions. I found the broil element and relay working as designed. I tested the bake relay but found K2 showing no voltage then going up to 20 Vac I found K14 relay showing 240Vac indicating the K2 relay is failing and the control needs to be replaced. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator with ice maker wires freezing over. Upon inspection I found a ball of ice around the IM wires and they were hanging down on the bin. I found the ice maker tray had gotten stuck at some point it was misshapen and damaged, I inspected the hinge wires but found no breaks or shorts. I accessed the main control and verified voltage coming out to the ice maker. I recommended replacing the ice maker and going from there. The customer agreed so I replaced the IM and tested function. I found the inlet slightly spraying out and dripping down into the bin. I confirmed it was not frozen. It seemed like a water pressure issue so I went to the wall valve and turned down the pressure slightly. I tested the unit again and there is no longer water spraying out of the ice tray.No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete."

Arrived on site two install wire nuts on the thermostat. Removed oven thermostat and spliced wires to wire not the wires together. Placed unit in our 375?F bake cycle. Unit got up to temp and did not flash the code. The customer did advise that 90% of the time the unit will not flash that error code but only once in a while will it be an issue. Advise customer to keep an eye on it and to call back and if they have further issues.

Arrived onsite for unit leaking.customer said they would see a leak of water near the front left of the unit had seen it only a few times with water. Saw no ice or water coming from the freezer or the water dispenser. Ordered evaporator try and water valve just incase. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher upper rack issues. Upon further inspection, I found the right adjuster wheel of the upper rack broken and the rack falling at the front right corner. I am ordering the adjuster kit, but in the meantime, I made a temporary repair on the wheel to hold the rack up until we can return to repair with parts. "Arrived on site and inspected side by side refrigerator cooling issues in the fresh food section.Confirmed the complaint and removed and replaced both the damper and main control.Seems as if the damper door was open, but no cold air was entering the fresh food section.Customer told to wait approximately 24 hours and if the unit isnt cooling to advise the office.Customer advised the ice maker is also not working and needs a new one.I confirmed and will be ordering the ice maker after confirming it wasnt operating at all.Needs more work.; ordrng 1 WR30X10093 (ICEMAKER) and 1 Research (On possible reasons No cool air is flowing even with a new damper.)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that tripped a breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit only tripped a breaker once but happened sometime in the middle of the cycle. The customer advised that they did have their breaker recently replaced from an AFI breaker to an AFI/GFCI combo breaker. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found An F0 E3 (overload), F7 E0 (loss of power), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and measured the amp draw off the power cord. The unit ran as designed without pulling over 1.7 A. I placed the unit in a manual high-speed spin and drain. The unit did not pull over 1.89 A. Had the customer placed a load inside the unit and ran it through a normal wash cycle. The unit did not pull over 2.2 A during agitation. Placed the unit in a drain and spin in the unit did not pull over 2.3 A. I called Techline and spoke to Ed SR# 7730452981. He advised that based on my findings, the issue would not be with the unit itself but either a fluke (due to it happening one time) or with the breaker, which was already replaced. He advised to make no repairs. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for loud humming noise. Found noise coming from control. There is a relay vibrating causing noise and UI not lighting. Disconnected control and reconnected UI now has lights and is responding but noise is still present.Needing control to fix issue. Office to reschedule.; saved tckt

"Arrived on site for door issues and wheel base not attached to frame. Removed door replaced hing cam with correct screw,reinstalled door checked door operation good. Installed rivet on wheel base to frame."

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found compressor hot to the touch. Found compressor kicking on and off repeatedly. Condenser fan running as designed. Evap motor operating properly. Unit is receiving proper voltage. Replaced starter and cap with no improvement. Spoke with SS thread and verified compressor needs replaced. Needing sealed system tech and 2hrs on return visit.
